“My husband and I been there twice. First time was good but this second time it wasn't. I got there with my 1 year old baby and with 3 big suitcases and nobody helped me to bring them inside. Also when finally made it to my room the key wasn't working. So I did complain to the manager and she just gave an apology but that is it! I don't think an apology will make a customer happy specially after all that stuff that I went through. So after telling her that I will give a bad review to the hotel she finally gave me free breakfast. I think if you are paying over $100 per night in a hotel you deserve good service and yes sometimes stuff like this can happen but a least offer your best to make that customer happy, don't wait for the customer to argue because after all that customer is paying good money for good service!”

“Nice, friendly, cozy, very familiar. Nice hot tube (remember to inform one hour early to let hotel's concierge to warm it up). Gym a little bit old. They have also one bedroom and two bedrooms condos for long time stay (for 2 bedrooms condo, remember to reserve with anticipation)”
