Great location. Clean, quiet. Close to downtown with free parking. Front desk staff were very friendly. Just dont leave anything behind in your room. You will not get it back. Would have given five stars, otherwise.

Curta distância do Instituto Neurológico Barrow. Minha esposa e minha irmã ficaram por uma semana enquanto eu fiz uma cirurgia no cérebro. O serviço e atenção das senhoras da recepção foi único! Café-da-manhã foi muito bom de acordo com minha esposa e minha irmã. A senhora encarregada de definir o café da manhã acomodou algumas restrições alimentares que meu espólio tinha. Aprecie devidamente isso. Voltamos para uma visita de acompanhamento no hospital seis semanas depois e a estadia foi igualmente agradável.

Short distance to Barrow Neurological Institute. My spouse and my sister did stay for a week while I had brain surgery. The service and attention from the front desk ladies was unique! Breakfast was very good according to both my spouse and my sister. The lady in charge of setting the breakfast did accomodate some dietary restrictions my spose had. Duly appreciaty that. We did return back for a follow visit at the hospital six weeks later and the stay was equally pleasant.

Este hotel foi uma escolha de última hora como o hotel anterior (marca diferente) que tínhamos escolhido não era muito bom. Com este Fairfield Inn & Suites, ficamos muito felizes com a nossa estadia de 2 noites. O hotel está localizado em uma parte agradável da cidade, próximo ao metrô, museus e boas opções de restaurantes. Nossa suíte era limpa e as camas confortáveis, e durante a nossa estadia, foi tranquilo. Também ficamos satisfeitos com o pequeno-almoço quente gratuito e seleções de bebidas. Os funcionários do hotel também são muito solícitos e simpáticos. Definitivamente vai voltar a este hotel quando visitarmos Phoenix novamente.

This hotel was a last minute choice as the prior hotel (different brand) we had chosen was not very nice. With this Fairfield inn & Suites, we were very happy with our 2-night stay. The hotel is located in a nice part of town, next to the light rail, museums, and good dining options. Our suite was clean and beds comfortable, and during our stay, it was quiet. We were also pleased with the free hot breakfast and beverage selections. Hotel staff are also very accommodating and friendly. Definitely will return to this hotel when we visit Phoenix again.

Em primeiro lugar, a senhora da recepção foi tão gentil! Eu disse a ela que quem eu falei sobre cancelar o resto da minha estadia, exceto por esta noite, que eu apreciei muito. Expliquei o que estava acontecendo com meu marido e ela perguntou educadamente se poderia adicioná-lo à sua lista de oração. Pessoas gentis como ela facilitam as experiências traumáticas. O quarto em si era limpo e confortável. Como alguém que tem que ser germofóbico para meu marido, achei legal que eles deixassem um lenço desinfetante para o controle remoto. Definitivamente recomendo este hotel!

First off, the front desk lady was so kind! I told her that whoever I talked to about canceling the rest of my stay except for this one night, that I greatly appreciated it. I explained what was going on with my husband and she asked politely if she could add him to her prayer list. Kind people like her make traumatic experiences easier. The room itself was clean and comfortable. As someone who has to be a germaphobe for my husband, I thought it was nice that they leave a sanitizing wipe for the remote. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Eu fiquei aqui vários; no entanto, desta vez, não recebi o serviço, nem valor pago um extra de $ 100 por um quarto king no fim de semana antes de pagar $ 263. Este quarto tinha 2 camas queen size (King era o que eu reservei... representante da recepção e me disseram que não temos bandejas intrigantes como acabei de fazer. No último sábado, eu estava lá. O representante da recepção foi rude e não atencioso. Adivinhe, e meu parceiro terá que encontrar um novo local de fuga Tanto para o status de elite Silver.

I've stayed here several; however, this time, I did not receive the service, nor value paid an extra $100 for a king room the weekend before I paid $263. This room had 2 queens (King was what I booked...anyways when I went to get breakfast like the weekend before I requested a tray to bring the food to the roomI was told they don't do that? So I asked the front desk representative and was told we don't have trays puzzling as I just did so . Last Saturday, I was there. The front desk representative was rude and un attentive. Guess me, and my partner will have to find a new getaway spot. So much for Silver elite status.

En este lugar nodan buen serbisio tanto en el desayuno como la limpieza de los cuartos no cambian sabanas en el desayuno lamayoria de la comida con tiene bacterias por qué no se mantiene a temperaturas que tienen que estar es un desastre que yo no me ospedaria en un lugar así
