“We checked in & wasn’t put in the room that we booked over the phone. (Which was a Large king suite)
Brushed that off, walked in our room and it was kind of stuffy in there. So I lowered the ac to 73. A couple hours passed and the AC is still on 79 degrees. (You can only imagine how I’m feeling at this point)
I call the front desk, security checks the AC and sees that it’s broke, they gave us another room to sleep in and the front desk told us to leave our belongings in the original room since it was such a huge inconvenience to move everything being that we had two sleeping kids with us.
Fast forward to the morning; I called asking for a late check out given the situation of us being up so late with the broke AC.
I specifically told the lady at the front desk the whole situation , she assured me that our things wouldn’t be touch and to continue getting our rest.
Okay so now we’re up and we go to the original room to gather our things and freshen up ..... ALL OF OUR THINGS ARE GONE!! at this point I’m frustrated because I Called to make sure our things would for touched .
We go to retrieve our things and only end up with half of what we came with.
The excuse From housekeeping was, things went in the trash.
I don’t blame housekeeping because they weren’t properly informed of what to do. But I give full responsibility to the lady who I originally spoke with this morning.

“Reservation person was very Courteous! Rooms were clean. I feel like Bartender gouged us for $50 by adding kids in to make my son's party over 6 people, so he could get extra gratuities. I ordered food for myself he added me on my sons tab. . .increasing people count.”
