Hotel maravilhoso. O que mais me surpreendeu,além da vista,foi o tratamento recebido pelos colaboradores do hotel,principalmente do restaurante. Super solícitos e educados. Só tenho o que reclamar pela demora na disponibilidade do quarto e pela falta de um mimo por ser o dia do meu aniversário,coisas que fazem a diferença. No mais,este foi o melhor hotel/vista que já tive o prazer em me hospedar,e já foram muitos. Mas mais uma vez,enfatizo a equipe do restaurante. Meus parabéns.

Excelente ubicación y muy buena relación calidad precio! Reservamos una habitación con vistas a Times Square, nos pareció muy cómoda y con unas vistas privilegiadas. Llegamos un poco antes de la hora del check iny nos entregaron la habitación enseguida. El personal muy amable y atento. Desde el hotel se puede ir andando a muchos puntos de interés. Tiene una terraza preciosa y cafetería con opción de desayuno por 27 dólares que no probamos. Por la zona hay muchísimos sitios para comer o tomar algo. El día del check out nos guardaron las maletas hasta nuestra recogida e incluso, mi hija había dejado olvidada una cámara en la habitación y nos la devolvieroncuando fuimos a por las maletas. Recomendamos sin duda!

This has been the greatest hotel I have stayed at in NYC. Great vibe, awesome location, rooms always cleaned and spacious. We couldn't have chosen a better spot. And on top of it all the rooftop balcony with direct views over timesquare is one of a kind.

Parou aqui em junho com minha esposa. Prós - A localização é ótima se você quiser estar perto da Times Square, a área do lobby e o terraço ao ar livre são lindos com uma excelente vista. Os quartos estão bem mobilados e limpos, com cofre, frigorífico, secador de cabelo, ferro de engomar. A equipe foi útil e acolhedora.Negativos - Enquanto paramos no hotel, apenas 1 elevador estava funcionando. Isso fazia com que as filas apenas entrassem no hotel e o elevador estivesse sempre superlotado quando as taxas de covid estavam aumentando.Também a lista do lobby para os quartos, todos funcionando, mas você pode esperar 10 minutos para sair do hotel, pois os elevadores estão constantemente cheios.Acima de tudo, foi um bom hotel para casais e crianças a partir de 10 anos, eu não recomendaria isso para famílias com crianças mais novas.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência durante nossa recente estadia. O quarto era limpo, confortável e de bom tamanho. O chuveiro era ótimo, com excelente pressão da água! Cada membro da equipe foi amigável e útil. A localização é ótima, perto da Times Square. Esperávamos que fosse alto à noite, mas não foi. Embora acabamos de passar pela área do lounge no lobby principal, parecia muito convidativo. O bar da cobertura ao ar livre foi uma surpresa. Vamos ficar aqui novamente.

We had a great experience during our recent stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and good size. The shower was terrific, with excellent water pressure! Each member of the staff was amicable and helpful. The location was great, being close to Times Square. We were expecting it to be loud late at night, but it wasn’t. Although we just passed through the lounge area in the main lobby, it did look very inviting. The outdoor rooftop bar was a surprise. We will stay here again.

Very nice hotel in the perfect location if you want to be in the centre of the modern world. The rooms are clean, modern and silent. We took the triple room for 5 days about 3 years ago and will surely recommend and return if the occasion arrives.

Stopped here in June with my wife. Pros - Location is great if you want to be close to Times Square, the lobby area and outdoor terrace is lovely with a great view. Rooms are well furnished and clean, come with safe, fridge, hair dryer, iron. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Negatives - Whilst we stopped at the hotel only 1 lift was working. This caused queues to just get into the hotel and the lift was always over crowded when covid rates were on the rise. Also the list from the lobby to the rooms, all working but you could be waiting 10 minutes to get out the hotel as the lifts are full constantly. Over all it was a good hotel for couples and children from ages 10+ I would not recommend this to families with younger children.

I visited this hotel for my birthday vacation and I have to say it exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so nice and very accommodating. The hospitality was amazing as well as the customer service. The housekeeper kept our room cleaned everyday the entire stay and always made sure we had enough towels and wash cloths.The restaurant was the icing on the cake. Beautiful view and good customer service also. You receive a $10.00 daily drink limit as a courtesy to your stay. The only draw back is I wish the rooms were bigger and there’s no pool but overall I highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

O quarto bastante limpo e organizado, com tudo funcionando perfeitamente. O localização é ótima. Perto de tudo, metro, teatros, bares e restaurantes.Um hotel 4 estrelas, mas mais semelhante aos 3 estrelas da Accor, injustificando o preço das diárias, mesmo com sua localização.O check-in atrasou 1 hora, o que é muito para quem está cansado de viagem.Também tive uma má experiência com um senhor chamado Paco, muito impaciente na portaria. Um logar em que se recebe turistas a pessoa deve ter mais paciência quanto ao idioma.

