Nossa estadia foi de uma noite. Reservamos um quarto king para o que consideramos um preço robusto. Enquanto estávamos esperançosos, houve algumas decepções. O quarto era espaçoso & @ no final do corredor - assim como tínhamos solicitado. As coisas estavam escuras porque havia muito poucas luzes. Uma sala de escritório/sofá tinha apenas uma lâmpada de chão - nenhuma outra. O quarto também era sujo - carpete desgastado e manchado, móveis bem usados. Como resultado, parecia impuro. A internet era irregular e quando liguei para a recepção para ver se estava "para baixo", foi-me dito que eu tinha que "enganar" para voltar. Muito estranho. Finalmente tive que mudar para um canto da sala perto do corredor para obter serviço. Fomos para o café-da-manhã @ 8:00 e encontramos uma sala de pequeno-almoço muito pequena. Mover-se para nos servir era difícil porque havia tantas mesas lotadas na sala, e também estava cheia de pessoas. A seleção era limitada; os itens quentes foram embora e não conseguimos encontrar ninguém para reabastecer. Enquanto os funcionários da recepção foram educados, eles não perguntaram se precisávamos de mais alguma coisa e quando saímos, eles não perguntaram sobre a nossa estadia. O bom é que o hotel está em uma localização privilegiada. Existem vários restaurantes nas proximidades, e é fácil ligar/desligar a auto-estrada. Infelizmente, a conveniência da localização não superou as desvantagens.Muito caro e não vale o preço.

Nuestra estadía fue por una noche. Reservamos una habitación king por lo que consideramos un precio considerable. Si bien teníamos esperanzas, hubo algunas decepciones. La habitación era espaciosa y al final del pasillo, tal como lo habíamos pedido. Las cosas estaban oscuras porque había MUY pocas luces. Una oficina / sala de sofás solo tenía una lámpara de pie, ninguna otra. La habitación también estaba sucia: alfombra gastada y manchada, muebles bien usados. Como resultado, se sentía sucio. Internet era irregular y cuando llamé a la recepción para ver si estaba "inactivo", me dijeron que tenía que "engañarlo" para que volviera. Muy raro. Finalmente tuve que mudarme a una esquina de la habitación cerca del pasillo para recibir servicio. Fuimos a desayunar a las 8:00 y encontramos una sala de desayunos MUY pequeña. Moverse para servirnos a nosotros mismos fue difícil porque había muchas mesas abarrotadas en la sala, y también estaba llena de gente. La selección fue limitada; los artículos calientes se habían ido y no pudimos encontrar a nadie para reponer. Si bien los recepcionistas fueron educados, no preguntaron si necesitábamos algo más y cuando hicimos el check out, no preguntaron sobre nuestra estadía. Lo bueno es que el hotel está en una ubicación privilegiada. Hay varios restaurantes muy cerca, y es fácil entrar y salir de la autopista. Desafortunadamente, la conveniencia de la ubicación no superó los inconvenientes.Demasiado caro y no vale la pena el precio.

Our stay was for one night. We booked a king room for what we considered a hefty price. While we were hopeful, there were some disappointments. The room was spacious & @ the end of the hall - just as we had requested. Things were dark because there were VERY few lights. An office/sofa room had only one floor lamp - no others. The room was also dingy - worn, stained carpet, well-used furnishings. As a result, it felt unclean. The internet was spotty and when I called the front desk to see if it was "down", I was told I had to "trick" it to come back on. Very odd. Finally had to relocate to a corner of the room close to the hall to get service. We went to breakfast @ 8:00 & found a VERY small breakfast room. Moving around to serve ourselves was difficult because there were so many tables crowded into the room, & it was also filled w/people. Selection was limited; the hot items were gone and we could not find anyone to replenish. While the front desk clerks were polite, they did not ask if we needed anything else and when we checked out, they did not ask about our stay. The good thing is that the hotel is in a prime location. There are several eateries in close proximity, & it is easy on/off the freeway. Unfortunately, the convenience of location did not outweigh the drawbacks.Too expensive and not worth the price.

Realmente surpreso que este hotel tenha quatro estrelas no Google. Eu sou um membro platinum Choice Privileges (apenas significa que eu fico em muitas pousadas de qualidade e conforto para o trabalho) e isso é de qualidade muito inferior à maioria das pousadas de qualidade que eu já vi. Isso é honestamente mais próximo de parecer um Econo Lodge. Corredores sujos, porta/placas de scanner enferrujados, o banheiro do quarto era em miniatura, e o hotel é apenas geral degradado. O quarto foi de US$ 180 por noite em uma terça-feira que foi muito alto para o que você recebe. O café da manhã era simples e bem no final de um corredor. Muitos contras para este lugar ... A equipe no check-in foi ótima, no entanto, a equipe da manhã foi menos do que útil e cortês.Os prós: a/c trabalhou forte e ficou a noite toda, a equipe noturna no balcão foi útil.

