A estadia é muito confortável, agradável e limpa, o pessoal muito simpático, apenas uma reclamação: ficamos 4 noites e ninguém limpa o nosso quarto nesses 4 dias, começamos a retirar papel higiénico em estoque 🧻, sabonete 🧼, xampu, nada mais sacos para lixo, então aquela coisa nos incomoda, espero que da próxima vez tomemos cuidado nesses assuntos, área agradável ao redor do local e bela vista

Boa sorte com o atendimento ao cliente. Foi dado um quarto sem relógio ou telefone funcionando. Notificou a mesa, mas não foi documentado. Como todos os hotéis Hyatt, valores de cobrança inválidos aparecem em seu cartão "mas não são eles" e não os anulam. Se você optar por explicar que é errado, com provas, você é considerado argumentativo e é informado de que será removido do hotel. É uma história diferente quando você fala com o gerente geral. Com base em outras avaliações, esse é um comportamento típico. Eles são uma franquia (eles vão te dizer), então eles não temem que você ligue para o corporativo.

A única coisa positiva que tenho a dizer sobre este lugar é que o colchão era confortável. Fui colocado em um quarto da ADA, o que é bom, mas o chuveiro não tem meio-fio e inundou o banheiro inteiro toda vez que o chuveiro foi usado. Além disso, o chuveiro de mão era o único que tinha pressão de água. Eu tinha que pedir todos os dias para eles consertarem e eles simplesmente não fariam nada, e realmente não ligavam. Eu tinha pilhas de toalhas molhadas todas as noites e eles não vinham buscá-las. Eles até me disseram para colocá-los no corredor e alguém viria, mas ninguém veio. Além disso, havia MUITAS coisas que quebravam toda vez que eu tocava nas coisas. Persianas, barras de toalha, máquina de fazer gelo, você escolhe. A equipe simplesmente não pareceu se importar com qualquer problema que você trouxe a eles. O café da manhã não foi tão bom. Apenas um monte de coisas pré-embaladas. Há outros lugares ao redor deste lugar que tentarei na próxima vez. Eu nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.

Fiquei no quarto 217, parecia bom no início, até que me acomodei. Meu shampoo e condicionador claramente já foram usados. O balde de gelo estava cheio de sujeira e manchas de impressões digitais. O controle remoto tinha comida nos botões e no final do controle remoto. O que realmente melhorou para mim foi quando fui me secar do meu banho. Havia um monte de maquiagem na minha toalha e eles definitivamente não a lavaram. Eu estava tão assustado. O sofá tem manchas que você pode ver claramente e as cortinas também têm comida. Infelizmente, não recomendo este hotel a ninguém.

The stay is very comfortable, nice & clean, the staff very friendly, just one complaint: we stay 4 nights and nobody clean our room in that 4 days, we begin to get out stock toilet paper 🧻, soap 🧼, shampoo, no more bags for trash, so that thing make us uncomfortable, hope next time take care in these matters, nice area around the location and nice view

The only positive thing I have to say about this place is the mattress was comfortable. I was put in an ADA room, which is fine, but the shower has no curb and flooded the entire bathroom every time the shower was used. Also, the handheld shower was the only one that had any water pressure. I had to ask every day for them to fix it and they just wouldn't do anything, and didn't really care. I had piles of wet towels every night and they wouldn't come pick them up. They even told me to put them in the hall and someone would come, but no one ever did. In addition, there was a LOT of things that just broke every time I touched things. Blinds, towell bars, ice maker, you name it. The staff just didn't seem to care about any issue you brought to them. The breakfast was not that great. Just a bunch of pre-packaged stuff. There are other places around this place that I will try next time. I won't ever stay here again.

