“Incluso si hubiera menos de una estrella, les daría .. Mal servicio .. Peor que mala recepción. Alquilé dos habitaciones para 5 personas y pagué un monto adicional, y desde las 6 pm hasta las 12 de la noche, no brindaron La cama supletoria. Se llamó y se comunicó a la recepción, no hubo respuesta. Al contrario, se levantó la voz y el empleado estaba enojado, sabiendo Pre-reserva antes de la llegada y pago. ir con un ascensor diferente al de la segunda habitación, con informarles que uno de los miembros de la familia tiene necesidades especiales .. No hay mínima responsabilidad o consideración. Todos los empleados levantan la voz, hay que dar marcha atrás antes de pagar, muy buen gusto ,, La peor experiencia y el peor trato ... las habitaciones olían a colchones mohosos?”

“El hotel está a poca distancia del haram. Los servicios prestados por el personal son excelentes. Las instalaciones del hotel están actualizadas. Cada miembro del personal es extremadamente útil. Las habitaciones están extremadamente limpias. Sus servicios comerciales se cerraron debido a Covid, pero el gerente Abdul Karim y su personal me llevaron al hotel cercano para que pueda iniciar sesión en mi PC. Esperaba un desayuno en mi habitación ya que me voy a la medianoche esta noche de regreso al Reino Unido, pero NO les he preguntado si brindan este servicio. Entonces, para ser justos con ellos. Estoy muy satisfecho con este hotel y los servicios que ofrece. Muchas gracias.”
