“El personal muy desagradable y poco profesional. Me hicieron doferentes cargos fraudulentos y me hicieron pagar penalizacion por fumar en el hotel, cuando yo no habia fumado!!!! No vuelvo JAMAS a ese hotel. El parking es una estafa”

“The Wife and I visited from the States, and we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well maintained, and it was in a great location near the tube. Also, there is a set of City Bikes outside the lobby on the street, and I would highly recommend renting a bike for cheap and using that as your transpo around the city (weather permitting). Only thing I'd like to change was the parking, I believe it was 20 quid to park overnight. Pretty steep, but the alternative is free parking after around half 6 on the street.”
