Hotel muito limpo, equipe de recepção encantadora, não ficamos tempo suficiente para experimentar as comodidades. Mas adoramos o quarto e a vista para o mar. E nosso Yorkie logo estava aceitando que o hotel era dele e qualquer outro cachorro precisaria aceitar isso!

Ótima localização. Muito potencial. Entrei no saguão por volta das 22h. Era óbvio que eu estava fazendo o check-in com as várias malas que eu tinha comigo. Dois funcionários sentados em cadeiras conversando com uma terceira pessoa sobre as políticas de concussão da NFL. Ninguém me cumprimentou, ninguém fez contato visual comigo. Ninguém sequer reconheceu que eu estava lá. Fui até um balcão e coloquei algumas coisas no chão para pegar meu telefone e encontrar a chave do meu celular. Graças a Deus pela chave do celular, pois ainda não havia sido reconhecido pelos funcionários. Agradável surpresa, eu tinha sido atualizado para um quarto de canto no último andar com vistas maravilhosas e uma banheira de hidromassagem. Muito agradável. Na manhã seguinte, comi no restaurante. A equipe foi muito educada e amigável, mas a comida estava abaixo da média. Omelete estava cozido e marrom por fora. Os ingredientes eram principalmente não frescos. Por esse preço, não vai me trazer de volta. Eu posso descer a rua até a Waffle House e comer pela metade disso e ter uma comida duas vezes melhor. Teve que sair mais cedo do que o previsto. A pessoa que cuidou do meu check-out foi amigável, profissional e cuidou perfeitamente. Provavelmente ficarei aqui mais uma vez quando meu trabalho me levar a esta área, caso essa visita seja uma anomalia.

Buena ubicación. Mucho potencial. Entré al vestíbulo alrededor de las 10:00 p.m. Era obvio que me estaba registrando con las múltiples bolsas que tenía conmigo. Dos empleados sentados en sillas hablando con una tercera persona sobre las políticas de conmoción cerebral de la NFL. Nadie me saludó, nadie hizo contacto visual conmigo. Nadie reconoció siquiera que yo estaba allí. Fui a un mostrador y dejé algunas cosas para sacar mi teléfono y encontrar la llave de mi móvil. Gracias a Dios por la llave móvil, ya que los empleados aún no me habían reconocido. Agradable sorpresa, me habían ascendido a una habitación de esquina en el último piso con maravillosas vistas y una bañera de hidromasaje. Muy agradable. A la mañana siguiente, comí en el restaurante. El personal era muy educado y amable, pero la comida estaba por debajo de la media. La tortilla estaba recocida y dorada por fuera. Los ingredientes en su mayoría no eran frescos. Por ese precio, no me va a traer de vuelta. Puedo ir por la calle a Waffle House y comer por la mitad y tener comida el doble de buena. Tuvo que salir antes de lo previsto. La persona que manejó mi pago fue amable, profesional y lo manejó perfectamente. Probablemente me quedaré aquí una vez más cuando mi trabajo me traiga a esta área, en caso de que esta visita fuera una anomalía.

Hotel muy limpio, personal de recepción encantador, no nos quedamos lo suficiente para probar las comodidades. Pero nos encantó la habitación y la vista del océano. ¡Y nuestro Yorkie pronto aceptó que el hotel era suyo y cualquier otro perro tendría que aceptar eso!

Great location. Lots of potential. I entered the lobby at about 10:00 PM. It was obvious that I was checking in with the multiple bags I had with me.. Two employees sitting in chairs talking to a third person about NFL concussion policies. Nobody greeted me, nobody made eye contact with me. Nobody even acknowledged that I was there. I went to a counter and set some things down in order to get out my phone and find my mobile key. Thank goodness for mobile key as I had still not been recognized by the employees. Pleasant surprise, I had been upgraded to a corner room on the top floor with marvelous views and a whirlpool tub. Very nice. The next morning, I ate in the restaurant. Staff was very polite and friendly but the food was below average. Omelet was overcooked and brown on the outside. Ingredients were mostly not fresh. For that price, not going to bring me back. I can go down the street to Waffle House and eat for half that and have food that is twice as good. Had to leave earlier than anticipated.Person that handled my checkout was friendly, professional and handled it perfectly. I will probably stay here once more when my work brings me to this area, just in case this visit was an anomaly.

