Well to start, the toilet was stopped up. With the money they charged for over night. Clerk said it happened regular. WOW 🥺🥺. Plus they don't serve continental breakfast., You have to pay fortheir continental breakfast....Another disadvantage.Overall I give them 7

This one star 2rd review is because of phone service at the customer care office for overcharging my account on taxes. No name given when asked , she transferred the line when asked her name a second time. Please Hilton work on customer service at the corporation level. I did manage a confirmation # and a possible email in 5-7 days. Transferred to rewards dept and 500 pts added.

This location is so great to be at and Kelly is the sunshine at the property. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile for any one. I will definitely inform everyone about this beautiful location!!! It is so hard to find good employees and this staff is amazing!!!Keep up the great work and give Kelly a raise or bonus!!!

The rooms were nice and clean, the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The reason for 3 stars is that the refrigerator didn't get cold, and the coffee pot didn't give out hot water.

Pior hospedagem de todos os tempos!!! Fui nadar na piscina por 30 minutos e meu maiô estava completamente branqueado quando cheguei e meu anel de capina ficou com uma cor marrom de ferrugem. É prata de lei James Avery. Meu corpo e olhos estavam queimando e coçando a noite toda e no dia seguinte, embora eu tenha enxaguado 3 vezes. A pior parte, o gerente geral do hotel, Regy Varghese, não tinha solução e pouco se importava com o que havia acontecido. Um centro de entretenimento agradável com uma TV de tela plana. Não há guia de TV, por isso é difícil encontrar os canais que você está procurando.O banheiro é bom, vaso sanitário, pia e chuveiro. O local onde guardam as toalhas, na parte superior traseira do chuveiro, é muito inconveniente. Eles precisam de mais prateleiras ao redor ou embaixo da pia.A geladeira do nosso quarto funciona, mas é uma geladeira menor, está faltando o rack na parte interna da porta, então é um desperdício de espaço. Ele se inclina para frente e, quando você o abre, as coisas caem no chão. A cafeteira e o micro-ondas funcionam muito bem. We are here for two weeks. First week, the staff have been outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The staff are 5 stars! The room: We have a king suite. Pros: A nice desk in the sitting room with an office chair. A couch (Might be a roll-out bed, I'm not sure), a chair, coffee table, and side table. A nice entertainment center with a flat screen TV. There is no TV guide, so it is a pain to find channels you are seeking. The bathroom is fine, toilet, sink, and shower. The place they store the towels, at the upper back of the shower, is very inconvenient. They need more shelving around or under the sink. The refrigerator in our room works, but it is a smaller fridge, it's missing the rack on the inside of the door, so that is wasted space. It leans forward and so when you open it, things fall out on the floor. The coffee maker and microwave work very well. None of the ice machines appear to be working in the hotel, this has been a complaint with so many customers. The bedroom is nice. The bed is comfy and on a king size bed, they give us two king size and two standard pillows. Grateful for that. The sheets actually fit the bed, which is an issue at many Hiltons for some reason. So that is two thumbs up. Another TV in the bedroom. A nice size closet and safe. Two nightstands. Plenty of drawer space for clothing, too. The windows do not open for fresh air, not even an inch. I wish I could air out our bedroom daily. They have an excellent gym and laundry room. The pool always looks very clean. The breakfast staff are lovely. They have a good selection. If they don't have decaf coffee made, they always are willing to make it happen. They have turkey sausage if you don't eat pork. They make eggs, omelets, pancakes, and so forth. They have the usual pastries, breads, oatmeal, juices, milk, fruit, cereal, coffee, and so forth. It is very close to being a 5 star rating. I'd stay here again, but I'd request a bigger fridge when we are here for two weeks and one that stands upright and doesn't lean so I don't have to sit on the floor to fit things back inside the fridge.

Worst hotel stay ever!!! Went swimming in the pool for 30 minutes and my bathing suit was completely bleached when i got and my weeding ring was turned a brown rust color. It's James Avery sterling silver. My body and eyes were burning and itching all night and the next day even though I rinsed off 3 times. The worst part the hotel's general manager Regy Varghese had no solution and could care less about what had happened. He stated all he could do was contact the pool company. Horrible experience.

Could have had a better window view but hey...we reserved late. Something was going on with toilet making a Godawful noise when flushed (like it was being murdered). Breakfast was decent. Employees were nice. Older building-nice enough.
