Tive umas férias fantásticas com minha mãe de 90 anos. Ela sempre tentou levar em conta sua dieta com baixo teor de sódio. O jantar de 3 pratos é do mesmo menu durante toda a semana. Mas é muito e delicioso! O pão no café da manhã nem sempre é fresco. Mas uma bela vista tanto da suíte que alugamos quanto das duas áreas de jantar. O pequeno espaço é mais extenso em termos de pequeno-almoço de manhã. Pode ser um hotel datado, mas isso também dá uma atmosfera agradável e aconchegante!

Acabei de ler que o NH Atlantic está recebendo um novo visual, ótimo! Espero que também aquele velho mal-humorado de um guarda noturno... Nosso casamento em um bar de praia próximo foi ótimo. Gostaríamos que todos os nossos hóspedes de fora de Haia (45 pessoas) passassem a noite lá, mas isso não foi possível porque eles estariam fechando devido à reforma. Isso mais tarde acabou por não ser o caso. Mas... nossos hóspedes puderam reservar um mínimo de 3 noites. No final dormimos no Ibis center, fomos recebidos de braços abertos e os nossos hóspedes foram levados para lá de autocarro. Estávamos esperando o ônibus por 10 minutos em frente ao hotel NH (estava muito frio) e então fomos histericamente mandados embora devido ao incômodo. O senhor ameaçou chamar a polícia. Ótimo final para um lindo dia de casamento pacífico, mas não realmente. Nunca mais NH para nós e todos os nossos hóspedes.

Perfect ocean view with great location, the hotel is old fashioned style but clean and cozy. The staff are very friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

Infelizmente eu tenho que ajustar minha classificação depois do fim de semana passado! Há 4 anos estávamos muito satisfeitos com o hotel.Infelizmente, absolutamente nada foi reformado ou modernizado desde então! A única coisa boa do NH é a localização! Os quartos não eram limpos e velhos! O café da manhã não era como era há 4 anos também! O hotel está mostrando sua idade e está descansando em sua localização. A área de "bem-estar" está parcialmente quebrada, suja e desconfortável. E, finalmente, a equipe da recepção não é nem calorosa nem agradável, então não nos sentimos confortáveis!Provavelmente foram as últimas férias com nossa avó, então pedimos quartos agradáveis! Infelizmente, conseguimos os piores quartos do ET e nossa avó dormiu muito mal.

Hotel needs a good renovation and service at their restaurant is very unfriendly in-fact rude and border-line aggressive. Understandable that they are understaffed after the 2 years of covid but that's no excuse to treat hotel clients with such dis-respect. People pay for a pleasant experience on beach side hotel and not just for a room. This said, the manager was very kind and did his best to deal with his shortage of staff and their rudeness in their dinner hall. I do not recommend this hotel to people who are looking to relax or enjoy a weekend away. The stress level is so high in there. It's really unfortunate.

Estive de 5 a 6 de fevereiro. Eu não costumo escrever um comentário, mas para este hotel eu gosto. O serviço e a hospitalidade que experimentei neste hotel valem definitivamente 5 estrelas e um exemplo para muitos hotéis.Os quartos do hotel que recebemos pareciam arrumados e foi muito bom que pudéssemos obter uma cama muito grande em 1 quarto. O guarda de segurança naquela noite foi muito útil para nos conseguir algumas taças de champanhe. Por fim, o anfitrião do restaurante também foi muito simpático e atencioso.Elogios para as pessoas que estavam trabalhando lá na época. Se eu estiver na área novamente, com certeza vou reservar este hotel.

Nice hotel com uma ótima localização, a suíte parecia limpa, mas um pouco datada. Ter que ajustar manualmente os aquecedores por meio de botões giratórios nos radiadores é obviamente desatualizado. Isto pode ser simplesmente organizado através de um sistema central. Mas o fato de ser limpo e os funcionários simpáticos é muito mais importante para nós. A suíte é espaçosa e muito agradável com uma criança pequena, que poderia correr bem. Obrigado e até a próxima!

