“I was staying while attending an event at the NEC. Some of what I disliked will not be relevant to anyone booking this hotel because they are taking a flight from the airport.I have never stayed in a hotel with zero information in the room before. Not even a room service menu. I didn't like that.It took over an hour and two calls to reception to get a remote for the TV. And even longer to source a menu. The food was decent, but overpriced (even by typical room service standards). Breakfast wasn't any better.The location is fantastic for the airport but terrible for the NEC.The shower was cramped, lukewarm, and had poor water pressure.The staff were friendly but not very capable, it seemed.I don't plan to stay here again.”
