Excelente estadia! Não consigo entender alguns desses comentários ruins. A nossa estadia no Shady Grove Comfort Inn foi extremamente agradável. Os quartos eram limpos e bem decorados, as camas eram muito confortáveis com travesseiros macios, artigos de toalete suficientes, delicioso café da manhã com boa variedade, elevadores rápidos, bela decoração por toda parte, funcionários simpáticos, televisão atualizada com aplicativos como Netflix, belo banheiro espaçoso, geladeira, microondas , cofre, ferro e tábua de passar roupa, secador de cabelo, cafeteira. Restaurantes a uma curta distância, bem como Dunkin. Linda área de estar no pátio traseiro.Alguns dos comentários aqui nos deixaram nervosos antes da chegada, mas fomos muito agradavelmente surpreendidos. Não sentimos cheiro de fumaça. Quarto era calmo e tranquilo.Honestamente, o melhor hotel em que fiquei nessa faixa de preço e até acima dessa faixa de preço. Muito acessível e confortável. Você não vai se arrepender de reservar uma estadia com eles!

Excellent stay! I can’t understand some of these poor reviews. Our stay at Shady Grove Comfort Inn was exceedingly pleasant. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated, beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows, sufficient toiletries, delicious breakfast with good variety, fast elevators, beautiful decor throughout, friendly staff, up to date television with apps like Netflix, beautiful spacious bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, lock box , iron with ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker. Restaurants in walking distance, as well as, Dunkin. Gorgeous back patio lounge area.Some of the reviews here had us nervous prior to arrival, but we werevery pleasantly surprised. We did not smell any smoke whatsoever. Room was peaceful and quiet.Honestly, the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at within this price range, and even above this price range. Very affordable and comfortable. You will not regret booking a stay with them!

A senhora que me fez o check-in foi de longe um dos melhores funcionários do hotel que já encontrei. Ela foi acima e além para fornecer um ótimo serviço. O hotel estava limpo e em boa forma. O café da manhã não oferecia muitas opções, mas é mais do que a maioria dos hotéis oferece agora. A única desvantagem é que o detector de fumaça disparou todas as noites por cerca de 10 segundos no meio da noite, aparentemente erroneamente. Isso precisa ser resolvido para que as pessoas possam confiar que, quando o alarme dispara, é um problema real. Eu disse ao funcionário quando fiz o check-out, mas ele não disse nada para mim quando eu disse a ele.

The lady who checked me in was by far one of the best hotel employees I've ever encountered. She went above and beyond to provide great service. The hotel was clean and in good shape. The breakfast didn't provide a lot of options but it's more than most hotels give you now. The only drawback is that the smoke detector went off each night for about 10 seconds in the middle of the night, seemingly erroneously. That needs to be addressed so people can trust that when the alarm goes off it's a real issue. I told the clerk when I checked out but he didn't say anything to me when I told him.

O hotel era muito conveniente para chegar. A equipe da recepção foi muito simpática, check-in rápido e Wi-Fi gratuito foi oferecido! Foi um pouco agitado, pois havia um time de futebol hospedado lá, mas ficamos lá apenas durante a noite. O quarto era limpo e confortável. O café da manhã de cortesia tinha uma boa seleção e era bastante saboroso. Acabei deixando para trás algumas peças de roupa. Entrei em contato com o hotel quando percebi e eles disseram que iriam verificar com a arrumação e me informar se fossem encontrados. Eles me ligaram de volta e Lisa, a gerente de vendas, os enviou para minha casa. Eu estava tão grata que ela estava disposta a fazer isso. Eu não hesitaria em ficar aqui novamente.

Esta foi a segunda vez que ficamos neste Hotel. Foi muito limpo e o serviço foi muito simpático e prestativo. Fez a minha estadia de semana muito agradável. O café da manhã foi muito melhor do que da última vez. Desta vez foi bom. Um pouco de algo para todos. Eles mantêm a par.. vou continuar a ficar lá quando eu subir lá. Localização muito conveniente e preços muito compatíveis.

