“Stay was fine but you can tell this hotel was refurbished. Popcorn ceiling throughout. The shower had lime stains on the walls and wasn’t well cleaned. Bathroom door struggled to close and we got locked out of our room because we bumped the secondary lock as we walked out of the room. Not what I expect from a Courtyard, but it was Christmas and I used my points to stay here. Staff was nice and accommodating. We stayed 2 nights after a cruise to avoid a snowstorm when we were driving home but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer”

“Our experience with this hotel was excellent! The staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Dora, the front desk person who checked us in asked the reason for the visit. When I stated that it was due to a medical procedure at Cleveland Clinic, she was very sympathetic and automatically offered us the lower rate for this type of situations. I commend her for being so proactive and so thoughtful to her guests during what is a difficult time for our family. The entire hotel is maintained very well, the room was clean and smelled fresh. Whenever we need to stay in the area, this is definitely the hotel we will stay at. Kudos to the management and staff of this hotel, they are doing an outstanding job!”