Realmente sorprendido este hotel tiene cuatro estrellas en Google. Soy miembro platino de Choice Privileges (solo significa que me hospedo en muchas posadas de calidad y comodidad por trabajo) y esta es de una calidad mucho menor que la mayoría de las posadas de calidad que he visto. Honestamente, esto está más cerca de parecerse a un Econo Lodge. Pasillos sucios, puertas oxidadas/placas de escáner, el baño de la habitación era en miniatura y el hotel está en general deteriorado. La habitación costaba $180 la noche de un martes, lo cual era realmente alto para lo que obtienes. El desayuno era básico y estaba al final de un pasillo. Un montón de contras para este lugar... El personal en el registro fue excelente, sin embargo, el personal de la mañana fue menos que servicial y cortés.Los pros: el aire acondicionado funcionó bien y permaneció encendido toda la noche, el personal nocturno en el mostrador fue útil.

Really surprised this hotel has four stars on Google. I'm a platinum Choice Privileges member (just means I stay at a lot of quality and comfort inns for work) and this is way lower quality than most of quality inns I've seen. This is honestly closer to looking like an Econo Lodge. Dirty hallways, rusty door/scanner plates, the bathroom on the room was miniature, and the hotel is just overall run-down. The room was $180 a night on a Tuesday which was really high for what you get. Breakfast was bare bones and way at the end of a hallway. Lots of cons for this place... The staff at check in was great, however the morning staff was less than helpful and courteous. The pros: a/c worked strong and stayed on all night, night staff at counter was helpful.

Em primeiro lugar, essa foto não é o hotel. Não sei o que é isso, mas não é a frente, os fundos, o lado daquele hotel. Ok, então as pessoas são incríveis. a área da piscina é incompleta, muito antiga e precisa de um pouco de amor. Eles estabelecem um ótimo café da manhã, mas os quartos são tão básicos. Se você pode passar sem um quarto chique e uma piscina descolada, este é o seu hotel.

Ruim, simplesmente ruim. As "toalhas limpas" tinham cabelos de hóspedes anteriores, a banheira estava suja e também tinha cabelos. A geladeira estava desligada devido a ter sido conectada a um filtro de linha e eu não conseguia armazenar meus itens frios. Eu tive que levar minhas compras para a recepção para armazenamento. A banheira de hidromassagem está fora há meses, a julgar por outros comentários, e ainda não foi substituída. Não me ofereceram nenhum tipo de desconto pelos inconvenientes.

Este é de longe o MELHOR hotel em que já fiquei. Os serviços aos hóspedes são muito eficientes e amigáveis, o café da manhã é delicioso e nutritivo (além de ter muitas opções), e a arrumação é super prestativa e acolhedora. Eu os recomendo. ♥️

Quarto era limpo, apenas queda foi mini-frigorífico não tinha congelador. Fiquei 1 noite, mas a equipe do hotel foi mais do que acolhedora e até foi acima da política normal para atender às nossas necessidades. As opções de café da manhã eram ótimas e a equipe foi super simpática e prestativa. 5 estrelas teria sido uma coisa, mas a banheira de hidromassagem não estava disponível durante a nossa estadia e eu estava realmente ansioso por isso.

Este es, con mucho, el MEJOR hotel en el que me he alojado. Los servicios para los huéspedes son muy eficientes y amables, sus desayunos son deliciosos y nutritivos (además de tener muchas opciones), y el servicio de limpieza es muy servicial y complaciente. Los recomiendo mucho. ♥️

Mal, simplemente mal. Las "toallas limpias" tenían cabello de huéspedes anteriores, la bañera estaba sucia y también tenía cabello. El refrigerador se había estropeado debido a que estaba enchufado a una regleta y no podía guardar mis artículos fríos. Tuve que llevar mis compras a la recepción para guardarlas. El jacuzzi ha estado fuera durante meses a juzgar por otras reseñas y aún no ha sido reemplazado. No me ofrecieron ningún tipo de descuento por las molestias.

