“Good standard Courtyard chain. Very good services. The location has all standard Courtyard amenities- the Bistro with small bar, guest laundry. The location is also near Walmart Superstore, and many restaurants. I would have given 5 starts but reduce one cuz the Wi-Fi signal on the 3rd floor is very weak.”

“We stayed in June and the place had average rooms, good breakfast but good customer service so we booked for 9/30. Then we had to change in august from 9/30 to 9/17. The front desk clerk told me all was set, repeated multiple times what I needed. Fast forward to today…. I wish I could give zero stars! We never made it to the stay due to their incompetent employees. I called at 1pm to confirm our 2 room reservations. They had one room for us for a 2 night stay. No not what I requested at all. Again 1 night stay with 2 rooms(first rep went thru all this with me.) I get a guy that says let me see what I can do, I will call you by 3:30pm today. Ok, great! No call, I call at 4:30. Andrew is unable to help and Lawrence will call you back which didn’t happen! I waited a bit and called again. Lawrence told me nothing they can do, not issuing an apology, not offering a discount or nothing. So now one of the two families have no room for their child’s freshman college family weekend! I suggest in todays economy Lawrence be informed what customer service is. I will be calling corporate on Monday!”
