Excelente Resort com sistema All Inclusive. A estrutura é surpreendente! Desde a recepção aos prédios com as suítes é tudo muito bem decorado, limpo e aconchegante. Local perfeito para férias em família, mesmo que se tenha crianças pequenas. Há uma piscina principal enorme, e mais duas menores apenas para os pequenos! Para todos, uma piscina incrível com borda infinita e outra para atividades aquáticas. Há varias opções de alimentação, desde restaurantes de comidas tipicas à lanche na beira da piscina e bares na praia. Os funcionários são atenciosos e simpáticos. A localização é boa para quem pretende fazer passeios. Há uma estrutura excelente para casamentos, festas e "cenas românticas" à beira da praia. (pago a parte) A praia infelizmente não é muito boa para o nado devido ao "sargaço". Embora muitos funcionários trabalhem na limpeza a quantidade é grande.

Was there during the New Years weekend...nice, very clean resort. The bars all close/shut down (except the lobby bar) late afternoon...and on New Year's Eve, ALL bars closed from about 3pm until the festivities began...scheduled for 8:30...they didn't start until close to 10pm...quite a few people upset that an All-Inclusive was not All-Inclusive for big chunks of time. Aside from the irregular bar hours, everything else was above par...food, accommodations, entertainment...oh! One thing...if you get a room w the private dipping pool, make sure it faces the Sun...the water was so cold, all weekend long that we couldn't use it...and since it was an additional charge, we wasted that money!

First, let me just say that we will always be going with AM Resorts and their different brands when we need a resort. They just know what they are doing!One of the things that was most impressive this time around was their ability to keep us updated and make adjustments regarding COVID. We decided to not cancel, but to keep postponing until we could go, and they worked with us every step of the way. Once a resort opened up, they contacted us and let us know. They decided to set us up at a better resort than our previous reservation, upgraded our room, and gave us a free night for sticking with them. AMAZING!This time we had a Premium Deluxe Ocean room. Great room for a couple, and both the bed and the balcony faced the ocean. And each balcony had a hot tub.As a guest, we really didn't have to change our behavior for COVID. The resort had everything taken care of. They had a great rotation for the restaurants so we could still eat at each place during our stay. The food was very good!There was also plenty of chairs and pool space for the guests.So thank you for such a wonderful stay. Because of your parent company, Cancun is my favorite vacation spot :).

Our trip was awesome, the resort is very nice, very clean. The food is super tasty! The staff is friendly! Overall I give it 5 stars. My only complaint is the walls in the rooms are very thin. The room beside us was obnoxious and played loud music constantly and the room above us sounded like they were playing basketball. If you are a light sleeper like me, I recommend downloading a fan app or white noise app!

Muy decepcionada de este complejo(estancia del 23 dic al 4 enero) Después de un año de encierro quisimos "encerrarnos" en un centro vacacional con los niños y las abuelitas para las fiestas 2020. Normalmente los AM Resorts nos han funcionado Erramos de elección en esta ocasiónPrimeramente habíamos solicitado habitaciones comunicadasen nuestra reserva las cuales se "aseguraron" a nuestra llegada "no habia", solo había 2 habitaciones separadas por un "cuarto" peeeero por un costo extra nos podían pasar al dichoso "cuarto" que nos separaba (de la misma calidad que el ya pagado)Hay muchos insectos en los cuartos, la comida es de regular a mala (invariablemente fria) y racionan (no puedes pedir porciones para tus niños, ellos se deben formar en los snaks), se nota que en las albercas no hay ningún sistema de calefacción (ni públicas ni las privadas de los cuartos), los productos del spa son de baja de calidad.Creo que lo peor seria el factor humano... los que son amables se hacen bolas, y los demás son tienen actitudes raras... ejemplo... *** para elegir una mesa para año nuevo la persona de redevaciones me dijo sobre la mesa que elegí"es una buena mesa se la doy porque me agarro de buenas" 😱 ... no es que me diera un descuento o algún trato especial, solo por elegir algo lejos de las bocinas*** en la alberca publica peor... lo más significativo fue el día que dejamos nuestras cosas personales en 2 camastros fuimos a la playa ya desayunar porque la alberca aun estaba helada (eramos 4 pero entendemos que por sana distancia haya menos mobiliario y no hay necesidad de ocupar más), llovió en lo que desayunabamosy decidimos ir por un helado y perder un poco el tiempo en lo que terminaba la lluvia ¡¡¡sorpresa!!! Nuestros camastros dados a una pareja extrajera, los juegos de playa aventados a unos 2 metros y las bolsas de playa y sandalias de mis niñosperdidas y algunas cosas de mediano valor La pareja nos dijo que habían retirado las cosas el personal del hotel ... la persona "encargada" nos menciono una serie de "reglas" desconocida para nosotros y muy irracionales como que "al mobiliario desatendido durante 20 minutos se retiran las cosas y se van a las cosas perdidas" que "los supervisores hacen un barrido cada 20 minutos"En fin .... Creo que fue la cereza del pastel para este año tan terribleLe doy 2 estrellas porque la fiesta de año nuevo fue muy bonita

