“Great location, easily walkable to multiple attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small. No room service available due to COVID. There is a safe and a pod coffee maker (albeit with minimal coffee supplies) in the room. Upon check in valet didn't know how to start our car, just kept pushing buttons & setting off the alarm. Then we were given our room keys only to find, on entering the room, that it wasn't ready...the bed was stripped with dirty linen on the chair and towels on the floor. Easily rectified by the front desk staff. Would return and try it out again on another trip”

“Can't go wrong with this location. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was just okay. The walls and doors are thin so you clearly hear your neighbors and people walking in the hall which resulted in being woken at 130am to returning guests. The AC kept the room nice and cool but there was no option to leave the fan running when the AC is off which would have helped drown out ambient sounds. The shower was nice and hot but provided little pressure and the head was very low so prepare to bend over if you are tall. Ultimately you are really just paying for the location.”
