“Beautiful hotel with charm. The beds have given the best nights' sleep I've had in a while. Attended for a work event and the amenities of the conference areas are immaculately maintained and the food is delicious. Walking distance to a quaint little town square with local shopping and eateries.”

“This beautiful hotel with lots of history has certainly kept its charm and grandeur through the years. And they really go all out for Christmas! The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The room looked very clean, and selecting it online ensured we got a room with a great view of downtown Roanoke and the mountains. The only small caveat to note is that this hotel sits near a train track. For those light sleepers, I recommend bringing your sound machine or ear plugs.”
