Da experiência passada em hotéis Hilton da Califórnia, eu esperava que o hotel fosse cheiroso, sujo e rude. Eu recomendo o hotel, pois a equipe é incrível, muito profissional. Os quartos são extremamente limpos e o nível de ruído foi Amazon .. AC estava tão frio e nenhum ruído que nunca. As crianças se divertiram muito na piscina. Para completar, tivemos uma vista incrível. Lago fora da nossa janela. O café da manhã não era ruim. Eles oferecem uma grande quantidade de opções para o café da manhã que crianças e adultos vão desfrutar. Também muito perto de Santa Monica e dos estúdios universais. . ótimo hotel, a excelente equipe definitivamente voltará. .

From past experience in California Hilton hotels I was expecting for the hotel to be smelling, dirty and rude staff.. I would highly recommend the hotel as the staff is amazing very professional. The rooms are extremely clean and the noise level was Amazon.. AC was so cold and no noise what so ever. The kids had an amazing time in the pool. To top it off we had an amazing view. Lake outside our window. The breakfast was not bad. They do offer a a large amount of options for breakfast kids and adults will enjoy.. over all the best hotel experience in California so far… not to mention the free parking Indoor or outside. Also very close to Santa Monica and universal studios.. great hotel great staff will definitely be back..

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Nice clean rooms. Stayed here for 5 nights with no problems. There is a pool, hot tub. Seating area for relaxation outside. Gym. Washer and dryer. Wish they had more options for breakfast. Towards the end of the week leading up to the weekend they were running short on things for breakfast like milk and eggs. The only negative from our stay. Overall very good for value and comfortability.

Had an awful experience.👎👎👎❗️❗️❗️ Me and my husband waited for this vacation for a long time, we stayed for 9 days, it was supposed to be a nice summer vacation but someone stole my silk robe from my drawer in our room. For me the silk robe had a huge sentimental value. I bought it in Turkey in 2013 at money raising event for orphan children care for the triple price of the actual robe price. I kept it until this year, it was beautiful, shiny, quality hand made silk robe with laces. I wore it 2 days in the hotel, on the 3 rd day when we went out someone stole it from my drawer. The rest 6 days were awful experience. Every single day I talked to house keeping manager, front desk agents , the lady who cleans our room every day. No one helped. Before I left the hotel, I asked a compensation. I was told I can leave, after one day they will call me to update the status of my lost robe. No one called. After I came home, I kept calling for 3 weeks, none of the managers picked up the phone. Front desk manager gave the card of Amy Tassio- General Manager and Stacy Gaston- Director of Sales, I tried to reach them via phone but they never picked up their phone. I left voice messages but never received a message back. Truly had an awful experience. I do not recommend this hotel if you want to spend your long-awaited vacation.

Minha família e eu reservamos uma vista para o lago 2 camas queen size, 1 sofá-cama completo com cozinha. Nossa estadia aqui foi incrível. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e prestativos, o café da manhã gratuito era ótimo, tinha muitas opções e um bar de waffles. Nosso quarto tinha uma excelente vista para o campo de golfe e para o lago, era muito limpo, confortável e espaçoso, a área da cozinha tinha uma pia, lava-louças, uma geladeira com uma quantidade enorme de espaço para as comidas e bebidas que trouxemos, micro-ondas e pratos / talheres/torradeira/etc. meu marido e eu tivemos nossos três filhos conosco, então a piscina coberta era ótima e para não mencionar a academia que nossos dois meninos mais velhos adoraram, pois eram 24 horas. Havia uma área que não conseguimos utilizar, que era a área de churrasco que você pode fazer em um belo pátio no nível do chão. Este é um hotel que aceita cães, do qual eu realmente não tinha certeza, pois meu marido tem alergias a animais de estimação muito ruins, mas a equipe de lá tem o hotel tão limpo que você nem podia dizer que havia animais lá até vê-los. Minha família e eu gostamos tanto deste lugar que estendemos nossa estadia por mais um dia. O serviço de quarto também foi ótimo (mediante solicitação). Eles eram muito amigáveis ​​e confiáveis. O estacionamento era gratuito, o que era bom e parecia ter muitos espaços. A localização foi fácil de encontrar e em uma área segura agradável e tinha muitos lugares para escolher para comer por perto. A nossa estadia neste local foi excelente e ficarei aqui novamente para futuras férias.

My family and I booked a lake view 2 queen beds, 1 full sofa bed with a kitchen. Our stay here was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the free breakfast was great had many options and a waffle bar. Our room had a great view of the golf course and lake, was very clean comfortable and roomy , the kitchen area had a sink , dishwasher, a fridge with a tremendous amount of space for the food and drinks we brought , a microwave and dishes/flatware/toaster/etc. my husband and I had our three children with us so the indoor pool was great and not to mention the gym that our two older boys loved as it was 24 hrs. There was an area we didn’t get to utilize which was the bbq area that you can bbq out on a beautiful floor level patio area. This is a dog friendly hotel which I really wasn’t too sure about as my husband has very bad pet allergies but the staff there has the hotel so clean that you couldn’t even tell that there were any animals there until you saw them. My family and I enjoyed this place so much that we extended our stay another day. The room service was also great (upon request). They were very friendly and trustworthy. Parking was free which was nice and seemed to have plenty of spaces. The location was easy to find and in a nice safe area and had many places to choose from to eat close by. Our stay at this location was outstanding and will be staying here again for future vacations.

