I very much enjoyed my stay! The highlights of my stay are the convenient location to the airport, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the delicious complimentary breakfast! The customer service that I experienced was noteworthy, by the front desk, housekeeping, and food service personnel. A special thanks to Brenda, for her attention to detail and caring demeanor for the needs of the guests!

The location, of course, was great if you're either coming from the airport or going to the airport... unfortunately, not much by way of restaurants, shopping, or even groceries near the hotel. Service personnel is not very personable... Rooms are way overpriced for what you get... the room's air-conditioner was noisy. The bathroom tub faucet was leaking... The lobby was constantly full of guests, either waiting to be picked up or being dropped off to check in, which made for a very noisy space... The continental breakfast was decent, but there was not enough room to accommodate people wanting to sit down for breakfast because of the hotel being very busy... Overall, it was one of my top 5 worst hotels/Inns I've ever been to... The reason I gave it at least one star was because they had shuttle service. Anyways I am sure this review won't change people's minds on using this hotel as when it comes right down to it, people will pay anything or put up with anything for the convenience of the hotel being near the airport...

Nice hotel, friendly people, great location. But the toilet didn't work very well, the shower lever didn't stay in place and one of the lights were droopy and wouldn't sit up right on the desk, the air conditioner was kind enough to give us constant white noise non stop, not sure if that was a total bad thing. But it wasn't all bad. The continental breakfast was nice and had lots of variety. Dunking Donuts within a 5 minute walking distance.

Great customer service! But the hotel has a musty smell. The bathroom and sink have permanent stains that is a little irritating. Good thing I was only there for one night. I rated 3 stars cos of the customer service from all staff. Breakfast and front desk staff were amazing.

The outside and the lobby were normal Marriott standard. This is probably the worst Marriott room I've been in though. The face of the clock was broken and off. A bunch of buttons on the phone were broken and taken off. The sconce for the main light had been removed so there was just a bare light bulb. It was clean. Beds were comfy. Good location right next to the airport. I was just surprised at the condition of the room.

Close to the airport, small but clean pool that wasn't loaded with Chlorine. Better than average breakfast for a lobby breakfast. Lots of cruisers stay here for the night before the ship leaves...
