“Had a really pleasant stay here with my father while I was in Madrid for the weekend. The underground station was about 5 minutes walking from the hotel. The hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and it was a great idea to elongate the time for which you could have breakfast. As my father and I overslept after walking 25 kilometres the previous day. It was a relief to see that the breakfast lasted till half past ten, instead of half past nine. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in Madrid for a quick stay.”

“Hotel is not recommended for POOR SECURITY. Please watch out it has thieves and burglars that come inside steal your things and go, hotel administration are helpless and there are no measurements to prevent those things.
I was having my morning breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel, and a thief from outside came inside the breakfast area of the hotel. Very easily and quietly and stole my bag pack with my passport inside of it along other valuable items.
I would never imagine something like that happening inside a breakfast area of a hotel and I’ve been around Europe, all hotels don’t let people from outside inside the breakfast area.
Bad management controls and certainly very bad security. Please be mindful of your belongings when you come here if you couldn’t find a replacement. All my classmates and university admin are now aware of this and the hotel will be off the recommendation list.”
