“Our stay wasn’t bad. We came for our honeymoon. The staff was absolutely amazing!! The food was ok, nothing great. And after visiting other beaches around Mexico, it made this beach on the resort look pretty bad. They only cleaned up all of the seaweed when a large group of people came to the resort. The rooms smelled like mold and we even had mold on our sheets and the mirror was so distorted from all of the humidity damage that we couldn’t really use it. We also tried to use the room service to order a bottle of wine. They told me it would take 45 min to drop it off and then never did. We had a good time, I’m not sure if we would come back to this resort but we will definitely try out some of the other dreams resorts/ chains, we heard that the secrets was pretty good. This is a good place for the whole family, I wish we would have gone with an adult only hotel for our honeymoon.”

“I agree that ALL of the staff are kind, grateful for tourism. The term “My Pleasure” wore out fast. However the resort itself leaves me feeling like I was on a cruise ship with little to make me feel like I was “in Mexico.” A very fast moving and very busy highway to a gated community leading into the resort, the golf carts cannot go outside the gate, it actually felt like I was trapped in maybe Arizona. I feel I’ve been scammed. The rooms were very basic, the elevators were speedy but smelled really bad all 7 days we stayed. Every day there was condensation on the windows. The push and the offer of free room service could be a little too convenient for some?! I did use it on a sick day, I felt the food arrived soggy, cold and not very appetizing. The on resort store and all surrounding businesses were very expensive. As an example; $9.00 USD for a regular small-medium fridge magnet... nothing fancy about it. Kids beach pale was $15.00 USD. I got a feeling that the money didn’t trickle down to the staff. So if you dO chose this resort come prepared you won’t have to pay the ridiculous “I didn’t come prepared tax”. The beach is small and appears man made, little natural appearances. It does have stunning visuals for pictures... but 7 days of the same ol, same ol was not worth it in the long run. There were 3 adults only one partakes in alcohol and 1 five year old child. All 4 of us got really, really sick... suspect something like a flu. One of our group had a spa service and at checkout was super surprised by the cost of the service.... read the FINE PRINT! We’ve talked and any Dream vacation rental will not be on our travel list again. I’m sorry because the staff at Dreams need us to visit them, they depend on tourism.”
