Bad experience - they promote themselves as dog friendly hotel, this is why I booked - my initial booking was with the sister hotel Anantara, this was cancelled because of COVID - they handled this very badly without giving any news or service - had to call 4 times myself to understand what was happening.Arrived today in Tivoli Marina for a short holiday - 3 hours of drive to stay 2 nights with my dog - it’s a dog friendly hotel, 25 euro per night for my animal. Upon arrival the hotel tells me the dog can not go to any area except my room - AND can also not stay alone in the room - so once I wake up I need to leave the hotel until I want to sleep again .. so the money I paid extra for breakfast and diner doesn’t make sense either! So this hotel is NOT dog friendly - i see my holiday cancelled - they should be clear about this .. no help or commercial gesture from hotel manager - Poor customer service and communication in general ..This is not a Five star hotel service worthy.

Amazing place to stay and enjoy the area with great views and facilities. We stayed at the Tivoli Vilamoura. I can honestly say that Vilamoura is one of the best places to stay in the Algarve. Definitely recommended 👌

An excellent stay at Tivoli Marina! Great location right next to the beach and gorgeous marina views. The hotel has a nice atmosphere with a nice smell, due to diffusers around the hotel. Indoor swimming pool was heated which was nice, staff were extremely helpful with things. They would prepare the room for the night as well leaving chocolates on the bed as a nice touch, providing housekeeping services twice instead of just the usual once a day! Loved the chocolates so much I had asked the staff if I could buy them, they had advised they were not for sale, and to my surprise I had a bundle of them left on the bedside table when I got back to my room! I would get to breakfast just before last entry, and staff were more than happy to accommodate at all times, with a wide range of items provided including a fruit platter, bakery basket, hot dish, hot drinks and juices. A massive thank you to the lady who would do the room preparation for night time, I do not remember your name, but you were very friendly and would go out of your way to make sure the room was prepared perfectly, and reminded me of extra towels and things that I had forgotten about. She remembered how I have my perfect bedroom layout all the time. Wouldn't need to think twice about staying here again, in my next visit to Algarve!

O hotel é fabuloso, tem condições de luxo, os quartos são muito confortáveis, o WC é enorme mas o melhor de tudo são as vistas: marina que foi o meu caso ou praia, simplesmente espectacular. Os espaços exteriores são lindos. O pessoal do mais atencioso possível, nos quartos iam lá 2 a 3 vezes por dia, para o que fosse preciso. Os detalhes, a atenção, o pormenor dos bombons no quarto... Adorei. Recomendo.

Best Hotel in the algarve by a mile. Rooms are great and roomy, hotel is very modern and staff are so friendly and helpful. All the food was amazing, breakfast, glee cafe, beach restaurant, peppers restaurant. I recommend this place and will be returning !

The Tivoli Marina is one of the best hotels in the Algarve. The staff are simply amazing and their aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are spotlessly clean with wonderful views of the ocean or the marina. Beautiful pool area with easy access to the beach. Fully recommend this excellent hotel. We'll be back.

I can't say enough about this place except that I wish I'd been able to spend more than one night here! The restaurant on the beach was really nice and cocktails there at sun down was a great way to start the visit. The views from one of the top floors of the hotel over the Marina and the beach side were stunning. There are lots of bars and restaurants to choose from around the Marina if you choose to eat away from the hotel. The rooms are spacious, each with a balcony,beds are amazingly comfortable and the bathroom beautiful - and very clean. The staff were super helpful and very friendly.Out of season it was affordable - just but worth it!

It's one of the most known Hotels in Algarve.It has direct access to the Vilamoura Marina at the front and to the beach at the back.I don't rate it 5 stars because lacks sound proof, the WC silicon were all black/dirty and the AC fan makes some noise in the room that I've stayed.The people that worked there were all extremely nice.

The hotels location is great- you have both the marina and the beach on your doorstep! The hotel is beautiful, well kept. The breakfast on offer is a large buffet selection, you will be spoilt for choice! We paid a little more to stay on the 3rd floor... couldn't really work out if it was worth it or not. The hallways do echo with sound so unfortunately if you have late arrivals or groups coming in late at night- you may get disturbed in your sleep. The rooms get cleaned frequently which is nice. The bathroom was lovely and big...shower was powerful as was the hairdryer. There's a nice gym here too which you have to book. The pool is a good size with a fair number of loungers surrounding it. Generally we enjoyed our stay here, staff are friendly, but it's just missing that little extra for me to give it the full 5 stars.

Quartos confortáveis, com vista magnífica, óptimo pequeno almoço. Pouca luz para ler nos candeeiros junto à cama.

Hotel lujoso súper limpio y ubicado en la mejor zona de vilamoura.no le falta detalle.El servicio muy agradable y atento. Mención especial a yoao te aparca el coche ysi tienes dudas de algo te lo resuelve al momento, agradable y muy profesional

Cenamos allí en grupo, el lugar precioso, pero la comida no estaba acorde con el lugar. La carne estaba muy pasada y no nos la pudimos comer. Con el postre, pasó algo similar ya que una patte del mismo era un bizcocho que estaba muy seco.

Ubicación inmejorable, el trato fantástico, siempre están pendientes de que estés bien,lo pasamos fenomenal a pesar de las restricciones del covid.

O melhor Hotel que conheci nestes últimos anos. É difícil encontrar algo que nãoestejabem. Desde o Directorbem como a todo o restante staff merecem o meu muito obrigado. Recomendo.

Decepcionante, hotel sucio y antiguo, el Spa estaba bien. Reservamos 7 dias y solo estuvimos 2, no aguantabamos mas.

Hotel excelente. Recursos humanos excelentes à excepção do atendimento telefónico do restaurante. Parecia que estava a fazer um favor ao atender o telefone e receber o pedido. Sr.que trouxe a comida era educado e atencioso. A comida foi uma perfeita decepção. Hambúrguer péssimo, nos hotéis onde estive na marina colocam este a um canto. Não há razão nenhuma para apresentarem uma comida com esta qualidade. Os outros pratos eram também muito fracos. Ai nível de uma tasca de má qualidade.

This is by the marina and some beautiful boats and yatchs there. Nice eateries around.

The Spa is fantastic.Beautifully appointed with exceptionally trained and talented therapists. I saw Laura and Andreia both of whom were absolutely wonderful

The staff are really nice and friendly. The pool was big and well taken care of. The view was amazing and the service was incredible. It takes you no longer than 2 minutes to get from the pool to the beach. 10/10 would recommend

Fabulous hotel on the marina. Family suite upgrade was a welcome added bonus. The reception staff were welcoming and professional. The suite beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable like sleeping on a cloud! Pool area, food and staff excellent. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay.

The best hotel on the south coast. Has great marina views. Great location in town surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. And the purobeach is the best beach. Highly recommend while visiting south Portugal.

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights at the beginning of November and couldn't fault it. We had a marina view room and loved sitting on the balcony looking out at the boats and watching the world go by...
