“It was a very nice hotel. Well kept and clean. Very inviting. The only thing I found uncomfortable, unprofessional and extremely distasteful was the breakfast staff. The lady who was in charge of refilling the food hovered over the food and watched everything you picked up. It was so uncomfortable. It was borderline harassment. This never happens at the Hilton. Marriott you need to train your staff better.”

“Front desk lied to my minor son about having complimentary toothbrushes and told him to buy a $3 toothbrush! I don’t understand the point of this. It’s not about the money but the fact that they would do this to a child. Another employee confirmed that they had plenty! Besides that one employee, everyone else was great!
To add, my son and I entered through the side door only to be charged at by a large pitbull!!! The owner had to pin the dog against the wall to stop it from attacking us! We ran up the stairwell to our floor to avoid walking past them!”