Very clean hotel, lovely reception staff, we didn't stay long enough to try out the amenities. But we loved the room and the view of the Ocean. And our Yorkie was soon accepting the hotel was his and any other dog would need to accept that!

Cuidado, no te quedes aquí... El gerente general no se preocupa por nadie ni por nada. La habitación estaba sucia. El polvo en el aire hacía que pareciera que estaba nevando a la luz de la mañana. Parece que rociaron pintura sobre las áreas gruesas de los excrementos de cucarachas. Creo que las cucarachas incluso se mudaron, el lugar es tan malo. Al personal de limpieza no le importa. A algunos miembros del personal de recepción les importaba, pero obviamente tenían las manos atadas. Esto no es absolutamente un hotel de tres estrellas.

Beware, Don't stay here... General manager does notseam care about anyone or anything. The room was filthy. Dust in the air made it look like it was snowing in the early morning light. Looks like they sprayed paint over the gross areas from roach droppings. I think the roaches have even moved out the place is so bad.Cleaning staff doesn't care. Some of the front desk staff did care but obviously their hands were tied. This is absolutely not a three-star hotel

Cuidado ao usar o aplicativo para fazer check-in. Na primeira vez que usei o aplicativo, tudo funcionou bem. Na segunda e mais recente viagem, o aplicativo alterou minha reserva de um quarto acessível para um quarto não acessível. Quando liguei para as reservas, eles disseram que não havia nada a ser feito e que eu teria que solicitar uma mudança de quarto na minha chegada (nenhuma garantia de que eles teriam quartos disponíveis). A equipe é muito acolhedora. David foi uma estrela brilhante de nossa última estadia. Viemos aqui três vezes por ano. Francamente, o local supera qualquer uma das armadilhas. Adoro poder caminhar no cais. Eu amo o fato de que há uma piscina coberta e outra ao ar livre. (Seria bom se a piscina interna pudesse ficar aberta por mais tempo ... especialmente a banheira de hidromassagem.) Será bom também quando a academia for aberta novamente e ... a equipe tem sido super acomodatícia em nos permitir emprestar um pouco de o equipamento menor. Em suma, a localização e os funcionários tornam o lugar. Oh ... e os biscoitos frescos e quentes.

O material era muito agradável e útil. O quarto era super limpo e espaçoso o suficiente para a nossa família. A piscina aquecida foi um sucesso com nossos netos e eles gostaram! O hotel era limpo, amigável e muito útil. Era um dia muito frio e nos trouxemos ao check-in sem esperar. Agradecemos a todos que estiveram trabalhando o tempo que estivemos lá. Obrigado novamente!

The staff is very accommodating.David was a shinning star of our last stay.We come here three times a year.Frankly, the location outdoes any of the pitfalls.I love being able to walk out on the pier.I love the fact that there is both an indoor and outdoor pool.(It would be nice if the indoor pool could be open longer... especially the hot tub.)It will be nice too when the gym is open again and... the staff has been super accommodating in allowing us to borrow some of the smaller equipment.All in all the location and the staff make the place.Oh... and the fresh, hot cookies.

Beware of using the app to check in. The first time I used the app everything worked fine. The second and most recent trip, the app changed my reservation from an accessible room to a non-accessible room. When I called reservations, they said that there was nothing that could be done and that I'd have to request a room change upon my arrival ( no guarantee that they would have available rooms.) It worked out in the end when I called the front desk specifically on the morning of my arrival and told them what happened. Staff was very polite and responsive. Hotel and room very clean. Will probably stay again (but not use the app!)

