Boa noite, Passei meu fim de semana do Dia do Trabalho no seu Hyatt Hotel Cincinnati Nordeste e tem sido a pior experiência de férias de todos os tempos. Isso foi definido para uma viagem em família que comecei a planejar em junho de 2021. Minha experiência com a equipe do hotel para fazer reservas foi menos do que satisfatória por causa da taxa de rotatividade do hotel. Fui muito compreensivo devido à pandemia, mas continuei solicitando respostas. Reservamos mais de 15 quartos em sua localização. No dia da chegada, vários membros da família tiveram problemas com o check-in devido à movimentação incorreta das reservas. A segunda experiência horrível ocorreu na noite de 3 de setembro de 2021. Acordei no sábado, 4 de setembro, com um percevejo em meu lençol. Também acordei com marcas de mordidas nos braços que ficaram extremamente inflamadas durante a minha estadia. Estou anexando vídeos do rastreamento de percevejos e fotos do meu braço a este e-mail. Falei com Becky na recepção e ela se mudou, minha mãe de 81 anos e minha filha de 16 anos para outro quarto que era o rei dos deficientes. Expliquei a Becky que, devido ao fato de eu estar grávida e minha mãe ser idosa, a cama era muito baixa no quarto. Além disso, três pessoas não poderiam dormir em um quarto king. Além disso, não houve qualquer menção naquele momento de eu ser compensado por ter percevejos no meu quarto. Becky avisou que não tinha camas de casal disponíveis, mas que me daria dois quartos king, concordei. Eu estava inicialmente na sala 507 e mudei para 512 e depois mudei para uma divisão de 516 e 417. Durante a transição de salas, minha mãe tropeçou no corredor por causa da falta de cuidado dispensada a todos os tapetes. Os tapetes cheiram a fumaça e também têm locais onde acontecem colinas e aglomerações. À meia-noite, deixei o 516 com minha mãe e fui para o 417 e tive minha próxima experiência horrível. Estou anexando a este e-mail também fotos da sala. A roupa de cama tinha manchas de sangue e doritos. O colchão tem manchas antigas de sangue de insetos, havia formigas na cama e conchas de insetos. Não vou nem começar na sujeira dos banheiros, onde não podíamos tomar banho. Fui à recepção e fui informado por Tre que ele era novo e não sabia onde havia roupas limpas ou que não sabia o que fazer com os insetos. Estou grávida de 25 semanas e dormi sentado no sofá em outro quarto. Fui então alterado para 422 por Becky na manhã de domingo e informado de que seria compensado pelo custo do quarto. Esta foi a pior experiência de todos os tempos. Ainda estou medicando meus percevejos e tentando aliviar meus pés inchados. Deve haver um melhor cuidado com a sua propriedade porque isso é definitivamente insatisfatório.

Somos novos no mundo Hyatt depois de sermos membros exclusivos do Marriot. Este é o segundo Hyatt que ficamos neste fim de semana. Este é mais antigo e a TV não tem Chromecast. A unidade ac precisa de uma atualização. Tivemos problemas com os hóspedes perto de nós sendo incrivelmente alto e gritando nos corredores. A recepção cuidou disso embora. Eles têm placas em todos os lugares e fazem você assinar um papel para seguir os horários de silêncio, então estou curioso para saber se pessoas indisciplinadas são comuns aqui. Não tenho certeza se eu ficaria novamente, mas esperando que este foi um acaso no mundo Hyatt.

Absolutamente chocado por não haver protocolos COViD enquanto a variante Delta está aumentando. Nenhuma pessoa da equipe usava máscara por dentro. Nenhum convidado além de mim estava usando uma máscara no espaço público. Nenhum sinal sobre mascaramento, independentemente do status da vacina em locais públicos, dadas as diretrizes da Delta e do CDC. Havia alguns pontos no chão para distanciamento social e foi isso.Desinfetei meu quarto e usei uma máscara nas áreas públicas. Eu tinha uma viagem de 4,5 horas para voltar para casa ou teria acabado de sair. Provavelmente deveria ter saído. Fez uma estadia muito curta, pois eu não estava esperando um hotel sem protocolos Covid dado a Delta.Observe também que há quartos de hóspedes no primeiro andar e a porta lateral ao lado dos quartos não era segura, mesmo à noite.

01/09/2021 O quarto era muito limpo e confortável. Há também um mini-frigorífico que adoro. A equipe foi muito agradável e confortável. Eles também têm um mini café da manhã que é muito higiênico e seguro sendo embalado individualmente. Disseram que há uma piscina, mas eu não tive essa experiência pessoalmente, mas é bom ter. Def recomendaria.

1/9/2021 La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. También hay una mini nevera que me encanta. El personal fue MUY agradable y servicial. También tienen un mini desayuno que es muy higiénico y seguro al estar envuelto individualmente. Me dijeron que hay una piscina, pero no lo experimenté personalmente, pero es bueno tenerlo. Def lo recomendaría.

Absolutely shocked there were no COViD protocols while the Delta variant is spiking. Not one person on staff wore a mask inside. Not one guest other than myself was wearing a mask in public space. Not one sign about masking regardless of vaccine status in public places given Delta and CDC guidelines. There were some dots on the floor for social distancing and that was it.I disinfected my room and wore a mask in public areas. I had a 4.5 hour drive to return home or I would have just left. Probably should have left. Made it a very short stay as I was not expecting a hotel with no Covid protocols given Delta.Also note there are guest rooms on the first floor and the side door right by the rooms was unsecured even at night.

