“This place is awesome. It was my first time seeing the Pacific Ocean and I couldn't have imagined it better than staying at this resort. Service is impeccable as you would expect from Ritz Carlton. Hotel staff is on top of everything. Highly recommended! I do have a few thoughts/tweaks about the rooms: 1. Slippers should be provided especially with carpet in the rooms. 2. Room lighting needs more ambiance. Bathroom lights are blinding in the middle of the night. The makeup mirror was tied into the overhead lights so I couldn't use that as an ambient light to navigate in the middle of the night. 3. Two towels per day per room? No turndown so towels don't get refreshed twice a day. We requested more the first day, but I didn't ask again so we didn't get more.

“This place is ocean frontage and ideal for people that play golf and also a trail for easy hike. The views are awesome around the property, between the golf course and the Sea. The three restaurant can be access with $25 parking with most dish costing $40. The staff are really friendly and smile lot. No hotel stay necessary for the ocean views and $200 spa. The sunset rooms about $400, mine was free. Dinner with wine $150 and do it sunset time. The rooms are spacious with marble bathroom, very clean. The cost might be pricey but no other hotels close by less you go pass Santa Cruz. You deserve to Put It On Ritz. My My the credit card.”
