“Trouxe meu cão de serviço. Ela me cobrou um depósito de $ 50. O que é ilegal. Eu conheço meus direitos. Mas eu paguei mesmo assim, para poder entrar no quarto. Então, nosso quarto não foi limpo e o ralo da banheira estava quebrado. Não muito satisfeito.”
