Your worst nightmare of a hotel! How can they claim it is 4-star hotel is beyond my imagination; The list is long: - AC not working! Today there were 35 degrees outside!!! - Room full of mosquitoes! (COVID-19 alert???) - Fridge not working! - No toilet paper at the arrival! - Not clean bathroom, especially bathroom sink! - Garbage buckets don’t have garbage bags Etc. etc. etc. Two different resectionists (where one of them seemed to be the manager) have been informed 2 days in a row without lifting a finger! The hotel got a written notice (by email$ and a warning 24 hours before this post and has still done nothing! Right now I have just killed 100s of mosquitoes from my room and it is 1:41 am in the morning! Look at the videos and pictures and judge it yourself!

We had a family room and it was perfect. Very spacious, even with two extra beds added and clean. The balcony was great (especially ideal to be separated from the room until the kids fall asleep). It's a closed one with glass (safe for small kids), but you can open the windows doors. The mattresses were very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious too and includes a bathtub and separate shower. There's even a storage storage room for your clothes and luggage. Parking costs €8,50 per day and breakfast €15 per adult. That's why I'd give it 4 stars. The breakfast isn't worth €15. I've had definitely much better for that amount. It just has the basic things. Also, we had to wait for 15 minutes to be seated. So, €15 is ridiculously expensive for what you get! So, be aware!! Staff is friendly, but not everyone speaks English. The hotel is a bit old fashion, but clean. It's a 20 minutes walk to the castle/old town. The one thing that surprised me is that there was only 1 staff member available for check in and to answers questions, during a peak moment. I'd recommend staying here, if you'd skip breakfast.

Nice located hotel, close to the city center and the castle. We loved to have the huge room with terrace extension, our baby had lots of space to run around. The only problem I had with the room was unfortunately the smell. It was very intense, musty like and without airing it barely stand able (probably the carpet/floor beneath that got too humid/wet at some point and started smelling, it was more intense on the terrace). Also the wifi, due to the room being the furthest, had signal loss once in a while. Despite that we had a pleasant stay.

service was rude. first told us they will take care of parking just to ask 17euro at checkout. Clean and rooms are very spacious. Requested a double bed but gave us 2 single. TV looks misplaced. Otherwise very nice hotel, but make sure to ask all details as they won't help otherwise.
