Este hotel foi reformado. Adoramos o design dos pátios e edifícios. Cheio de estilo asiático. A comida é boa, o buffet tem opções suficientes. Os outros restaurantes que precisam ser reservados também são bons, o vinho é super bom. Mas é melhor reservar os livros na primeira vez em que obtiver o número do seu quarto, pois eles são sempre tão populares e cheios. A piscina somente para adultos é restrita a hóspedes reservados somente para adultos, portanto é tranquila e agradável. Decidimos voltar mais no futuro. Mas ainda há coisas que precisam ser melhoradas, no primeiro dia em que chegamos, não havia toalhas no quarto, tenho que ligar 5 vezes para entregá-las. Além disso, os serviços de limpeza de quartos passariam por você, se você não estiver pronto, e eles não voltarão. Liguei para pedir que limpassem o quarto, o cara respondeu com uma voz feliz, mas eventualmente nenhum serviço chegou. Quase todos os criados aqui não são guiados por gorjetas, não sei se devo dizer que é bom ou ruim, eles não o incomodam, isso é bom. Mas também não atendem a todas as suas necessidades muito rapidamente, mas é um lado ruim. Mas ainda assim, gostamos deste hotel e com certeza voltaremos.

Este é um resort incrível, muito novo, inaugurado em maio de 2019. O adulto só não vale o dinheiro extra, ele está preso atrás do hotel, de frente para uma área vazia. Não há nada além de uma piscina e um bar, e é isso que distingue família de adulto, tanto quanto eu pude ver. Estamos comemorando nosso 40º aniversário e o 45º aniversário de minha irmã, eles foram avisados por sunwing quando fiz as reservas. Nada estava em nosso quarto nada em nossa porta muito decepcionante para dizer o mínimo. Fomos até perguntar sobre isso e eles disseram que notificaram os serviços dos hóspedes, mas nada. Os carros da Al a em que estávamos não eram bons, tanto minha irmã quanto eu ficamos doentes na noite em que estávamos lá. Então cancelamos todos os carrinhos do al a depois disso, o bufê estava bom e todos os dias tinha alguma coisa que gostávamos. Não há cabanas na praia para proteção do sol, apenas árvores. E não muitos deles. É uma nova construção em que eles ainda estão trabalhando, então eles podem ter todas as torções no futuro. Os bares, bem, eles têm que se dirigir aos bartenders no restaurante da praia, no saguão principal também, eles recebem ordens das meninas, mesmo se você já estiver lá antes de elas virem ao bar. E meu cunhado disse algo e ele apenas olhou para ele e serviu às meninas e várias delas antes de servir a ele. A equipe de limpeza para o nosso quarto era incrível. Mas eu pego muito papel que estamos no canudo. (Canudos de papel👍) do lado da piscina pela manhã, então talvez mais atenção a essas áreas. Os quartos eram bonitos. Limpo e novo as camas eram para morrer muito confortáveis. Não havia entretenimento suficiente uma noite, havia uma banda tocando no lobby principal por meia hora e, em seguida, eles se foram. A maioria dos convidados era de Quebec, lamento dizer que eles não decepcionaram, eles foram tão arrogantes e rudes como de costume. Vou me desculpar por eles, pois nos envergonham como canadenses. Eles interromperam nossa conversa duas vezes e disseram algo, eles apenas olharam para mim como se eu não fosse nada tão embaraçoso que eles sejam tão rudes. Este será um resort fabuloso, uma vez que todas as torções funcionem. Acima de tudo, eu voltaria.

Todas as piscinas estarão fechadas às 18 ou 19 horas, mas meus amigos ainda nadam às 21h40 da noite passada. Então, por que vocês iluminam a piscina? Equipes diferentes sempre têm respostas diferentes. Vamos !!! 👎🏻

Eu amei a minha estadia no Lopesan. A piscina da seção de adulto é incrível. Estamos longe da praia, mas muito perto do Boulevard. Eu recomendo

O serviço deste hotel é muito precário. O quarto do hotel no primeiro dia da minha estadia não foi limpo. Havia sobras de outros hóspedes e sobras de bebidas. A porta do banheiro estava muito suja e o esgoto estava entupido e fedorento em todo o corredor dessa sala É tudo um fedor! Finalmente, depois de muitos feedbacks, eles relutantemente me fizeram esperar cerca de 3 horas e mudaram meu quarto, mas o ar-condicionado e a luz elétrica do quarto não funcionaram naquela noite. Liguei para a recepção duas ou três vezes e apenas uma uma pessoa veio ajudar a consertar a pessoa. Não mais de 10 minutos depois de sair, todo o sistema elétrico quebrou novamente, mas como já era tarde, não liguei novamente. No dia seguinte, levantei e corri para brincar. Quando voltamos para o quarto do hotel, não havia ar condicionado e luzes e fomos até a recepção para responder Uma pessoa foi enviada para derrubar todo o teto e relatou o mau funcionamento. Finalmente, fui providenciado para mudar um quarto. não pense que um hotel cinco estrelas pode ter uma experiência tão ruim e espero que eles possam melhorá-la!