La habitación estaba limpia, el único inconveniente era que la mini nevera no tenía congelador. Me alojé 1 noche, pero el personal del hotel fue más que complaciente e incluso superó la política normal para satisfacer nuestras necesidades. Las opciones de desayuno eran geniales y el personal era muy amable y servicial. 5 estrellas habrían sido una cosa, pero la bañera de hidromasaje no estaba disponible durante nuestra estancia y estaba deseando que llegara.

En primer lugar, esa foto no es el hotel. No sé qué es eso, pero no es la parte delantera, trasera, lateral de ese hotel. Ok, entonces la gente es increíble. el área de la piscina es incompleta, muy vieja y necesita algo de amor. Presentan un desayuno bastante bueno, pero las habitaciones son muy básicas. Si puede arreglárselas sin una habitación elegante y una piscina original, este es su hotel.

First off, that photo is not the hotel. Don't know what that is but it's not the front, back, side of that hotel. Ok, so the people are awesome. the pool area is sketchy, very old and needs some love. They lay out a pretty great breakfast but the rooms are so so basic. If you can get by without a fancy room and a funky pool, this is your hotel.

Room was clean, only down fall was mini fridge didn't have freezer. Stayed 1 night but hotel staff was more than accommodating and even went above normal policy to meet our need. Breakfast options were great and staff was super friendly and helpful. 5 stars would have been a thing but hot tub was not available during our stay and I was really looking forward to it.

This is by far the BEST hotel I've ever stayed in. Guest services are very efficient and friendly, their breakfasts are delicious and nutritious (as well as having lots of choices), and housekeeping is super helpful & accommodating. I highly recommend them. ♥️

Bad, just bad. The "clean towels" had previous guests hair on them, the tub was dirty and had hair in it as well. The refrigerator had gone out due to having been plugged into a power strip and I couldn't store my cold items. I had to take my groceries down to the front desk for storage. The hot tub has been out for months judging by other reviews and still hasn't been replaced. I was not offered any sort of discount for the inconveniences.

Boa cama, quarto limpo. Mas, muitos dos detalhes eram mais ou menos. Café terrível no quarto e café da manhã, água quente que demora a chegar, água de baixa pressão no chuveiro, longa espera pela equipe da mesa noturna (ele não parece levar um telefone do hotel com ele quando está longe da mesa) , e o quarto parecia estar faltando uma cômoda (sem lugar para colocar uma 2ª peça de bagagem). Acho que os hotéis da cidade podem ficar cheios...caso contrário, procure algo diferente do Comfort Inn.

Buena cama, habitación limpia. Pero, muchos de los detalles eran regulares. Terrible café en la habitación y en el desayuno, agua caliente que tarda en llegar, agua a baja presión en la ducha, larga espera para que aparezca el personal del mostrador de noche (no parece llevar consigo un teléfono del hotel cuando no está en el escritorio) , y en la habitación parecía faltar un tocador (no había lugar para poner una segunda pieza de equipaje). Supongo que los hoteles de la ciudad pueden llenarse... de lo contrario, busca algo que no sea el Comfort Inn.

Good bed, clean room. But, many of the details were so-so. Terrible in-room and breakfast coffee, slow-to-arrive hot water, low pressure water in the shower, long wait for night desk staff to show (he does not seem to carry a hotel phone with him when he is away from desk), and the room seemed to be missing a dresser (no place to put a 2nd piece of luggage). I guess, the city hotels can get full...otherwise, look for something other than the Comfort Inn.

O quarto em que ficamos era um pouco pequeno, especialmente o banheiro, e o hotel era muito barulhento. Ficamos em um quarto perto do lobby e podíamos ouvir a maior parte do tráfego de pedestres, incluindo algumas crianças correndo pelos corredores. La habitación en la que nos alojamos era algo pequeña, especialmente el baño, y el hotel era muy ruidoso. Nos alojamos en una habitación cerca del vestíbulo y podíamos escuchar la mayor parte del tráfico peatonal, incluidos algunos niños corriendo por los pasillos. El hotel admite mascotas, pero no lo recomendaría a la gente con perros ansiosos. A la nuestra no le gustaba el ruido. Sin embargo, no era particularmente caro, por lo que obtienes lo que pagas.

The room we stayed in was somewhat small, especially the bathroom, and the hotel was very loud. We stayed in a room near the lobby and we could hear most of the foot traffic, including some children running through the halls. The hotel is pet friendly, but I would not recommend it folks with anxious dogs. Ours did not like the noise. It was not particularly expensive though so you get what you pay for.

This is an absolutely awful hotel. We paid $251 to stay there Saturday night. There were homeless wandering around the lobby and out front. Apparently, the state is warehousing them at this hotel...
