Love this hotel. Feels like an oasis of calm in a sea of Disney crowds. The buildings are spread out which keeps it calm. The skyliner is THE reason to stay here. Such fast access to Epcot and the Studios. Pool is super fun for the kiddos and every cast member we met was delightful. Room was clean, but style is slightly dark. I liked having sliding doors to the bathroom area as it gave a place to hang out while others were sleeping.

This is my first time staying at this Disney resort and we were not disappointed. Everything was clean, nicely appointed with spacious rooms. We had a room overlooking the lake. It of course had transportation to all the Disney parks and Disney Springs so you don't have to worry about how to get where you're going or where you have to park. Really enjoyed this

Great welcoming Cast Members, from the bell service to the front desk. The counter service food was excellent. Close proximity to the Skyliner was great! Much better than our stay 6 years ago at Wilderness Lodge. We are retired working people that don't have a huge budget and the Cast Members treated us like Royalty. I would recommend this property to anyone.

This is a great resort to stay in. Ive staying in all of the resorts and I have come back to this one a few times. The only ONLY thing is, I feel like the rooms are a bit dark. Which could be a good and bad thing. Bad if you need good lighting for pictures and make-up, good if you want to get a great night's rest without being woken by the sun. They are currently being updated though, so I'm sure they will be much better very soon! I love how close it is to every park. The skyliner hub is here. There's so many places to eat and hang out throughout the resort. I always have a good time staying here, and I love a good theme!

To avoid too long of a review I will summarize: 1. We have 1 year old twins - called 2 weeks before our stay to request cribs, then 1 week, then inquired at check-in, then called housekeeping upon getting to our room at 4pm, then called housekeeping again at 8pm when our cribs still weren’t in the room, then again at 8:30, then had to escalate to a supervisor at the front desk before we eventually got cribs in our room late at night. 2. This hotel doesn’t clean your room every day, it’s every other day and they don’t make the beds. Babies use diapers, and diapers go in the trash. This is a family resort - they should know this. Came back to our room after our first day at Magic Kingdom and it stunk from literal waste, because this resort doesn’t provide the same level of housekeeping that any cheap 2-star hotel does. 3. This is minimal but they put us on the second floor with no elevator - knowing that we have 1-year old twins - with hundreds (thousands?) of rooms on the property. A minor inconvenience, but again, it’s Disney - they should be better. 4. This is even more minimal, but the body wash dispenser was empty. I would be less-than-satisfied if this were any hotel, but the fact that it’s Disney is outrageous and almost an oxymoron, and it’s the reason I’m writing this review. If there’s a resort on Earth that I would expect to consider and execute on basic family accommodations for its guests - it’s Disney. They pride themselves on their service but this resort was the opposite. Not to mention the high price to stay here. We didn’t feel any magic at this resort - our experience here was very disappointing and it left a stain on the memories we had on our first family trip to Disney World, which we didn’t expect from a Disney resort. Hope they take this feedback seriously!

What a great hotel to stay at! It is a family friendly hotel with a tropical atmosphere filled with a lot of activities to do. I've stayed there 2 times and one time before and one time after the revision of Caribbean Beach. I haven't been there since the pandemic but the opacity is a lot less than it typically is. The Gondola system is very convenient and usually running and there are two places on each side of the hotel so it is closer to where you are. The hotel is very big and most of it is outdoors. The lobby is very clean and nice and has very helpful staff to guide you around the hotel since it is very large. The pool is clean and has a fun kiddie area, 2 waterslides and a bar area for adults. They also have a playground and paths to walk on which is great for a walk or jog. There are many places for food options and restaurants, however I was surprised with the seating during the revision got smaller than before especially with knowing how big the hotel is. There are also a lot of areas of the hotel and some are further away from places than others and the buses go stop by stop so depending on where you are staying you may be the first or the last one to get off the bus. The hotel is also quite far away from Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom so you may want to plan at least 45 minutes for travelling time. But the hotel is closer to Epcot and Hollywood studios and there are gondolas so you can travel by bus and gondolas so it opens up more options for you. In conclusion, the hotel is a great and fun and friendly place! It is great for a family vacation or even just a relaxing vacation at the hotel with lots of activities to do