The stuff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was super clean and roomy enough for our family. The heated pool was a hit with our grandchildren and they enjoyed it! The hotel was clean, friendly and very helpful. It was a very cold day and the got us checked in with no waiting. We thank everyone who was working the time we were there. Thanks again!

Foi uma semana maravilhosa! Agradecemos a equipe e sua gentileza. Quando tivemos problemas com o nosso quarto, uma resolução aconteceu muito rapidamente. Meu motivo para escolher esta propriedade foi avaliar sua acessibilidade para meu marido, que está em uma cadeira de rodas. Uma das únicas coisas que tornariam este lugar 100% acessível para meu marido seria ter o tapete / pista para deficientes físicos na praia para que meu marido pudesse sair para a água…. Além disso, ter uma cadeira de rodas para o oceano para uso. Esta foi a instalação mais suja do Hilton em que minha família e eu já nos hospedamos como um membro do Hilton Honors. Viajamos semanalmente para torneios esportivos e nos sentimos confiantes de que havíamos encontrado um hotel perfeito enquanto estávamos na praia, mas estávamos errados. Não só o hotel estava imundo, como o ambiente geral era pobre; o papel de parede pendurado nas paredes, as molduras das portas que precisavam terrivelmente de ser repintadas e as banheiras não pareciam limpas. Meus filhos gostaram dos benefícios da piscina coberta, por isso não classifiquei nossa experiência como 1.A equipe da recepção foi extremamente desdém, pois estávamos esperando na fila para o check-in e durante a nossa interação. Eu testemunhei outros membros da equipe falarem rudemente com a equipe de manutenção / limpeza; fazer caretas no walkie-talkie, etc., com visibilidade clara de outros convidados. Com exceção da banheira, o quarto em geral estava limpo. Quando tentamos solicitar toalhas adicionais, NUNCA poderíamos entrar em contato com ninguém por telefone na recepção. Era extremamente inconveniente ter que voltar lá embaixo para pedir toalhas. Eu não me senti como um valioso membro do Hilton Honors neste local. Espero que isso possa ser corrigido. This was the dirtiest Hilton facility my family and I have ever stayed in as a Hilton Honors Member.We travel weekly for sports tournaments and felt confident that we had found a perfect hotel while staying on the beach, but we were wrong.Not only was the hotel filthy, the overall ambience was poor; wallpaper hanging from the walls, door frames in terrible need of repainting and the bathtubs did not appear clean.My children enjoyed the benefits of the indoor pool which is why I did not rate our experience as a 1.The front desk staff were extremely dismissive as we were waiting in line to check in and during our interaction.I witnessed other staff members speak rudely to the maintenance/cleaning staff; making faces on the walkie talkie, etc. in clear visibility of other guests.With the exception of the bathtub, the room overall was clean.When we attempted to request additional towels, we could NEVER reach anyone via phone at the front desk.It was extremely inconvenient to have to go back downstairs to request towels.I did not feel like a valued Hilton Honors Member at this location.I hope this can be rectified.I would appreciate a more pleasant opportunity to stay in a Hilton hotel in the near future.Thank you in advance for your response and attention to this matter.

It was a wonderful week!Appreciated the staff and their kindness.When we had issue with our room- a resolution happened very quickly. My reason for choosing this property was to assess its accessibility for my husband whom is in a wheelchair.One of the only things that would have made this place 100% accessible for my husbandwould have been to have the handicapped mat/runway on the beach so my husband could get out to the water…. Also, having an ocean wheelchair for use. I realize the cost involved…but, the hotel has done such a good job of having the hotel accessible in all other areas… these would make the stay and return stays possible for my husband and I.I hope the ownership will consider these final options for the handicapped community.

This hotel is one of the most well known in the area. I've been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be disappointed. A great place to go very little crowds the hotel is great outside pool area dining inside or outside. You can order lunch and eat it right there on the beach to go. I love this place will always go back.