update: 2 dogs keep barking very loud in the room from 8AM to 2PM. But one of the staffs said “you know we’re a pet friendly hotel, so we can do nothing”. No stars!!! The worst hotel experience I've ever had. As a Hilton Honor diamond member, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! When I went back to my room to draw the curtain at night, the metal part of the curtain fell off completely and hit my head and arm. I called the front desk. The white man in the front desk said he’ll report it. I don't know if he's racist. He was so arrogant and his attitude made me so uncomfortable. I said the falling part hit me and also the broken curtain keep opening which will make the room very bright in the early morning. He said no one was working, engineers’ll check it tomorrow morning. I was really shocked, the hotel staff heard that I had been hit by a falling part of the hotel, just saying “I’ll report it. “ If so, the 24 hour front desk is unnecessary and meaningless, the hotel can just put a reporting robot in the front desk. One more thing, there was a dog in the room next to mine keeps barking. I called the front desk twice. At least, the girl in the front desk felt sorry after heard my experience and let the security to check it. But after one hour, nothing changed. The dog was still barking. We didn't sleep well at all all morning. Don't stay in this hotel! It will ruin your vacation definitely!

The Hotel it's self is amazing. The building looks new. Very modern mix with up to date. The staff at the front desk is very friendly, very helpful. Very easy to locate where you are, and where you need to be. Customer service in general is good, friendly. The rooms are beautiful. Great architecture set up for the suite. The indoor pool is open from 10am-11pm. It's great on a hot day to jump in. Jacuzzi is awesome if you can get it to yourself or your family .

hospedado aqui algumas noites em uma viagem de trabalho. O quarto era bom e grande com um sofá e uma mesa. A localização é de fácil acesso e há vários bons restaurantes a uma curta distância. O café-da-manhã aqui também foi melhor do que outros hotéis Hilton que eu fiquei. Eles estavam servindo sanduíches de café-da-manhã (salsicha, ovo e biscoitos de queijo/croissants e presunto, ovo e biscoitos de queijo/croissants). Com certeza ficarei lá novamente na minha próxima viagem de trabalho.

Stayed here a few nights on a work trip.The room was nice and big with a couch and a desk.The location is easy to get to and there are several good restaurants within walking distance.The breakfast here was also better than other Hilton hotels that I've stayed at.They were serving breakfast sandwiches (sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits/croissants, and ham, egg, and cheese biscuits/croissants).Will definitely stay there again on my next work trip.

Funcionários simpáticos bom pequeno almoço. O café era muito forte quando estávamos lá. A piscina era boa, havia muitas crianças e precisava ser limpa. A cama é macia. Adorei ter a geladeira e microondas. Não usamos a máquina de lavar louça. A barra de pé no chuveiro estava solta. Não gostei de ter que usar a chave para subir para o nosso quarto. Mas não é ruim.

Friendly staff good breakfast.The coffee was really strong when we were there. The pool was nice there were alot of kids and it did need to be clean. Bed are soft. Loved having the refrigerator and microwave.We didn't use the dishwasher.The foot bar in the shower was loose.Didn't like having to use the key to go up to our room. But not bad.

Reservamos a suíte estúdio com cama king size com café da manhã gratuito. Quarto e banheiro era muito limpo e era grande o suficiente para caber a cadeira de rodas que tínhamos. O hotel tinha móveis modernos, também era muito limpo e bem conservado e a academia estava impecável. O café-da-manhã gratuito foi agradável e tinha muitas opções para oferecer.

El Hotel me gusta mucho lo que no me gusta es la falta de atención por parte de seguridad y de limpieza pedí limpieza diario por que me faltaban muchas cosas como toallas shampoo la bolsa de basura se llenaba en un día ya que somos 6 y estacione mi camioneta en el parking subterráneo para más seguridad y me abrieron mi camioneta y el de seguridad descansaba ese día según en fin de semana fui a quejarme al lobby que por que tenían muy sucios los 3 cuartos que rentamos y me dijo la muchacha que por la pandemia no tienen suficiente personal en todas las áreas y yo le dije.. no se supone que por la pandemia ustedes tienen que tener más limpios los cuartos me entregan un refrigerador con pelos y sucio de no se cuantos meces y ya no supo que decir total ustedes deciden

We booked the king bed studio suite with free breakfast. Room and bathroom was very clean and was large enough to fit the wheelchair we had. The hotel had modern furnishings, was also very clean and well-maintained and the gym was spotless. The free breakfast was enjoyable and had a lot of choices to offer.

El hotel tiene muchas partes positivas: se encuentra bien ubicado, está equipado para cocinar, tiene desayuno y parqueo gratuito, todo eso se agradece en Los Angeles. Las habitaciones son cómodas y además tienen lavadoras y secadoras de ropa de uso común que son muy útiles. Puede mejorar: la limpieza de la habitación, y los utencilios de la cocina que están muy viejos. En general, lo recomiendo.

Sofá debe cambiarse, está muy viejo y roto, la limpieza no es diaria a pesar de nuestra solicitud. un día sonó la alarma general en la madrugada, y se fue la luz un rato. No reponen las bolsitas de té a pesar de nuestra solicitud. El desayuno es satisfactorio.

El servicio al cliente es excelente. En el front desk Alex (habla español) y Anthony fueron excelentes recursos en aclar las dudas y en ayudarme con las diferentes situaciones que tuve durante mi estadía.

Es uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado. Todo es limpio y bien organizado. La atención es fantástica! Desayuno es poco variado pero está bien. También proporcionan cagey, hot chocolate y té gratis durante todo el día. Hay estacionamiento cubierto y al aire libre.

Lupe es la mejor, excelente servicio... muy limpio el hotel, como nuevo, estacionamiento gratis, alberca techada, asadores,los cuartos tienen cocina con sus platos. Muy amplios los cuartos
