“The hotel is nice, the location great for Rome.But we had no internet for the entire two day stay.This wouldn't be a concern if we hadn't run out of high speed mobile data the day we arrived.But issue was we were told over and over again it would be restored, and it was not.”

“The hotel is well located (I am staying here now), check-in service was horrible. I was received by a person who had not shaved in two days, no upgrade for a top Marriott member, no indications on services offered. The following day I spoke to the Front Office Manager who promised to find a solution to the above since he seemed to agree that I could have been treated better. I never heard from him again. It seems the hotel has a general service problem. Service at breakfast is very poor, my table was cleared twice one morning while I went back to the buffet, sometimes coffee is offered, other times not. The food is good. No water in room, unusual for a 4 star hotel today. First time I stayed here but will definitely look for a place that appreciates my business next time I'm Rome, hopefully before end of January.”