É um bom hotel novo, bom serviço e funcionários atenciosos, mas não existe "SOMENTE PARA ADULTOS". Publicidade muito enganosa. O ADULTS ONLY CLUB é uma pequena piscina e uma pequena área na praia separadas, mas nenhum deles tem cadeiras suficientes; e várias vezes vimos crianças correndo em torno da área APENAS PARA ADULTOS. Não há acesso separado para o mar e não há como evitar salpicar as crianças. A bela piscina infinita - bem, sim, cheia de crianças gritando. Além disso, no restaurante há uma área de estar separada apenas para adultos, mas você ainda está compartilhando o buffet - então você pode imaginar como é a área de sobremesa. É um bom resort para férias em família, mas se você está procurando férias APENAS PARA ADULTOS de verdade, eu NÃO recomendaria o clube só para adultos em Lopesan.

This is a awesome resort very new only opened in May 2019. The adult only isn’t worth the extra money it’s stuck behind the hotel facing a dumpy area. There isn’t anything but a pool, and a bar, and it’s that that distinguishes family from adult as far as I could see. We are celebrating our 40th anniversary and my sister 45th anniversary, they were notified by sunwing when I made the reservations. Nothing was in our room nothing on our door very disappointing to say the least. We even went to ask about it and they said they notified guests services but nothing. The Al a carts we were at were not good both my sister and I got sick the night we when there. So we canceled all the al a carts after that, the buffet was good and everyday there was some thing we liked. There isn’t any huts on the beach for protection from the sun, just trees. And not a lot of them. It’s a new build they are still working on it, so they may have all the kinks out in the future. The bars well they have to address the bartenders at the beach restaurant, main lobby as well, they take orders from the young girls even if you’ve been standing there before they came to the bar. And My brother in law said something and he just looked at him and served the girls and several of them before he would serve him. Cleaning staff for our room were awesome. But I pick up a lot of paper that we’re on the straws. (Paper straws👍) from pool side in the morning so maybe more attention to those areas. Rooms were beautiful. Clean and new the beds were to die for very comfy. Not enough entertainment one night there was a band playing at the main lobby for 1/2 hour and then they were gone. The guest were mostly from Quebec, sorry to say they didn’t disappoint, they were as arrogant and rude as usual. I will apologize for them as they embarrass us as Canadians. They butted in on our conversation twice and went I said something they just looked at me like I was nothing so embarrassing that they are so rude. This will be a fabulous resorts once they get all the kinks work out. Over all I would go back.

This hotel is just renovated. We love the design of the yards and buildings. Full of asian style. The foods are good, buffet has enough choices. The other resturants which need to be reserved are also good, wine is super good. But you better to book them the first time you got your room number since they are so popular and full always. Adults only pool is restricted to adult only booked guests so its quiet and enjoyable. We decide to come back more in the future. But there are still things need to be improved, the first day we came, there were no towels in the room, I have to call 5 times to get them delivered. Also the room cleanning services would pass you if you are not ready then they wont come back at all. I called to ask them to clean the room, the guy answered with a happy voice but eventually no services come at all. Almost every servant here is not tip-driven, I dont know if I should say its good or bad, they dont bother you thats for good.side, but its also they dont really serve all your needs very quick thats a bad side. But still, we like this hotel and for sure will come back.

It’s a nice new hotel, good service and kind employees, but there is no such thing as “ADULTS ONLY”. Very misleading advertising. Their ADULTS ONLY CLUB is one small pool and a tiny area at the beach separated but neither of them have enough chairs; and multiple times we saw kids running around ADULTS ONLY area. There is no separate access to the sea and there is no way around splashing kids. The beautiful Infinity pool - well yeah, full of screaming children. Also, in the restaurant there is a separate sitting area for adults only, but you are still sharing the buffet - so you can imagine how dessert area looks like. It’s a good resort for a family vacation, but if you are looking for real ADULTS ONLY holiday I would NOT recommend Adults only club at Lopesan.

All swimming pools will be closed at 6 or 7pm, but my friends still swimming at 9:40pm last night. So why you guys make those light on the pool? Different staffs always have different answer. Come on !!! 👎🏻
