“Es un gran hotel, céntrico, col los mejores servicios que puedes esperar de un hotel de su categoría. El personal que nos atendió fue educado y amable, nos dieron la habitación mucho antes del horario de check-in normal, que con el frío que hacia siempre de agradece. Las habitaciones eran cálidas y espaciosas. No grandes pero suficientes. La cama era cómoda. El cuarto de baño perfecto. Habitación muy bien climatizada y sobre todo, muy muy silenciosa. Aunque cerca hay una iglesia que da las campanadas cada cuarto u a en punto que bueno....una vez es divertido pero cada 15 minutos es un poco pesado, aunque por la noche cesan. Dentro del hotel se encuentran un bar y un restaurante y, aunque no entramos, ambos estaban muy animados por la noche con bastante trasiego de personas. La pinta de ambos era muy apetecible y agradable de pasar un rato en ellos. Nada malo que destacar. Sobre el desayuno no puedo decir nada porque no pudimos hacer uso del mismo. Ubicación perfecta en el centro de la ciudad, pudiendo ir caminando a casa punto interesante de la misma, con lo que lo recomiendo tanto si se está por negocios como por turismo. Ha sido un acierto total.”

“Great location - bang on Rådhuspladsen (town square), close to the beginning of walking street.
Decent breakfast - staff forgets to ensure that badics (like orange juice) does not run out.
Overall experience with staff was 3 out of 4.
Experience with room service was 1 / 4.
I was asked by reception during check in if I would like my room to be cleaned every day, during my stay for 3 nights. I said yes and the receptionist gracefully confirmed thar it will be done. How ever, during my stay my room was not cleaned even once. Not even towels were replaced. I has to ring up the reception on third night of stay to remind them that Scandic hotels is in hotel business and that basics need to be addressed even if they fall flat after setting high expectations.
Corridors in the hotel are spacious, but the carpets smelled foul. And every time some one banged a room door in a floor above you, you hear it loud inside the room and feel the vibration.
Over all, poor experience. Will neither use this hotel in the future nor recommend it to any one.”