Loved the Resort staff didn't interact much, but I did meet an employee that stood out her name was Gabrielle. Very nice lady from Haiti. I had the pleasure of having a good conversation with. The facilities very great. The only thing I had a issue with is (1) the drink machine took my money paying $4 for a 20 oz drink is ridiculous (2) in order to get any food or drinks you must order from an app on the phone, minding you the app is under the person's name whom made the reservations. So if the are asleep you out if luck. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay as well as we made wonderful memories. Thank you Disney and my wonderful daughter Hannah Frazier for the time of my life

Staff was wonderful, very helpful. Dining staff was helpful and organized, always helping with technical difficulties and knowledgeable. Front staff was prompt and helpful. Bell service was great and helpful. Lifeguards were great. My son can swim (good enough) but he was stuck in the slide current and wasn’t making progress and the lifeguard helped him out. I got a little chilly and one staff told me the perfect spot to sit in the water at the splash pad while I watched my daughter. Rooms were clean and well stocked. We stayed in Aruba 54 and it was great location to skyline and bus stop and pool area. Was a little walk to the main building and main pool but wasn’t bad, we made the trip 1-2 times a day. Internal bus shuttle was nice if we didn’t want to walk. The views and beaches are beautiful.

This is the second time I have stayed at Caribbean Beach Resort. The employees go above and beyond what is asked of them. The rooms are very spacious. My dad uses a scooter while we are at the parks and Caribbean rooms are big enough to keep the scooter in the room. It is a big resort but easy to get around. The pool is amazing! Would stay here again.

Review since reopening. Excellent value. Staff is so friendly but I must say the lifeguards staffed there were the best! So kid friendly they genuinely helped me relax while there with my little one. Multiple pools, movies at night outside and plenty of great menu items. We will be back soon.

Location wise it's great for easy access to Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The new gondolas are awesome! The main pool is great with two waterslides and bar close by. The quick serve restaurant is affordable and good! Our room left much to be desired my husband described it as being similar to a red roof inn. The beds were comfortable but the room just felt tired Even though they had just been updated. All of the employees we interacted with were great and helpful.

This is the second time we've stayed at Caribbean Beach and it is very good. The rooms are clean and well appointed, as one might expect from Disney. The location is great near Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot. The latter two are accessible by the new Skyliner service of cable cars. I've deducted a star for the changes in the restaurants. Where there were multiple little restaurants offering different food choices, there is only one. It offers a number of conveniences such as on line ordering, it doesn't change the fact the food choices are limited.

Absolutely beautiful resort. Nice staff. Loved the way they make towel elephants and get creative with your window. I have only one complaint, the laundry room in Barbados. Had at least 8 washers and maybe 10 dryers which is great....but only 2 washers and 4 dryers were actually operational. Front desk said they'd send someone down, but the situation didn't change. Other than that, it is a very nice place to stay while at Disney World.

This literally feels like your on the islands at a resort. I was really impressed! The colors were bright and inviting without being over bearing. Opted out of digital checkin as this place is huge and for a first time stay I wanted help as to where things were and where I was actually going. The lobby is very nice and includes a gift shop. The front desk staff are wonderful. After waiting about 5-7 minutes in line someone came from behind the desk and helped us with checking in and all our questions. There’s a pool area with cute kiddie swim play area. The rooms were very nice and themed accordingly. Fresh linens, soaps, hair stuff all in room. View of the lake was a bonus. Trails to run on, little areas with cabanas to sit and relax. Places to eat. Keep in mind this place is big, plan accordingly if you’d rather be closer to the restaurants or front desk. Staff outside of the front desk were super nice and accommodating!!

Nice Disney operated resort/hotel right next to a small lake facing the Riviera hotel. Loved the new cable cars as transportation method to Epcot (and Hollywood studios). Didn't like the Sebastian's Bistro restaurant (see separate review). Loved the small grill restaurant in Trinidad. It was very calm there, relaxing. The rooms are nicely decorated. We had a pirate themed room, the kids loved it. One major problem we had was the room isolation (noise wise). We had very noisy neighbors in the room next to us which kept us from sleeping.
