Amei. O jardim parece e você se sente em um jardim botânico. A praia privada são excelentes e a piscina é magnífica. Abundância de alimentos disponíveis e, provavelmente, a melhor massa que já comi até agora. A academia também é bem equipada e as massagens foram excelentes. Muitas atividades diárias também.

O hotel está fechado para reforma. Mas se você olhar para a escala dos novos edifícios, não é mais uma reconstrução, mas um desenvolvimento completo. O hotel foi comprado pela rede RIU. O palácio RIU Zanzibar fica nas proximidades. Espero que minhas expectativas se concretizem e que um hotel somente para adultos com mais de 18 anos apareça aqui.

Simplismente maravilhoso! Ótima localização, linda praia. Você sempre pode nadar, pois esta área é muito pouco sujeita ao fenômeno das marés. Comida muito boa, pessoal muito gentil.

The food is okay, the cleaning is okay, the waiters are okay...BUT! THEY STEAL FROM YOU! I WAS ROBBED IN MY OWN ROOM! A cleaner have stolen my backpack with macbook, sunglasses and lots of other pricy stuff. No help was received from the administration, 2 years later no result from the investigation, they just don’t communicate with me. So when going to this hotel KEEP IN MIND YOU WILL BE ROBBED! And no adequate attention will be provided to your case.The room was 220.

Todos esplêndido. A localização permite-lhe desfrutar do sol. A estrutura é bem organizada e sempre limpa. Todo o complexo está situado num magnífico jardim cheio de diferentes essências de plantas e árvores. A excelente cozinha com pratos italianos tradicionais (chefs incríveis da escola já bem conhecido chef do Villa Santa Maria in Abruzzo) e internacional. Mulheres e homens locais designados para o serviço ... únicos e muito profissionais. Os quartos maravilhosos. Cada quarto tem seu próprio jardim com vista para o mar. Haveria muito mais a dizer ... se você tiver a chance, trate-se de um grande presente!

Un 9 y un 5 de nota. Magníficas instalaciones en cuanto a jardines,playas, restaurantes,bares y zonas especiales. En cuanto a comidas, bebidas, horarios y sobre todo bebidas alcohólicas muy flojo, por no decir malo. Cocktails de pena, sin fruta natural,poca variedad, aguados, presentación penosa, el vino te lo traen ya en el vaso, vete a saber de donde? Horarios muy cortos de desayuno y comidas, pocos sitios para comer en el supuesto T.I. Si te descuidas no comes ya. El servicio de personal en general bueno, salvo algunas excepciones. No es el nivel quevenden. Decepcionado.

Unas zonas comunes impresionantes, comidas gebiales, lugar precioso. Les falta mejorar el WIFI y el buffet libre en la zona de las hamacas, poca variedad en esa zona.

Great hotel, wonderful garden, excellent conditions for water sports, wonderful beach. Rooms large, specious clean, cleaned twice a day. Very nice and friendly service. Super disco and live music. We spent a wonderful holiday at this hotel. I recommend the Diamonds la Gemma dell 'Estfor all.

Loved it. The garden looks and feel like you are in a botanical garden. The private beach are great and the pool is magnificent.Abundance of food available and probably the best pasta I have eaten so far. The gym is also well equipped and the massages were great. Lots of daily activities too.

I'd like to take the time to thank ALL your staff for the wonderful holiday we have just returned from. Your hotel was first class and I cannot really think of anything that could have improved on the experience. The room, grounds, facilities, entertainment etc etc were amazing. The real stars though were your staff who deserve the 5 star rating. THANK YOU

Amazing place, beach is heaven, everyone is so friendly, food is good and there is security guard on the beach ( One thing we worried about was being hasseled but it didn't happen). One negative the walls are very thin and the teenagers in the joining room have us awake late at night & early every morning, not ideal after a safari when you just want to catch up on sleep. Apart from this we are pleased and would recommend 😊❤️ thank you

I wasn't staying here, but became trapped on this part of the beach by the tides. When I asked for help, to find the road or a taxi the security guards touched me inappropriately, dragged me around and requested bribes if I wanted to leave through the property.. Ultimately, I had to swim to a different part of the beach where another lodges security guard ended up helping me.

Amazing hotel, beautiful beaches and I got the most relaxing massage. Overall, great experience!!! The service, however, was decent and often rude. We were told multiple times over that something was on sale and not part of our full board package and hesitation that we would not pay. I understand the challenges associated with paid drinks/services, but staff can be better trained to deliver that something needs to be paid for

We came here for our honeymoon and were blown away by the beauty of the place.Every staff member we interacted with couldn’t do enough for us and they made our time there very special.The resort is stunning and the food, drinks especially the cocktails were brilliant. Really enjoyed the night with a traditional village meal and entertainment with African dancing.Great for a romantic getaway and definitely a 5* resort

Beautiful location/Terrible service.Stayed in early July of 2016Food is barely acceptable.Forget about ordering a drink from your lounge chair....You'll be burnt to a crisp before / if it comes.We had to ask our wait staff numerous times for the basics.Rooms are acceptable, we had an ocean front ( they don't tell you that there is a 100 yard ledge).We paid for the all inclusive. They told us laundry was included but when we got our laundry done, there was a charge.For my American friends -similar to a nice South Beach or Hawaii location with fast food level service.Just be prepared.Note:I've stayed at 5 star resorts all over the world.This place view and beach is 5 star.Service is 2 and the rooms is 3.
