“We have had a fantastic time at the hotel. The staff have been amazing, especially Pedro going above and beyond to ensure we have a great time. The food and drinks as part of the all-inclusive package have been fresh and always offered lots of variety. All of the pool, bar and restaurant staff have been excellent! The facilities are clean and well kept. We will definitely be coming back!”

“Het personeel is onwijs gastvriendelijk en helpt je met alles. Om een voorbeeld te geven; mijn schoonmoeder heeft een gluten-intolerantie en kreeg van chef Pedro elke avond een hele rondleiding bij het buffet wat ze kon eten en wat niet. Hij maakte speciale gluten vrije gerechten voor haar en als we iets extra’s wilde hebben konden we altijd bij hem terrecht. Verder werden we bediend door Toni en Raquel. Allebei ontzettend aardig en in voor een grapje. Misschien is gastvrijheid van het personeel een klein detail, maar voor mij ontzettend belangrijk. Ik vind het samen met de prachtige lobby, kamer en tuin van het hotel fantastisch hier!”
