Me registré esta noche con uno de los recepcionistas y todo fue rutinario como de costumbre. Pero luego, un segundo empleado llegó a la recepción maldiciendo sobre su trabajo y fue extremadamente ruidoso. Aparentemente me saludó y no lo reconocí... mis disculpas, estaba hablando con otro miembro del personal... Pero antes de que pudiera reconocerlo, me preguntó si hablaba inglés y me miró con los ojos en blanco. Supongo que la ética laboral básica y el servicio al cliente no se aplican a este individuo. También noté que tengo una habitación en el primer piso cerca de la oficina y todavía puedo escuchar a este empleado haciendo comentarios absurdos y maldiciendo por los pasillos a altas horas de la noche.Diríjase a su personal.He tenido un largo día de viaje y lo último que necesito saber es sobre la vida personal de uno de sus empleados. Si está tan descontento con su trabajo, necesita encontrar un nuevo camino en la vida....

I was checking in this evening with one of the front desk clerks and every thing was routine as usual. But then a second employee came to the front desk cussing about his job and was extremely loud. Apparently he greeted me and I didn't recognize it.... my apologies I was talking with another staff member... But before I could acknowledge him he asked me if I spoke English and gave me a rolling eye look. I am guessing basic work ethics andcustomer service don't apply to this individual. Also noting I have a room on the first floor near the office and I can still hear this employee making absurd comments and cussing through the hall ways at late hours of the evening.Please Address Your Staff.I have had a long day of traveling and the last the thing I need to hear about is one of your employees personal life. If he is so unhappy with his job he needs to find a new path in life....

Primeiro e mais importante, Jessica, uma funcionária da recepção, foi literalmente a pessoa mais incrível de todas. Ela merece o maior aumento e promoção o mais rápido possível. Ela nos fez sentir como se estivéssemos em casa. Ela foi extremamente útil e tinha recomendações maravilhosas para comida e entretenimento local, por causa dela sozinha, com certeza voltaríamos. Jéssica foi além! A localização deste hotel é horário nobre! Uma curta caminhada ou unidade de muitos lugares divertidos. O hotel é muito moderno e limpo. Tivemos o melhor tempo absoluto! Primero y más importante, Jessica, una empleada de recepción, fue literalmente la persona más increíble que NUNCA. Ella se merece el mayor aumento y promoción lo antes posible. Ella nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos en casa. Ella fue extremadamente servicial y tenía recomendaciones maravillosas para la comida y el entretenimiento local, solo por ella, definitivamente regresaríamos. ¡Jessica fue más allá! ¡La ubicación de este hotel es hora de máxima audiencia! First & most important, Jessica, a front desk employee was literally the most amazing person EVER. She deserves the biggest raise & promotion ASAP. She made us feel like we were home. She was extremely helpful & had wonderful recommendations for local food & entertainment, because of her alone, we would absolutely come back. Jessica went above and beyond! The location of this hotel is prime time! A short walk or drive to many fun places. The hotel is very modern & clean. We had the absolute best time! We would absolutely stay here again! Thuc H. Sinceramente, mais do que eu esperava. Os quartos são limpos! Os banheiros são limpos! Low Key Taco do outro lado da rua é fantástico e um alvo está logo ali. O jovem afro-americano na frente é bastante rude e não ajuda em nada, mas fora isso… Com certeza, ficaria aqui novamente. Bem feito.

Sinceramente, más de lo que esperaba. ¡Las habitaciones están limpias! ¡Los baños están limpios! Low Key Taco al otro lado de la calle es fantástico y un Target está justo allí. El joven afroamericano en el frente es bastante grosero y no ayuda en absoluto, pero aparte de eso... Definitivamente me quedaría aquí de nuevo. Bien hecho.

Honestly, more than I expected. The rooms are clean! The bathrooms are clean! Low Key Taco right across the street is fantastic and a Target is right there. The young African American man at the front is quite rude and not helpful at all, but other than that… I would definitely stay here again. Well done.

Limpo, desde a entrada, até a recepção e certamente dentro do quarto que sou abençoado por ocupar. Os representantes, e especialmente “Victoria” atendem agradavelmente e profissionalmente. Eles fornecem informações claras e concisas sobre as comodidades disponíveis. A área em torno deste local em particular tem tudo o que um viajante pode precisar, e a uma curta distância, se necessário. Aguardo com grande expectativa o prolongamento da minha estadia no Sonesta-Simply Suites. Acredito que você também deveria!

A primeira coisa que verificamos foi a limpeza do nosso quarto. Os pisos eram muito limpos, o colchão debaixo dos cobertores estavam limpos e o banheiro também. Tivemos uma ótima estadia e a equipe é incrível. Todos foram muito simpáticos e fizeram tudo o que podiam para garantir que tivéssemos um serviço de transporte para chegar ao aeroporto. Eles ofereceram ajuda genuína porque se importavam e não porque precisavam. Alex foi tão legal e o resto da equipe também foi ótimo. 10/10 recomendo.

