Spent 4 weeks here for work, thought the rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, shower was nice. Overall I enjoyed my time there, the staff is really friendly and great. Make sure you say hi to Luna!

Acabamos de terminar uma estadia de duas noites neste hotel. Nós estávamos lá para uma conferência. (MASFSA) Eu queria reconhecer os funcionários daquele hotel. Eles foram fenomenais! Chaz, Kristi, Julie, Justin e o resto da equipe! Foi acima e além para garantir que tivéssemos o que precisávamos e que as coisas corressem bem. Um grito para os cozinheiros também, pois todos adoraram a comida. Obrigado por nos hospedar! Altamente recomendado pelo Conselho MASFSA para uma conferência ou evento!

VERY misleading, the room was less then averge.5 were booked for room (supposed to be suite and balcony) it was 2 double beds with a loveseat no balcony. Room had previous water damage to ceiling looked as though it was going to fall in on us, lamps were plastic with broken shades, only 2 towels, 1 set of shampoo and conditioner.Coffee maker didn't work, ice machine broken, front desk personal were not helpful with complaints, water in lobby not marked with items in it and I had an allergic reaction due to mint leaves in it.Restaurant within hotel had 1 staff bartending, waitressing and busing tables rude when asked about something missing on my plate was told " I was hiding it" Really? It was a salad missing the chips (she never brought any either) Slow service as she was more concerned with attending the bar.Then checkout was overcharged and charged twiced took over a week to get cleared up and yet NO return phone call from hotel.Credit card company had to fix it.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!Sue the PA was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC she was SO HELPFUL AND SWEET.

We just finished up a two night stay at this hotel. We were there for a conference. (MASFSA) I wanted to recognize the employees at that hotel. They were phenomenal!Chaz, Kristi, Julie, Justin, and the rest of the crew! Went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and that things went well.A shout out to the cooks as well, as everyone raved over the food. Thank you for hosting us! Highly recommended by the MASFSA Board for a conference or event!

ALGO PEIXO ESTÁ ACONTECENDO NO HOTEL e não é o cheiro vindo da piscina. 0/5 estadia. Além de acordar com formigas no rosto e edredons nojentos (que ninguém nunca veio mudar após 3 pedidos), este hotel me cobrou duas vezes pelo quarto, deixando-me com US $ 360 a menos na minha conta bancária. Cada membro da equipe me garantiu que era apenas um "espera" Não! Ele passou e há 3 cobranças pendentes. Nenhum gerente responderá a nenhuma pergunta e meu número de telefone agora está sendo ignorado. Tive que desligar de um telefone de amigos. Boa sorte a todos! Estarei ao telefone com a minha ação bancária.

Cabelo nas paredes do chuveiro quando cheguei, toalha manchada deixada no quarto como se estivesse limpo, o tamanho do quarto era bom, a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem eram boas, mas muito escorregadias ao redor da piscina, boa localização perto de lojas, restaurantes e parques e do Lago Michigan. A equipe não é tão agradável quanto eu esperava. Restaurantes de jantar e café da manhã no local eram muito caros para o que me foi dado. Nenhum pequeno-almoço continental ou café gratuito visto em qualquer lugar.

Hair on shower walls when I arrived, stained towel left in room as if it was clean, room size was nice, pool and hot tub were nice but very slippery around pool, nice location close to stores, restaurants and parks and Lake Michigan. Staff not as nice as I would have expected. Onsite dinner and breakfast restaurants were too expensive for what I was given. No continental breakfast or free coffee seen anywhere.

SOMETHING FISHY IS GOING ON AT THE HOTEL and its not the smell coming from the pool. 0/5 stay. On top of waking up to ants on our face and disgusting comforters (that no one ever came to change after 3 requests) this hotel has double charged me for the room leaving me with $360 less in my bank account. Every staff member has ensured me it was just a "hold" Nope! It has gone through and there are 3 pending charges. No manager will answer any questions and my phone number is now being ignored. Had to call off of a friends phone. Good luck everyone! I'll be on the phone with my bank pursing action.

Pior experiência de hotel que minha esposa e eu tivemos em algum tempo. Hotel muito antigo para uma árvore dupla. Muitos problemas de manutenção (não há máquinas de gelo funcionando em nosso andar, problemas de ventilação e descarga do banheiro em nosso quarto), bem como um sofá fedorento. Também nunca foi notificado que não receberíamos nenhum tipo de serviço de arrumação durante a nossa estadia. Não voltarei com certeza e não posso recomendar.

Worst hotel experience my wife and I have had in quite some time. Very old hotel for a double tree. Many maintenance issues (No working ice machines on our floor, exhaust vent and toilet flushing issues in our room) as well as a smelly couch.Also was never notified we would not receive any type of housekeeping service during our stay.Will not be back that's for sure and can not recommend.

Este era um hotel sujo e de baixo orçamento. Estava cheio de gente fumando no quarto ao nosso lado QUE ESTAVA ATRAVÉS DA PAREDE da cabeceira onde minha família DORMIA! este era para ser um hotel para não fumadores, onde estavam os alarmes de fumo?? A piscina estava gelada e eu não daria estrelas se eu pudesse. Saímos daquele hotel IMEDIATAMENTE e tudo o que possuíamos cheirava a fumaça de cigarro. foi NOJENTO e o hotel negou-se a compensar-nos pelas nossas queixas. TOTAL desperdício de dinheiro. os quartos são incrivelmente pequenos e muito sujos. havia arranhões, amassados e lascas de tinta por toda parte. Eu tive que verificar as camas para insetos, era tão imundo! NÃO vá aqui!! se você quiser umas férias agradáveis em família FIQUE EM OUTRO LUGAR!