Se Hospedaram um sábado à noite. O preço foi de US$ 70 menos caro do que um hotel de marca nacional de tipo semelhante nas proximidades. O quarto era bom e o AC era ajustável e responsivo, o que era importante, pois a temperatura externa era de 92. O café da manhã oferecia uma boa seleção e a sala de café da manhã era de bom tamanho. Estacionamento grátis. Apenas negativo foi uma pequena taxa adicional não listada na reserva porque o quarto tinha um cofre. Para entrar na rodovia ao sair do hotel, você deve virar à direita. Há um posto de gasolina convenientemente localizado ao lado do hotel.

Atendimento ao cliente Platinum Tier englobando uma experiência muito agradável. Os funcionários aqui são simpáticos, cortês e profissional! O café da manhã é fenomenal! O belo parque no local é maravilhosamente preenchido com ar fresco, grama verde e um lindo pavilhão para um local de meditação ao ar livre! Eu também recomendo caminhar até Minerva para alguns dos melhores alimentos de conforto que tive em anos, pegue seu cartão na recepção e você terá 10% de desconto em sua refeição! Estou muito satisfeito com a minha visita e estou ansioso para a minha estadia de retorno em breve!

This was second time we stayed at this Hotel. It was very clean and the service was very friendly and helpful. Made my week stay very pleasant. The breakfast was alot better then the last time..that's was because of Covid was all around. This time it was good. A little of something for everyone. They keep it up to par..I will continue to stay there when I go up there. Very convenient location and very compatible prices.

The hotel was very convenient to get to. The front desk staff was very friendly,check in quick and free Wi-Fi was offered! It was a bit hectic as there was a soccer team staying there but we were there for the night only. The room was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection and was pretty tasty. I ended up leaving behind a couple pieces of clothing. I contacted the hotel when I realized and they said they would check with housekeeping and let me know if they were found. They called me back and Lisa the sales manager mailed them to my home. I was so grateful that she was willing to do that. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed one Saturday night. The price was $70 less expensive than a similar type national brand hotel nearby. The room was fine and the AC was adjustable and responsive which was important since the outside temp was 92. The morning breakfast provided a nice selection and the breakfast room was good sized. Free parking. Only negative was an additional, small charge not listed in the reservation because the room had a safe. To enter the highway when leaving the hotel, you must turn right. There is a gas station conveniently located right beside the hotel.

Platinum Tier customer service encompassing a very enjoyable experience. The employees here are friendly, courteous, and professional! Breakfast is phenomenal! Beautiful park on site is wonderfully filled with fresh air, green grass, and a lovely pavilion for an outdoor meditation spot! I also highly recommend walking over to Minerva for some of the best comfort food I've had in years, take your card from the front desk and you will have 10% off your meal! I am very pleased with my visit and am looking forward very much to my return stay shortly!

Este hotel está em uma área bastante pequena, mas movimentada. Datado, mas bem conservado por uma equipe dedicada. O pequeno-almoço quente é de feira normal. Meu único arrependimento é que os "Pedidos Especiais" não sejam atendidos nesse local. Solicitei um quarto no primeiro andar perto de uma saída apenas para ser informado de que todos estavam reservados. Como pode ser isso quando fiz esta reserva semanas antes da chegada. As contas corporativas são mais importantes do que as reservas regulares de palpites ???

This hotel is in a rather small but busy area. Dated but well maintained by a dedicated staff. Hot breakfast is of normal fair. My only regret is that the "Special Requests " are not honored at thus location. I requested a room on the first floor near an exit only to be told they were all booked up. How can that be when I made this reservation weeks before arrival. Is Corporate Accounts more important then regular guess reservations ???

Este foi um lugar muito agradável para ficar. O café-da-manhã foi extremamente impressionante. A equipe foi muito agradável e minha parte favorita foi que os quartos eram definitivamente limpos. O ruim é que as máquinas de venda automática levam apenas moedas junto com a lavanderia. A recepção tem quartos. Elevador cheirava a fumaça, mas na verdade nada disso importava para mim porque nosso quarto estava impecável. Os lençóis estavam limpos e o edredom era confortável. Travesseiros também.

This was very pleasant place to stay. The breakfast spread was extremely impressive. The staff was very nice and my favorite part was that the rooms were definitely clean. The bad thing is vending machines take quarters only along with laundry. Reception desk has quarters. Elevator smelled like smoke but truthfully none of those mattered to me because our room was SPOTLESS. Sheets were clean and comforter were comfy. Pillows too.
