Hotel situado no aeroporto. Boa localização para quem estiver em transito entre voos. Quartos espaçosos e confortaveis. Apesar de se situar no aeroporto nao se ouvem aviões. Pequeno almoço variado e de qualidade. Atendimento efeciente mas a baixo dos standards.

Our room was very spacious & well appointed. The room service we ordered was excellent but our best experience was our buffet breakfast. The delightful Erika looked after us & made us feel very welcome

The service at the restaurant in the Novotel Airport is excellent! The staff is attentive and very personable. Yunik was especially gracious, warm and genuine. She made me feel so welcome here! The food is very very good and I have had three different dinners from their menu. Each one was delicious! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Já faz algum tempo desde a nossa última visita. Este hotel ainda tem a melhor sensação de transição para outra cidade. A melhor tarifa para quarto de suíte no momento. O pequeno-almoço buffet também bem gerido e bem gerido. Sempre voltamos aqui novamente.

First time staying at this hotel in Bali. On business and traveling alone, hotel is conducive for any sort of travels. Reception staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is throughly Clean, spacious, well organized, like the layout, also with good food, strategic location. Suitable for any kind of stay be it for business or leisure. Will come back..

Overall from facilites are good and satisfying. Loved the welcome drink and buffet breakfast so much. This hotel offer various type food, the hospitality was great in many branch and the worker were helpful. It's located only 2 minutes walking distance to international departure.

This is the PERFECT hotel to spend a couple hours before your flight to shower and rest up.Booked the cheapest room with 2 single beds for a family of four adults and spent a couple hours here for that exact reason as our Qantas flight was at 10PM. Room and bathroom were clean and modern. Staff were polite and professional, rooms were clean, and the hotel is directly connected to the airport, so 5 minutes' walk from reception and you're at the airlines' check-in areas.They also provide 2 free bottles of water (Aqua brand, in glass bottles) in the room, but the Wi-Fi allows connections for up to 2 devices only.

Hotel dentro do aeroporto Ngurah Rai. Bom para trânsito. Devido à pandemia de voos limitados, o hotel é muito tranquilo, então a equipe é limitada. no restaurante só comemos. As comodidades também são muito limitadas. Deve ser solicitado. Também com o cheiro de uma sala que raramente é usada.

Fiquei aqui apenas por uma noite por causa do voo de manhã cedo. O hotel em si é muito tranquilo e não é tão animado como antes da pandemia. Apenas um par de funcionários, mas eles são tão simpáticos e prestativos. É um bom hotel para passageiros em trânsito ou para quem deseja pegar um vôo cedo, pois fica a poucos minutos a pé do terminal de embarque e desembarque.

Stayed here only for one night because of early flight in the morning. The hotel itself is very quiet and it's not as lively as it used to before the pandemic. Only a couple of staff, but they are so nice and helpful. It's a good hotel for transit passengers or if you want to catch an early flight because it's only a few minutes walk from the arrival and departure terminal.

Decidimos quedarnos en este hotel porque el vuelo llegaba tarde y era largo. Llegas a la habitación en 3 minutos andando desde el control de inmigración. Las habitaciones están muy bien, la cama muy cómoda y todo absolutamente insonorizado, algo que me preocupaba un poco al estar en el aeropuerto. El desayuno buffet muy completo con platos occidentales, asiáticos y comida típica balinesa. Si vuelvo a ir a Bali y a llegar en un vuelo tarde sin duda repetiré.