Não tenho certeza se eu poderia dar um 0, mas seria se isso fosse uma escolha. Eu sou bastante relaxado quando se trata de hotéis e viajo muito. Eu fiz algo pela primeira vez na minha vida - fiz o check-out de um quarto e pedi um reembolso dentro de uma hora de estar no hotel. Fiz o check-in no meu quarto e, enquanto a caminhada até ele mostrava algumas bandeiras vermelhas - sujas, desatualizadas, com a pintura descascando, larguei minha bolsa e peguei um pouco de comida no bar. Quando voltei, comecei a puxar os lençóis para trás e fui levado de volta pelo puro número de manchas e pelo que parecia ser sangue tingido no edredom - dava para ver que foi visto várias vezes e estava virado para baixo para não aparecer isto. Olhei mais ao redor da sala e continuei a notar simplesmente desgosto. Isso me lembrou de algo que você veria em um motel decadente de beira de estrada, nada associado a Hilton. Eu amo a marca Hilton e sei que isso não é a norma. Eu recomendaria ficar longe deste lugar até que algumas grandes melhorias sejam feitas para corrigir os problemas. Uma coisa é precisar de upgrades, outra é estar sujo.

This was a dirty, low budget, hotel. It was full of people smoking in the room next to us THAT WAS COMING THROUGH THE WALL by out headboard where my family SLEPT! this was supposed to be a NON SMOKING hotel so WHERE WERE the smoke alarms??? The pool was freezing cold and i'd give this NO stars if I could. We left that hotel IMMEDIATELY and everything we owned REEKED of cigarette smoke. it was DISGUSTING and the hotel denied to compensate us for our greivances. TOTAL waste of money. the rooms are incredibly small and very dirty. there were scratches and dents and paint chips all over. I had to check the beds for bugs it was so filthy! DO NOT go here!! if you want a nice family vacation STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Not sure if I could give it a 0, but would if that was a choice. I am pretty laid back when it comes to hotels and travel a lot. I did something for the first time I have ever done in my life - I checked out of a room, and asked for a refund within in an hour of being in the hotel. I checked in my room, and while the walk to it showed some red flags - dirty, outdated, paint pealing, I dropped my bag and grabbed some food my the bar. When I went back, I started to pull the bedsheets back and was taken back by the pure number of stains and what appeared to be dyed blood on the comforter - you could tell it has been watched multiple times and was facing down as to not show it. I looked around the room more and continued to notice just plain disgust. It reminded me of something you would see at a rundown roadside motel, nothing something associated with Hilton. I love the Hilton brand and know this is not the norm. I would recommend staying away from this place until some major improvements are done to fix the issues. It’s one thing to need upgrades, it’s another to be dirty.

Pior hotel alguma vez experiência !! Vim a este hotel para trazer o Ano Novo com amigos e familiares. Assim que chegamos, toda a vibração estava desligada. Os quartos estavam sujos, insetos por toda parte. O que quer que seja, todo mundo está com falta de pessoal nos dias de hoje. Vamos tirar o melhor proveito disso. Check-in às 4:30 pm que é bom, bastante normal. Uma vez que vimos as placas de mudanças de mig por todo o hotel dizendo que o horário da piscina era das 9h às 22h parecia estranho, pois todas as placas na área da piscina diziam 6h às 23h. Quando questionado o gerente Luís, este afirmou que o horário mudou devido ao “comportamento das pessoas a partir das 23h”. Faça isso, já que as pessoas mudam depois das 10. Em seguida, fomos informados que poderíamos usar a área comum, mas tinha que ser bastante. Então, deixe-me ver se eu paguei por um hotel, devemos fazer o check-in às 16h30 e ter que estar no meu quarto às 22h. O que na reforma prisional isso? Quando solicitado um reembolso, foi-nos dito que não, uma vez que tínhamos sido para o quarto. Evite uma dor de cabeça.

Worst hotel ever experience ever!! Came to this hotel to bring in the New Years with friends and family. Once we arrived, the whole vibe was off. Rooms were dirty, bugs everywhere. What ever everyone is short staff these days. Lets make the best of it. Check -in at 4:30 pm which is fine, pretty standard. Once we saw mig shifts signs all over the hotel saying the pool hours were from 9am- 10pm seemed strange since all the signs in the pool area said 6am 11pm. When asked the manager Luis he stated the hours had changed because of “peoples behavior after 11pm”. Make that make since people change after 10. Then we were told we could use the common area but had to be quite. So let me get this right I paid for a hotel, we’re i check in at 4:30pm then have to be in my room at 10:00pm. What in the prison reform this? When asked for a refund we were told no since we had been to the room. Save yourself a headache.

I came here again during COVID due to work. It was a really bad experience. 1. They are not providing breakfast which I understand, but they are not even providing a decent snacks in the morning like the other hilton hotels. (Basically they just have some energy bars in the front desk) 2. The pool and the gym are still closed while the HOME2 SUITE in the other side of the city is opened. 3. This hotel is just too old and doesn't attract me without the cookies.

En general muy buena experiencia con algunas excepciones. Las habitaciones están bien dotadas pero viejas. El baño no tiene muy bien diseño pues la puerta de la ducha choca con el inodoro e incomoda al estar abierta. Necesita renovación.