I stayed in room 217 it looked nice at first until I settled in. My shampoo and conditioner have clearly already been used. There ice bucket was filled with dirt and finger print smudges. The remote had food on the buttons and at the end of remote. What really topped it for me was when I went to dry off from my shower. There was a huge clump of make up on my towel and they definitely didn’t wash it. I was so creeped out. The couch has stains on it that you can clearly see and the blinds have food on them too. I unfortunately do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Best of luck with customer service. Was given a room with no clock or working phone. Notified the desk, but wasn’t documented. Like all Hyatt hotels, invalid charge amounts appear on your card ‘but it’s not them’ and they won’t void it. If you choose to explain that it’s wrong, with proof, you’re considered argumentative and are told you’ll be removed from the hotel. It’s a different story when you speak with the general manager. Based on other reviews, this is typical behavior. They’re a franchise, (they’ll tell you), so they don’t fear you calling corporate.

Posso me hospedar fora da área do lobby e fazer o check-in. Se meu filho não estivesse tão animado e eu pensasse que poderia encontrar outro hotel, provavelmente teríamos ido embora. Havia um sanduíche de café da manhã na minigeladeira e biscoitos Oreo atrás do recipiente de gelo 😩. O primeiro lado quente da sala estava quente. Não conseguíamos dormir. Baixamos o ar e o deixamos no nível mais baixo para o resto da nossa estadia.Meu filho sofreu um acidente na cama. Nós sentamos fora da porta antes de sairmos para o dia. Após o retorno, nenhuma cama nova nem toalhas. Lembre-se de que havia um cabide de porta que o Hyatt deve entrar no quarto se os hóspedes ficarem mais de 24 horas.A cômoda estava quebrada no lado esquerdo na parte inferior. Eles oferecem café da manhã. Consiste em maçãs e laranjas, suco em uma caixa que me lembrava comida de hospital, um sanduíche de salsicha para o café da manhã, waffles (em um pacote) e aveia.Eu sei que não ficaremos mais neste hotel em particular.

I can base a stay off the lobby area and check in. If my son wasn't so excited and I thought I could find another hotel, we would have probably left. The lady that checked me in was so dry, no spunk at all. She gave me the room key and said breakfast is from 8 to 11. That was it!!! When we got to the room, it was nice. There was a breakfast sandwich in the mini refrigerator and Oreo cookies behind the ice container 😩. The first hot one side of the room was hot. We could not sleep. We dropped the air down and left it at the lowest for the remainder of out stay. My son had an accident on the bedding. We sat it out the door before we left for the day. Upon return, no new bedding nor towels. Mind you, there was a door hanger that stayed Hyatt must enter the room if guests are staying longer than 24 hours. The dresser was broken on the left side at the bottom. They offer breakfast. It consists of apples and oranges, juice in a carton that reminded me of hospital food), a sausage breakfast sandwich, waffles (in a package) and oatmeal. I know we won't be staying at this particular hotel anymore.

Aquela sala tinha apenas uma luz de espelho LED funcionando e a cortina de blackout estava totalmente abaixada e também não funcionava. O quarto era muito escuro lá, então nós apenas ficamos no quarto em que estávamos. Eu teria dado a eles uma classificação muito mais elevada se não tivéssemos tido tantos problemas de manutenção para lidar.

Great location, great centrally located place to stay, great fireworks show! The front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice, caring, and attentive. But, bless their hearts, they had no idea what kind of issues each room had because the maintenance person here had obviously not been doing a very good job. Plus, why have only ONE person doing maintenance at a hotel of this size, who was on vacation during a busy 4th of July holiday weekend. Makes zero sense to me why they didn't have a backup maintenance person. Our room had the window sheer not working, the LED lights in the bathroom mirror didn't work, the lamp and charge plugs on her side of the bed didn't work. They nicely offered to move us to a different room which we checked out before we moved, thank goodness. That room had only one LED mirror light working and the blackout window blind was all the way down and it wouldn't work either. Room was very dark in there, so we just stayed in the room we were in. I would've given them a much higher rating had we NOT had so many maintenance issues to deal with.
