Best place to stay. We stayed there for approximately 5 weeks in August 2022. Extremely clean, great location, great room, excellent price. Don't even want to call the employees staff, they are more like family. Extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Was over all just a wonderful hotel to stay. Hated to leave. Aside from mediocre housekeeping and an ongoing wifi malfunction, the customer service was excellent. Big thanks to Symphony and Robbie for superb hospitality and cooperation during my stay! First the good:-Rooms were surprisingly clean when we got here. Very neat and no real damage everywhere. -TV isn't one of those locked TVs where you have to buy the content you want to watch. Its unlocked and you can plug in anything with HDMI or watch basic cable television. -Room has decent amenities like a 2 burner stove and a full sized fridge/freezer. -Internet was easy to connect to and connection is always available. -There is plenty of 'paid' laundry machines on the first floor for use and a small but respectable gym. -There is plenty of retail and restaurants within a couple of miles of the hotel, so its great for any extended staying coming to work in the area.Now for the bad:-The elevator was out our entire stay! Staff kept saying "tech says tomorrow" and "waiting on parts" but another tenant had told me the elevator has been out for 3 weeks prior to our stay and its still out. I feel bad for any visitors staying on the floors above me, and I'm on the second floor. -The internet is awful, super slow. I purchased a package that says its the fastest connection possible and I don't get anything above 1 mb/s, averaging 600 kb/s. -Staff doesn't seem to be willing to bring anything up to our rooms despite the elevator being out. Primero lo bueno:- Las habitaciones estaban sorprendentemente limpias cuando llegamos aquí. Muy limpio y sin daños reales en todas partes. -TV no es uno de esos televisores bloqueados en los que tienes que comprar el contenido que quieres ver. Elevator has been broken for a week,house keeping does nothing.Bed is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in.I had to go buy pillows and a pillow topper for the bed just to make it bearable.This is the only extended stay I've been at that did not provide kitchen supplies ( plates, silverware,pots and pans) they are for purchase only at the front desk. I travel a lot for work and this will be the last time I use Woodspring suites or their affiliates. Do not stay here! Este lugar está um nojo. Affordable! Well-Maintained! Good location! For me Wood Springs Pooler is a good choice. It’s a solid, well run, EXTENDED STAY MOTEL.The room has a full-size refrigerator/ freezer with ice trays, 2 burner stove top, a full-size microwave and a full-size kitchen sink. Bathroom (stocked with 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, soaps and paper goods). The living room/bedroom area has a small desk with chair, free basic wi-fi, a queen size bed (with 2 pillows), a bedside lamp on one side and a lounge chair on the other. In addition, the motel has a small, but adequate exercise room and a laundry-room (with 5 washers and 6 dryers). You can exchange bed linen and towels at the front office. There is free coffee in the lobby each morning. There is a Dollar store a block away (and a Walmart 5 minute away), so you can pick up dishes, pots and pans, any and all the little things needed to make it a comfortable stay. The manager (Ms. Symphony B.) provides excellent customer service (is polite, patient and very professional). Everything (the entire facility) inside and out is clean and well-maintained. The office staff, maintenance-engineer and house-keeping staff are all very professional and accommodating. All and all a very well-run Extended Stay Motel. I stayed here for at least thirty days until my apartment was ready and I had my two year old son with me. One staff member in particular wanted to make sure he had room to play and just be a terrible two year old, I’m so sorry I don’t know her name but her dog’s name is Ezra. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The water pressure from the shower is actually better than my apartment’s shower. If I ever need to stay in a hotel again it would definitely be this one.
