The room is cleaned but I don't to book this hotel anymore. I book king size room but it's very tiny room, it's just 3/4 or haft size compared to normally other hotel. It's just about 8×20 and I feel like I'm in a box. My husband 6"3 and he is just right for the bed sideway at the end of room. My husband can hit his elbow side to side at the shower and hallway. Need to be careful in the bathroom because easy to hit anywhere. The room even smaller than the room on cruise. Unbelievable

No parking available and you can’t reach anyone by phone to learn options. Had to double park and run to the “desk” to find someone and learn that they “suggest” you park in a garage .6 miles away that when I arrived at was closed with gates down. I am a single woman who was there for work and they have no support to help get my bags and assist me rather I am supposed to figure it out and walk miles with my bags. I cancelled the stay to find a safer option and was charged $207 anyway.

The tech is great in the room to control tv, lightening, temperature, etc but slowed down the checkin checkout process. Location wise, pretty central. My ride shares were under $15. The staff are the only reason I offered this rating. They were thoughtful, helpful and engaging. I’d be happy to visit the bar or co working space in the future. The rooms are so clean and beautiful, I love the color changing shower light and the black out curtains, the customer service from the front door to the wonderful ladies cleaning is perfect. Everyone was so polite and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable me and my girlfriend came for our 1 year anniversary and the room made it hard to leave and enjoy outside. The bartender was so nice, the drinks were delicious! Currently writing this review sad that we we only have one day left here. I will be ONLY staying at CitizenM when I visited Miami! But included is a modern shower in an enclosure with the toilet. Vanity is well lit. There is a big drawer for clothes and a space to store luggage and hang your clothes.Bed is very comfortable. (Might be a little high for very short people.) Linens and pillows are good quality. The rooms are well insulated and the black out curtains work very well. Lighting, climate control and TV are controlled by tablet settings.Room is very clean. The organization donates to a charity if you elect to not have your room cleaned every day.We highly recommend the new CitizenM in Brickell. These hotels are in major cities around the world. If you think you will be a frequent user consider the $12/month CitizenM+ membership which gives you a room discount.