Limpio, desde la entrada hasta la recepción y ciertamente dentro de la habitación que tengo la bendición de ocupar. Los representantes, y especialmente "Victoria" atienden de manera agradable y profesional. Proporcionan información clara y concisa sobre los servicios disponibles. Lo primero que comprobamos fue la limpieza de nuestra habitación. Los pisos estaban muy limpios, el colchón debajo de las mantas estaba limpio y el baño también. Tuvimos una gran estadía y el personal es increíble. Todos fueron muy amables e hicieron todo lo posible para asegurarse de que tuviéramos un servicio de transporte para llegar al aeropuerto. Ofrecieron ayuda genuina porque les importaba y no porque lo necesitaran. Alex fue muy amable y el resto del personal también fue excelente. 10/10 recomendado.

First thing we checked was the cleanliness of our room. The floors were very clean, the mattress underneath the blankets were clean and so was the bathroom. We had a great stay and the staff is incredible. Everyone was very friendly and they did everything they possibly could to make sure we had a shuttle to get to the airport. They offered genuine help because they cared and not because they needed to. Alex was so nice and the rest of the staff was great too. 10/10 recommend.

Clean, from the entrance, to the front desk and certainly within the room I am blessed to occupy. The representatives, and especially “Victoria” serve pleasantly and professionally. They provide clear and concise information regarding the amenities available. The area surrounding this particular location has everything a traveler might need, and in walking distance, if required. I look forward with great anticipation in extending my stay with Sonesta-Simply Suites. I believe you should, too!

Prós: Os funcionários da recepção foram muito simpáticos. Em geral, o nosso quarto era limpo e em boas condições. O quarto era silencioso e tinha uma cama confortável. A sala tinha um sofá-cama confortável e uma televisão com bons canais. O banheiro tinha água quente e muito xampu, condicionador, sabonete líquido e toalhas. A cozinha tinha armários, uma geladeira grande, um pequeno fogão e uma lava-louças. Lá fora, havia muitas vagas de estacionamento disponíveis e o bairro era seguro. Contras: Meu quarto cheirava a fumaça de cigarro, o banheiro estava faltando uma lixeira e o quarto estava faltando um controle remoto da TV.

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia neste hotel. O quarto era limpo e tinha tudo o que precisávamos, incluindo uma mini-cozinha (o grande frigorífico foi um verdadeiro mimo). A academia e a lavanderia também eram boas. O estacionamento estava incluído na tarifa e encontrar um lugar nunca foi um problema. Sem café da manhã, mas tudo bem, pois há lugares de café da manhã decentes ao redor. Há desinfetantes para as mãos em todos os lugares e as máscaras são recomendadas em áreas públicas. E, finalmente, este lugar fica a cerca de 20 minutos de carro do centro de Pittsburgh com bom tráfego.Definitivamente recomendamos isso para quem procura um hotel confortável e com preços razoáveis na área de Pittsburgh.

Hemos disfrutado de nuestra estancia en este hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluida una mini cocina (la nevera grande era un verdadero placer). El gimnasio y las instalaciones de lavandería también estaban bien. El estacionamiento estaba incluido en la tarifa y encontrar un lugar nunca fue un problema. No hay desayuno, pero está bien ya que hay lugares decentes para desayunar. Hay desinfectantes para manos en todas partes y se recomiendan máscaras en las áreas públicas. Y finalmente, este lugar está a unos 20 minutos en coche del centro de Pittsburgh con buen tráfico.Definitivamente lo recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque un hotel cómodo ya un precio razonable en el área de Pittsburgh.

Ventajas: Los empleados de la recepción eran muy agradables. En general, nuestra habitación estaba limpia y en buenas condiciones. El dormitorio era tranquilo y tenía una cama cómoda. La sala de estar tenía un cómodo sofá cama y una televisión con buenos canales. El baño tenía agua caliente y mucho champú, acondicionador, gel de baño y toallas. La cocina tenía gabinetes, un refrigerador grande, una estufa pequeña y un lavaplatos. Afuera, había muchos espacios de estacionamiento disponibles y el vecindario era seguro. Desventajas: Mi habitación olía a humo de cigarrillo, al baño le faltaba un bote de basura y a la habitación le faltaba un control remoto de TV.

Pros: The employees at the front desk were very nice. Overall, our room was clean and in good condition. The bedroom was quiet and had a comfortable bed. The living room had a comfortable sofa bed and a television with good channels. The bathroom had hot water and lots of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. The kitchen had cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, a small stove, and a dishwasher. Outside, lots of parking spaces were available, and the neighborhood was safe. Cons: My room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom was missing a trash can, and the bedroom was missing a TV remote.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including a mini-kitchen (the large fridge was a real treat). The gym and laundry facilities were nice as well. Parking was included in the rate and finding a spot was never a problem. No breakfast, but that's fine since there are decent breakfast places around. There are hand sanitizers everywhere, and masks are recommended in public areas. And finally, this place is about a 20-minute drive to downtown Pittsburgh on good traffic. We'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in the Pittsburgh area.
