Salah satu hotel terfavorite. Awalnya tau hotel ini waktu karantina saat pulang umrah tahun lalu. Pemandangan ke arah danau rekomended.Buat nenangin diri enak juga, sayangnya untuk kamar lantai atas selalu penuh crew pesawat.Untuk sarapan, enak enak dan banyak pilihan. Suasana tempat makannya juga bagus banget.Pegawainya ramah ramah, satpamnya juga ramah wah pokoknya hari hari terbaik yang saya jalani di hotel iniIn syaaAllah kesini lagi

Besides the hospitality, the hotel is quite disappointing for a 4-star hotels. For a quite high price but 3-star hotels standard maybe less.The rooms are poorly maintained from leaking shower heads, a broken bed lamp, a broken bathroom shelves patched with glue gun, then slanted mirrors and sink shelves, smelly toilet and a leaking kettle.The cleanliness of the bedroom also a big issue, the stained bed cover quite annoying, you can easily notice with a UV flashlight and the dirty restaurant floor that you won't notice at first glance.I don't recommend this hotel for a staycation in Tangerang, because you suppose to deserve more for what you paid.

I travel a lot for work and recently was my birthday; this year I had to spend it away from home. It seems that staff in this hotel know what truly hospitality means, and prepared this sweet surprise for me. This made the difference between any other hotel in the world and Novotel Tangerang for me. Thank you a lot, Lalla 🥰

1. No hay ningún proceso en absoluto, nadie entra para vigilarlo. 2. El ascensor está caliente, cargado como si no hubiera circulación. 3. La habitación por el precio de 700 mil es muy común, demasiado cara. Además, el servicio en el vestíbulo me deja muy traumatizado por volver aquí. 4. Podría haber estacionado y dicho que había estacionamiento VIP, aunque no había nada escrito en el cono. Esto es lo que realmente me sorprendió. Te dije que yo también me quedaría aquí, todavía me dijeron que estacionara en el sótano donde el estacionamiento también estaba desordenado.Ya estacionado, expulsó de repente dijo porque había invitados VIP. Aunque no hay nada escrito en el cono. No entiendo. Realmente peor 👎🏼No volveré aquí, el servicio es negativo. El lugar es realmente caótico, Dios mío, una pesadilla para mí 💔

Novotel está estratégicamente ubicado junto al centro comercial Tang City. Tiene 1 restaurante - The Square Food outside the Box. Probé su pollo al curry indio y la presentación fue agradable. Su sabor también es auténtico. El restaurante es espacioso, pero mi única preocupación cuando visité el lugar es que hace calor. Me siento un poco incómodo mientras como porque hace calor en el restaurante. Sin embargo, los servidores y los equipos son amables y serviciales. Gracias a Accorplus por experimentar más cosas buenas.

1. Não há nenhum processo, ninguém vem para guardá-lo. 2. O elevador está quente, abafado como se não houvesse circulação. 3. O quarto pelo preço de 700 mil é muito comum, superfaturado. Além disso, o serviço no lobby assim me deixa muito traumatizada por vir aqui novamente. 4. Eu poderia ter estacionado e dito que havia estacionamento VIP, embora não houvesse nada escrito no cone. Isso é o que realmente me chocou. Eu lhe disse que eu estava hospedado aqui também, ainda me disseram para estacionar no porão onde o estacionamento também era bagunçado.Já estacionado, de repente expulso ele disse porque havia convidados VIP. Mesmo que não haja nada escrito no cone. Não entendo. Realmente pior👎🏼Não virá aqui novamente, o serviço é negativo. O lugar é realmente caótico, OMG pesadelo para mim💔

O Novotel está estrategicamente localizado ao lado do Tang City Mall. Possui 1 restaurante - The Square Food Fora da Caixa. Eu tentei o seu Curry indiano de frango e a apresentação foi boa. Seu sabor também é autêntico. O restaurante é espaçoso, mas minha única preocupação quando visitei o local é que é quente. Eu me sinto um pouco desconfortável ao comer porque está quente no restaurante. No entanto, os servidores e equipes são agradáveis e acolhedores. Obrigado ao Accorpus por experimentar mais coisas boas.

Novotel is strategically located beside the Tang City Mall. It has 1 restaurant - The Square Food outside the Box. I tried their Indian Chicken Curry and the presentation was nice. Its taste is also authentic. The restaurant is spacious but my only concern when I visited the place is it's hot. I feel a bit uncomfortable while eating because it's hot in the restaurant. Nevertheless, the servers and crews are nice and accommodating. Thanks to the Accorplus for experiencing more the good stuff.