We are new to the Hyatt world after being exclusive Marriot members. This is the second Hyatt we stayed at this weekend. This one is older and the tv doesn't have Chromecast. The ac unit needs an update. We had issues with guests near us being incredibly loud and shouting in the hallways. The front desk did take care of it though. They have signs everywhere and make you sign a paper to follow quiet time hours so I'm curious if rambunctious people are common here. Not sure if I'd stay again but hoping this was a fluke in the Hyatt world.

Good evening, I spent my Labor Day Weekend at your Hyatt Hotel Cincinnati Northeast and it has been the worst vacation experience ever.This was set for a family trip that I began planning in June 2021.My experience with the hotel staff for booking was less than satisfactory because of the turnover rate at the hotel.I was very understanding due to the pandemic but continued request responses.We booked over 15 rooms at your location.The day of arriva several family members experienced issues with checkin due to the reservations being moved around incorrectly.The second horrible experience occurred the night of September 3, 2021.I woke up on Saturday, September 4 to a bed bug on my bed sheet.I also woke up to bite marks on my arms that became extremely inflamed throughout the course of my stay.I am attaching videos of the bed bug crawling and pictures of my arm to this email.I spoke with Becky at the front desk and she moved myself, my 81 year old mother, and my 16 year old daughter to another room that was handicap king.I explained to Becky that due to my being expecting a child and my mother being elderly the bed was too low in the room.Also, three people would not be able to sleep in a king room.Also, there was not any mention at that time of me being compensated for having bed bugs in my room.Becky advised she did not have any available double beds but would give me two king rooms, I agreed.I was initially in room 507 and moved to 512 and then moved to a split of 516 and 417.While transitioning rooms my mother tripped in the hallway because of the lack of care given to all the carpets.The carpets smell of smoke and also have places where they have hills and gatherings.At midnight I left 516 with my mom and went to 417 and was met with my next horrible experience.I am attaching pictures to this email as well of the room.The bed linen had blood stains and doritos.The mattress has old bug blood stains, there were ants in the bed and bug shells.I will not even begin on the filth in the washrooms, where we couldn't shower.I went to the front desk and was told by Tre that he was new and did not know where fresh linen is located or he did not know what to do about the bugs.I am 25 weeks pregnant and slept sitting straight up on the couch in another room.I was then changed to 422 by Becky on Sunday morning and advised I would be compensated for the charge of the room.This has been the ultimate worst experience ever.I am still medicating my bed bugs and trying to relieve my swollen feet.There must be better care taken for your property because this is definitely unsatisfactory.

9/1/2021 The room was very clean and comfortable. There is also a mini fridge which I love. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating. They also have a mini breakfast spread that is all very sanitary and safe being individually wrapped. Was told there is a pool, but I did not experience that personally, but nice to have. Def would recommend.

Cachorro latindo constantemente no quarto ao lado. O gerente ligou para o ocupante que removeu o cachorro por algumas horas, mas retornou junto com os latidos. O bar era administrado pela equipe da recepção, que estava confusa, para dizer o mínimo. Crianças sem supervisão subindo e descendo o corredor. O teclado do estacionamento não funcionou. A TV tem 44 estações com apenas 20 que realmente funcionam. Aqueles que não incluíram USA, HBO e FOX. Ferro tinha cálcio acumulado que acabou nas minhas roupas. E o chão poderia ter usado um pouco mais de atenção. Eu sei que parece que as pequenas coisas somam-se para não aproveitar a minha estadia da maneira que eu deveria. Se eu quisesse ficar em uma pousada econômica, não teria pago tanto.

Dog constantly barking in room next door. Manager called occupant who removed dog for a few hours but did return along with the barking. Bar was run by the front desk staff who was overwhelmed to say the least. Children without supervision up and down the hallway. Keypad from parking lot didn't work. Tv has 44 stations with only 20 that actually work. Those that didn't included USA, HBO, and FOX. Iron had calcium build up that ended up on my clothing. And the floor could have used just a little more attention. I know it seems like small things bit they added up to not enjoying my stay the way I should have.If I wanted to stay at a budget inn I wouldn't have paid as much.

If I could rate it less I would there was a pee stain on the bed and what looked like a spaghetti sauce stain on the floor as well. I understand it’s close to kings island, but it makes more sense to stay farther away where it’s possibly nicer. This hotel seems like it should be a motel with how dirty the room was. Also when checking in the whole lobby smelled like marijuana. Definitely never coming back and not worth $207 we paid for it.

Check-in rápido e fácil e quartos muito limpos. O quarto standard com cama king-size era muito espaçoso e incluía duas pias e um sofá. Você teria um estúdio completo se houvesse um pequeno fogão (não há). Eu recomendo, meu único desejo é que houvesse uma piscina de hidromassagem na área da piscina.

Quick easy check in and very clean rooms.The standard king room was very spacious and included two sinks and a couch.You'd have a full studio if there was a small stove (there is not).I recommend it, my only wish is that there were a whirl pool in the pool area.