Es un lugar increíble, por la contingencia todo el buffet es asistido, el trato del personal impecable, solo no me agradó que para la hora de comida, solo hubiera disponibles snacks cerca de la piscina, más no sé si sea por medida de la cuarentena. Estaban operando a menor capacidad en noviembre 2020

Tenía mis dudas por los comentarios tan divididos, pero mi experiencia fue buena. Todos en el hotel son muy amables. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. Hay variedad de restaurantes y aunque la comida no es espectacular sí es buena. Recomiendo el servicio de Spa. A diferencia de otros hoteles no necesitas brazalete para el all inclusive e ingresas a tu recámara desde tu celular. Lo que mejoraría es la temperatura de la alberca ya que siempre estuvo helada, y la limpieza de los baños comunes. Por otra parte los restaurantes cierran temprano y no abren todos los días, después de las 11 no hay mucho que hacer. Sí regresaría!

The perfect place to kick up your heals! Beach, pool side, R&R at its finest. The food is outstanding with various cuisines to choose from nightly. I most enjoyed the French restaurant. All my food pics are from that night. The fish tacos and the ribs were my favorite for lunch. But the fresh grill by the pool was great too. Everything is included. The fancier wine has addition cost, but no need to go there, if you don't want. The staff is great and the rooms are nice. We had an ocean view. Some rooms have swim out patios! Dreams Natura is a great place to concider for a Cancun all inclusive! Was a week in paradise.

Mi experiencia en este hotel ha sido pésima. El trato que recibimos por parte de algunos empleados de este hotel fue de Discriminación. Principalmente por parte del señor Alonso Blanco, encargado del restaurante francés. Su actitud fue grosera, prepotente y déspota. De igual forma por parte de la encargada de la atención telefónica, la señora Priscila, ya que no quiso atenderme vía telefónica cuando tuve una emergencia en mi habitación. Sin duda, jamás regresaría a este lugar

Excelente 👌 el servicio es lo mejor, las habitaciones son super cómodas y amplias. Hay muchas opciones de comida y bebida. Ideal para descansar y pasarla muy bien

Loved the level of service, friendly people/employees, how clean everything is, and the fun activities on the resort at night and during the day! Loved having our wedding there and hosting our friends and family here. I do wish the pools and hot tubs were open later though as they close at 10 pm. If they could stay open until 12 pm that would be nice!

Exceptional resort with extraordinary beach and friendly staff. We could not find one thing to complain about. Our rooms were clean and spacious. The food was delicious and the drinks plentiful. You could tell right away the our safety and health was priority. Dreams made our vacation relaxing and rejuvenating. I’ve been to a lot of places and this one is special. Quiero empezar diciendo que desde el primer día que llegamos a Riviera hubo una confusión con nuestro hospedaje (por culpa de la compañía que sacamos nuestro viaje) no por el hotel y la muchacha que nos recibió fue extremadamente paciente y nos ayudó a arreglar el problema, desde el primer día hubo mucha lluvia y eso nos desilusionó un poco por que pensamos que íbamos a perder el día pero tengo que mencionar que GRACIAS a todos los empleados nos enfocamos en lo bueno y olvidamos lo malo de el clima, no puedo mencionar a un solo empleado por que todos sin exención de una fueron extremadamente amables, yo y mi esposo viajamos 2-3 veces al año a los resorts y tengo que decir que en este hotel el servicio al cliente es el mejor que hemos recibido. Empezando por front desk, muchachos del bar, las house keeping, mantenimiento, meseros , muchachas de limpieza, TODOS a toda hora tenían una buena cara y siempre te saludaban muy amables, te hacen sentir muy bien. Me gustaría que los dueños o gerentes les den unas felicitaciones a todos sus empleados por el gran servicio que dan ya que como mencioné anteriormente todos sin excepción de ninguno nos dejo muy buena opinión de su hotel y buena experiencia.Lo único que puedo recomendar que mejoren es la comida que sinceramente le diera 3 estrellas de 5, muy poca variedad de comida, todos los días era lo mismo o muy parecido y el sabor no estaba bueno para nada, en ninguno de sus restaurantes, ni siquiera en el buffet. Estamos acostumbrados a que los resorts tengan comida muy buena y este no nos gusto para nada. De ahí en fuera todo EXELENTE!I want to start by saying that from the first day we arrived in Riviera there was a confusion with our accommodation (because of the company that took our trip) not because of the hotel and the girl who received us was extremely patient and helped us to fix the problem, From the first day there was a lot of rain and that disappointed us a bit because we thought we were going to lose the day but I have to mention that THANKS to all the employees we focus on the good and forget the bad of the weather, I cannot mention a Just employee because everyone without one exemption was extremely friendly, me and my husband travel 2-3 times a year to the resorts and I have to say that at this hotel the customer service is the best we have received. Starting with the front desk, the guys from the bar, the house keeping, maintenance, waiters, cleaning girls, EVERYONE had a good face at all times and they always greeted you very kindly, they make you feel very good. I would like the owners or managers to congratulate all their employees for the great service they give, since as I mentioned before, all of them without exception left us a very good opinion of their hotel and a good experience.The only thing I can recommend that they improve is the food that honestly gave it 3 stars out of 5, very little variety of food, every day it was the same or very similar and the taste was not good at all, in any of its restaurants, nor even at the buffet. We are used to the resorts having very good food and we did not like it at all. From there on out everything EXCELLENT!

