“Muy frustrante. Reservé mi habitación con la promesa de que estaría disponible. De repente, recibí un correo electrónico hace aproximadamente una semana que decía que no podían acomodar ninguna habitación y que me estaban transfiriendo (no es mi elección) a una propiedad diferente de RIU. Como resultado, me dijeron que el registro anticipado que me habían prometido en la otra propiedad ahora me costaría $ 150 adicionales en la nueva propiedad. Completamente injusto, y no debería ser castigado porque RIU no puede acomodar adecuadamente a aquellos que hicieron reservas con meses de anticipación.”
