“My visit started very atypical. I took over a room from someone who booked it for 3 days. Staff told me they could not clean the room or change the sheets when I took it over. It took me suggesting them give me a fresh room for them to get me a clean bed. Why did I have to be the one to find this solution? On top of this I paid for thier premium internet service, and the internet was unusable for my entire stay. I informed the staff on my first night, who referred me to thier offshore tech support line. Who I talked to 2-3 times a day for my entire stay. They never got the internet working. I ended up leaving the hotel on my third day and booking a stay at a different hotel. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the concierge service was good about getting me the other things I request for the days I was there. I would avoid this hotel in the future.”

“I really enjoyed this hotel! The foyer was super nice and stocked with bars, a shop, a starbucks and a breakfast space. It had several big conference rooms that served the purpose for our meeting, and the lunch they served for us was always tasty! The rooms were very standard though. Like always there was an old carpet on the floor, and the bathroom had a shower curtain instead of glass, etc. Not bad, just basic. I will say that the bed was extremely comfortable though! Overall the hotel was really good, just needed some updating in the rooms for it to really become that 5-star experience.”
