“The room was clean and updated but got no sleep the people above us stomped & banged around all night till 6am this morning My mother is elderly and this was hard on her she was afraid to even sleep if we could I told the lady that was working what happened she did apologize but that's all I feel we should have been compensated in some way for this inconvenience we had to drive home 4&1/2 hrs with no sleep this made our trip miserable I really wanted my mother to have a great time it was for her birthday I was disappointed in the way this was addressed Sincerely,Jody Sharpe”