The staff was wonderful,even with the hurricane we had a great time. Hats off to Rosie at the Excellence Club. Fernando and Felipe at pool took care of us daily and Moises at the bar. It is amazing that we go every year, the staff remembers us and welcomes us as family. We have gone to all of the Excellent clubs and Riviera is our favorite. Your staff is outstanding. Keep up the great job.

Love the fact you can sit in the pool and still feel like you are on the beach. All restaurants are conveniently located and easy to get to. Bartenders are the sweetest and willing to keep the drinks coming. Wish they had more activities on the beach like they have had in the past. Normally they have beach volleyball, cornhole, soccer, and several others. I'm assuming with Covid19 restrictions those aren't allowed at this time. This is our second time at this Dreams location and it will definitely not be our last. Thank you to the amazing staff we had a great time!

Beautiful Resort!! Very clean! Service was amazing. The workers were extremely nice. More of a family resort. I went with my husband and we wish we stood somewhere else because there were kids everywhere. I gave it 3 stars because the food was just okay, and the drinks were watered down. Drinks were really bad. Best thing was mimosas. My 3rd time in Cancun and I've had better food, better drinks and better time at the other 2 resorts. There were really no entertainment. Other than that Beautiful resort. And wonderful service! I recommend that location if you're going with kids.

We paid our wedding deposit and then cancelled later on because of COVID-19. We were entitled to a full refund because it was still within the time frame for a reimbursement. The wedding supervisor Paula said the process takes 4-6 weeks. We waited over 3 months for a refund and did not get anything back. She said she was going to check to see why we didn't get a refund but then never replied back. I emailed her several times to follow-up and absolutely no replies. I was planning going there in the future but now it is completely off my list.

É caro, pelo preço tudo deveria ser perfeito. A praia não é maravilhosa como em outros resorts, a comida no restaurante francês foi decepcionante. De resto as piscinas tem água morna e limpa, o atendimento é entre regular e ótimo, quase sempre bom, a comida do buffet tem ótima variedade e qualidade e as bebidas não são aguadas.

Self contained resort. Only issue is, you are at the mercy of the hotel for transportation in and out. You are paying U.S. pricing for everything! Landscaping is very well kept and very pleasant atmosphere. Beach is always maintained and cleaned daily, maybe twice a day depending on the weather. I did enjoy the bar by the pool and was an added bonus. Food was delicious and displayed delightful. You had seven [7] options to dine at within the resort.

Our stay was amazing! The ambience at this resort is spectacular. The rooms, the view, the pools and drinks are all 10/10. The staff here are also so friendly and go out of their way to meet your needs- my favourites were Alejandro from the Entertainment staff and Enrique from the lobby bar. The rooms were always kept clean, housekeeping was twice a day. There is a lot of variety in the buffet restaurant, you will definitely be able to find something to eat there! The Japanese restaurant is a MUST!!! They require reservations but definitely worth going there for dinner! The best dinner I have had at this place. Our server Morimoto was so nice as well. Also one of my favourite things about the buffet was that they had a huge variety of desserts and the cakes from their room service menu! The entertainment at this resort is very nice, they have something different everyday whether its a magic show, dance performance or fire show. Overall, I really enjoyed this trip it felt like paradise! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone planning on visiting Mexico!!

The service here is amazing as soon as your car doors are opened. The accommodations are even better then advertised and all employees have great attitudes towards guest. This place is somehow great for a couples get away, family vacation, or a trip w/friends. No matter the occasion you'll enjoy yourself at this place.

I’ve been in many “all inclusive” resorts. What make this one different is the people that works here. The service is wonderful, without excesses. They have balanced all needs: for kids, for couples, for gays, for elders. The price afford it. Did I mentioned food??? All the restaurantes are high level in quality, but the best, is the “world cafe”... yes, even it is a buffet, they have all kind of GOOD food in same place. Don’t miss understand me, it is not a fancy resort: it’s just extremely good, compared with other “all inclusive” resorts. P.S. Be aware of the dress code! This is key to keep the service they offer. So, bring a light shirt, pants & shoes (at least for one night).

I cannot say enough about this resort, my boyfriend and I went for the very 1st time with some friends of ours and had the most amazing time. The food is wonderful, the staff is wonderful and Alfredo at El patio restaurant was the best and treated us like royalty, we had the most amazing time at that restaurant. Getting the preferred club is highly recommended, we loved the VIP treatment we received and the plunge pool rooms are a must! We will definitely be back!!

Me and my partner travelled here with my parents in January for our 2 week holiday, from the moment we stepped foot in the resort we were amazed by how lovely everyone was! I can’t fault this hotel...

After reading some of the bad reviews on here, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after our 8 day vacation for my sons wedding, all I can say is Dreams was wonderful! The place is beautiful, everyone...