Normalmente sou muito generoso dando estrelas. O quarto em que fiquei ainda está em ótimas condições. Toalhas, amenidades são apenas ok. No entanto AC suga muito. A condição geral do hotel é bem mantida. O pequeno-almoço é excelente para a sua classe. MAS tivemos 2 noites de reunião no salão de baile. A sala VIP parece e parece um barranco!. Nenhuma piada. Sala VIP é uma rotina. Bem... é por isso que é 3 estrelas. Espero que vocês consertem logo

Normalmente soy muy generosa dando estrellas. La habitación en la que me alojé todavía está en excelentes condiciones. Toallas, las comodidades están bien. Sin embargo, AC apesta a lo grande. El estado general del hotel se mantiene bien. El desayuno es excelente para su clase. PERO tuvimos 2 noches de reunión en el salón de baile. ¡La sala VIP se ve y se siente como una rutina!. No es broma. La sala VIP es una rutina. Bueno... por eso es 3 Estrellas. Espero que lo arreglen pronto

This is a much belated review. I stayed at Novotel Tangerang back in December 2021 for quarantine. The food was decent. I was able to choose a combination of Indonesian and Korean food. I also asked for extra sambal for my every meal, and they never missed. The room was also really spacious. Special shoutout to Mba Dwinda Ayu for the great service and hospitality throughout my stay there. Overall, it was good experience.

I normally am very generous giving stars. The room i stayed in is still in great condition. Towels, amenities are just ok. However AC sucks big time. Overall hotel condition is maintained well. Breakfast is superb for its class. BUT we had 2 nights of meeting in the ballroom. The VIP room looks and feels like a rut!. No joke. VIP room is a rut. Well... that's why it is 3 Stars. Hope you guys fixing it soon

A localização é muito estratégica no centro da cidade de Tangerang: fica em uma área com shopping centers, cafés, bancos e escritórios para diversos serviços. A equipe é muito simpática, os quartos são espaçosos e muito limpos. Ar frio, água quente e chuveiro muito bom. A velocidade e estabilidade da conexão internet/wifi é muito boa e distribuída uniformemente em quase todas as áreas do hotel. O menu de pequeno-almoço (buffet) é muito diversificado com bom gosto e os protocolos de saúde são muito bem cumpridos. Há uma grande variedade de áreas de café da manhã ao ar livre com vista para um jardim limpo, bonito e bonito... Hotel altamente recomendado: Melhor custo-benefício na cidade de Tangerang

La ubicación es muy estratégica en la zona centro de la ciudad de Tangerang: está en una zona con centros comerciales, cafés, bancos y oficinas de diversos servicios. El personal es muy amable, las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy limpias. Aire acondicionado frío, agua caliente y muy buena ducha. La velocidad y estabilidad de la conexión a internet/wifi es muy buena y está distribuida uniformemente en casi todas las áreas del hotel. El menú de desayuno (buffet) es muy variado con buen gusto y se llevan muy bien los protocolos sanitarios. Hay una amplia variedad de áreas de desayuno al aire libre con vistas a un jardín limpio, hermoso y hermoso... Amazing food!!! Was here for 2 nights 3 days quarantine from abroad with 2 toddlers. Best decision!!! Very helpful staff and decent room size and minimalist style. Just what we needed. Thanks a lot

Reservei este hotel por 7 dias de quarentena depois de ver a boa revisão. Tudo começou com eu esperei no aeroporto por mais de 15 minutos na área de chegada. Fui enviado para o hotel de táxi. O quarto é espaçoso, mas a iluminação é insuficiente, especialmente na mesa de trabalho. A comida dada era tão simples, simples e chata. Fui servido 2 refeição com peito de frango e 2 filé de peixe de refeição. Como a comida é importante durante a quarentena, espero que o hotel analise o menu. Eu tenho a mesma quarentena no ano passado em outro hotel, mas a comida era boa com muitas variedades diferentes a cada refeição. Apreciei o hotel tomar medidas imediatas depois que eu reclamar da comida durante o dia 2, mas, no geral, a comida é um fator chave que me faz não recomendar ou voltar novamente para a quarentena.

I booked this hotel for 7 days quarantine after see the good review. It started with i waited in airport for more than 15min at arrival area. I was sent to hotel by taxi. The room is spacious but the lighting is insufficient especially at working desk. Food given was so simple, plain and boring. I was served 2 meal with chicken breast and 2 meal fish fillet. As food is important during quarantine, hope hotel should look into the menu. I have same quarantine last year in other hotel but food was good with many different variety each meal. Appreciated the hotel take immediate action after i complain on food during day 2 but in overall, food is key factor that make me will not recommend or come back again for quarantine.

Just been here there a few days ago and really disappointed with the breakfast. There are only a few kinds of food such as chicken porridge which ran out of chicken, blunt noodle soup, and had to wait for long to get rice with spicy fish since they were still cooking the fish. The quality of food is far less than I expected. Clean and comfortable. The bes is large. The breakfast is excellent with lots of Indonesian Food. Link to shopping mall.
