“Super clean rooms and public spaces. Great staff with daily housekeeping (new since COVID). Underwhelming bar selection, TV has no Input option nor Sleep Timer. AC couldn't get room below 74 and it was barely 80 outdoors. And the view from my 5th floor window was a homeless camp dump site.”

“I had booked this room before I got to California it was easy to check in the hotel is beautiful, smells cleans, and very organized and nice. We had A/C issues for two days and the general manager was more than happy to put us in another room but we were happy with the room we were in and he was more than willing to change it out for us. The rooms were clean organized and updated. We got cleaning done to the rooms everyday and new towels which was amazing. My uncle also got a room for a few nights and they also loved it. They also had left behind a small bag of jewelry and when I checked out they had it waiting for us. They are very honest and respectful and great people I would definitely stay here again.”
