“Staff was great. The amenities provided with the room were also great ($30 daily food credit, free shuttle to Disney, 2 complimentary waters daily). We also enjoyed the outdoor pool. The rooms were spacious but nothing else about them was good. We had bugs in our kitchen area. Maintenance apparently came up and sprayed for bugs during our stay but we still saw them. Bathrooms are dated. Half the time we did not have hot water in the shower and the sink did not properly drain. The AC also did not work. There is no cool option, it just runs on fan mode. We did not stay in the room much thankfully since we were here to visit Disney. We would not recommend staying here because the rooms were so poor.”

“Dated, but nice hotel. Staff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Only complaint I have is finding the fitness center. There is one sign in the lobby directing to the door outside. Once outside there are no more signs. But you have to enter the pool area and go around the corner. On my way there I ran into other guest that were lost trying to find it also.”