Hotel aconchegante em um belo local, a partir do qual você pode pedalar maravilhosamente até Scheveningen e Haia. As bicicletas podem ser guardadas no hotel. O próprio hotel está muito desatualizado, mas tudo funciona. O pequeno-almoço não é extenso, mas suficiente. Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos.

O hotel é antiquado e mal conservado. Manchas de ferrugem por toda parte na varanda. Você paga € 25 a mais por noite pela vista para o mar, mas olhe do 2º andar no telhado sujo do restaurante. Não recomendado

Ótimo hotel a poucos passos da praia e do mar. A aparência do lado de fora do hotel deixa muito a desejar (muita manutenção atrasada) e o interior faz muito bem. Estávamos do lado da rua, quarto espaçoso, tudo é limpo e arrumado, mas antiquado. Pessoal muito simpático e prestativo, temos experimentado de outra forma em outras cadeias. Alimentos foi perfeito e amplo buffet de café-da-manhã ótimo e extenso. Altamente recomendado, nós definitivamente voltaremos.

Já no momento do check-in, o pequeno-almoço gratuito tinha desaparecido algures no momento da reserva. O check-out tardio ainda estava lá. Embora esta promoção ainda fosse oferecida, nada poderia ser feito a respeito e teríamos cerca de € 18 p.p.p.n. tem que pagar adicionalmente. Não, obrigado. Um café e um pequeno sanduíche realmente não valem isso.A sala não estava realmente limpa, a poeira por toda parte, até mesmo unhas cortadas e cabelos pretos nos lençóis.Tudo antiquado e não muito bem conservado, depois de retirar o carregador, até a tomada veio com ele.A limpeza e troca de toalhas também não foram feitas. Apesar de termos indicado que o queríamos.A única vantagem é a localização e a vista.Nunca mais este hotel para mim.

Condition of the hotel isn't too bad. Stuff friendly and helpful. The worst thing is Wifi. Internet is very slow and in some rooms on the end of corridor not signal at all.

Wonderful location and fab beach with trendy beach bars. We were worried we were going too far out of the Hague, but it was a really nice place to stay, nice staff, well- connected and developing area. Good supermarket nearby!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It’s right by the beach which is really nice. The service was absolutely horrible (especially In regards to the price). We arrived after a long drive and the receptionist was clearly not happy with her job. We then went to our room and the bed wasn’t even properly made and we had to request pillow covers (which we then also needed to put on ourselves!). Furthermore our room was right next to a very loud door. Overall very unhappy!

The location is unique. In the dunes, right at the beach. The staff is very friendly, always keen to give you the best, the rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The price performance ratio is very good. I was in a superior room with my medium-sized dog. My dog, a spoiled bull terrier, and I loved it. A dream hotel for holidays with, but also without, a dog. A place from which one is very reluctant to leave. We miss it already. We will be back

Bueno pero no hay ninguno documento para visitar el sitio, mucho perro muy grande,sucios a la sala de desayuños no normal!!Él aparcamiento no comode 11€50 al dia y no saves ir con las maletas porque Escaleras!!! Solo la chica que limpia al secundo piso esta muy amable.. Muchas cosas que debeis cambiar. Un hotel de 4 estrellas que no!! En España cuando hay 4 estrellas, es un paraiso!! Al 7horas de mañana,el desayuno no hay tortilla,huevo duro ni jamon!! Es un hotel no recomandable.

Realmente una estadía muy linda. Sus vistas desde la habitación son mágicas. Si restaurante es aceptable y está dotado de una vista agradable, si se quiere se puede dar una caminata por la playa. Cerca de el también hay unas ruinas. Muy lindo lugar. Las habitaciones son cómodas. Algo que me dejo enamorado es que se puede percibir un rico aroma natura de tulipán.
