1. When we arrived we realized what a maze the hotel was. You have to go up and down stairs to get anywhere. 2. Upon check in we were told that the card on file for our group would be charged but we needed to use a card for a damage deposit which would be returned....nope each individual person was charged in full for the rooms which is not what the hotel was instructed to do. We booked 11 rooms so there were a lot of angry people. 3. The pool was beyond overchlorinated. Both of my children obtained a rash that left them in tears after ONE night of swimming and my Sons hair feels crispy even though its been 3 days since he swam and we have done numerous deep conditioning treatments. The bottom of the pool is also very rough and falling apart and my Son's feet were raw. 4. The hottub was closed 5. Children are not included in the "Free Breakfast" even if your room has an occupancy of 4. It only covered breakfast for 2 adults and not our two children. 6. Their coffee stand wasn't open at all and the restaurant didn't have decaf coffee during breakfast. 7. There was ONE employee working the restaurant for breakfast - Both waiting and cooking. I ended up getting our menus myself so we knew what we would want when she came out 30 minutes later to finally take out order. The breakfast wasn't anything special and the toast didn't even have butter. My daughter ordered kids Waffles which come with strawberries and whip and she didn't get them until after she was finished eating her waffle. 8. There is an extremely sketchy elevator on the end that got stuck numerous times for multiple parties in our group. 9. The bathrooms barely have any towels. 10. The wallpaper was bubbled up and peeling in our room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. You can do way better for the price. I never even write reviews but it was that bad. Oh BTW....our group is a new IGH member and this is how they treat their members.

My husband and I stayed here for a day. We were traveling to see family. I think this hotel is very convenient to stay if you are flying out from MSP Airport. The hotel did allow us to leave our vehicle in their structure for a fee. I liked that the room was clean and decent, the restaurant food is ok, the shuttle ride gets you to the airport on time, and the staff our friendly. I would recommend the stay if you are going to the airport or traveling by vehicle.

Amenities are great. Love the gym and the pool. Although walls seem kind of thin, and I'd avoid getting a room close to the elevators if you don't want to be woken up all night. Super close to the airport.

Came here because I had a hair transplant at the Hair Restoration Institute of Minnesota and this is where they put me up. The shuttle was super quick picking me up from the airport. Stayed two nights, one the night before and one the night after my procedure. All I had to do was walk across the street. Staff was great. Food was great too -- a tad on the expensive side.

The only reason I don't give this place five stars is because it's in Minneapolis, and I would never give anything in Minneapolis five stars. The place is a dump. But if you have to be in Minneapolis, this is a decent choice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the staff was nice. And they have a shuttle that runs to the airport and it's very close. But not so close that I noticed any noise from the airplanes at all. The only slight annoyance was the bell from the light rail that runs close to the building. But that's also a good thing, because it means you don't have far to walk if you want to get on and ride. I would have spent my entire time in Minneapolis at this hotel if I had it to do it over again. As it was I just spent one night there because I had an early plane to catch. If I ever thought I would come back to Minneapolis, I would stay here again. But I have no plans ever to go back to Minneapolis if I can help it. Especially the downtown area is extremely creepy. But that's not to say anything against this hotel, which as I said, I liked.

Great location to MSP and MOA with shuttles to both, but after that hotel is just average as compared to some very nice Crowne Plaza's I've stayed in around the world. Agree with another review...
