“There is literally nothing to do but swim. The beaches were nice but, considering low tides & high tides you only have a certain amount of time. The food was not great either. They make you go reserve appointments for a buffet (unheard of) in order to reserve the “A LA CART” restaurant they make you sit in a big conference with no AC in a room full of people (so much for practicing social distancing) I’m supposed to be on vacation to relax. Instead of making everything easier for they make it 100 times more complicated. If you want something to drink while having dinner be prepared to wait at least 30mins. You ask someone to help you and they always say my colleague will come by to serve you. The rooms were so outdated.. the railings on the balcony were literally rusted out. If you want to eat at the restaurants be prepared to walk a mile. They don’t offer shuttle services. They made my 82 aunt walk all they way to the restaurant. This has honestly been the worst resort I have ever stayed in. This place is a joke honestly. They only thing keeping this place alive is the beach front view. People who paid less money for the cheaper rooms get the exact same services. I paid for the best room (turns out it’s the exact same as the rest) The bartenders don’t know how to make drinks. You’d think they know what a Long Island is. Honestly go anywhere else but here!!!!! DO NOT GO! DO NOT GO DO NOT GO! DO NOT GO! Do NOT GO!!”