Localização ótima. Check in e check out excelente. No entanto no último dia sumiu minha mochila em frente a recepção e a recepcionista não moveu uma palha para me ajudar a encontrar.Fiquei três horas desesperado, tinha vôo para o mesmo dia e o passaporte estava na mochila. Voltei várias vezes a recepcao para perguntar sobre a mochila e nada. Quando disse que precisava do endereço da polícia para dar entrada no seguro a coisa mudou, apareceu até atendente brasileiro e em cinco minutos a mochila estava em minhas mãos. Uma pena, quase tudo excelente, mas perdi a oportunidade de dividir o táxi com os amigos e tive de arcar sozinho com 100 dólares para o aeroporto. Pior de tudo: nem um pedido de desculpas pela incrível incompetência da recepção.

Praticamente 100% satisfeito, limpeza, organização, acomodação, tudo impecável, apenas a cordialidade dos atendentes não daria nota máxima, porem também não comprometeu minha estadia. Apenas acredito que por se tratar de uma cidade turística, a cordialidade e vontade de superar as expectativas do cliente poderia ser melhor, principalmente dos garçons no cafe da manhã. Tivemos um problema especifico, com o pagamento de "TIP", por desconhecimento dos meus pais que já são de idade, que tentei reparar no dia seguinte e que considero ter sido deselegante por parte do garçom, principalmente por não ter nos dado o mesmo padrão de atendimento dos dias anteriores, tentei conversar mas mesmo assim o mesmo se manteve áspero, o que comprometeu pra ele mesmo o pagamento da Tip no dia seguinte, alem de que provocou a solicitação do não atendimento por ele mais. Mesmo assim saímos muito satisfeitos com o restante.

Extremamente agradável, bem localizado, funcionários muito atenciosos. Cercado das peças do momento, vista para Time Square, há poucos metros da 5. avenida, Central Park, Rockfeller Center e outros lugares famosos que sonhamos em conhecer. O quarto é perfeito, com armários para roupas, nichos no banheiro, uma grande mesa para estudar,trabalhar ou programar o dia, sofá para descansar, cama gostosa. Do quarto, a vista para o Rio Hudson foi a cereja do meu bolo! Ambientes modernos, aconchegantes e funcionais : bar, restaurante, áreas externas, mirante. A decoração é de muito bom gosto. A diversidade de flores na área externa me fizeram esquecer que estava em uma cidade tão grande e poluída. Ainda na área externa, vários ambientes adequados para vários estados de espírito! Vista de quase 180 graus, de esquina à esquina. Check-in e check-out facílimos. O único inconveniente foi a limpeza. Deixa a desejar, especialmente no banheiro. Recomendo muitíssimo.

Excelente localização ficando muito próximo a 2 estações de metrô (50th Street Station das linhas C e E e 50th Street Station da linha 1). Quarto amplo, limpo, confortável e silencioso.ar com vista privilegiada de Times Square. Café da manhã com boa variedade até às 11:00. O único pênalti ficou com equipe que cuida das malas. Mal educados, sem proatividade e pouco prestativos. Mas nada fora do normal de NY. Recomendo!

En relación calidad precio esta muy bien, su ubicación es perfecta, la cafetería tiene unas vistas espectaculares, con dos camareros muy atentos, Allan y sobre todo Carlos. No le doy las 5 estrellas al hotel porque la habitación que nos dieron de primeras estaba sin acondicionar y porque te bloquea 100$por noche sin previo aviso en concepto de fianza 😳

Loved staying here for 6 days this past week… Very clean and amazing views of Times Square. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had some issues getting towels and soaps restocked from cleaning crew, but they were quick to correct it when addressed. We typically stay at Park Central but decided to give this a try this time instead and we are glad we did. Great value for the money and great amenities. We loved having the mini fridge in the room to keep beverages and snacks. Will be staying here again!

Recentemente, ficamos aqui (eu, meu marido e nosso filho de 7 meses) e ficamos felizes com a nossa visita, mas havia algumas pequenas coisas que poderiam ter sido melhores. Por exemplo, nossas toalhas nunca estavam certas. 1 dia só recebemos 1 toalha grande e somos 3 e 1 dia nunca recebemos uma toalha de chão etc. Em segundo lugar, os quartos são bem pequenos. Agora para a parte boa, o bar foi muito divertido e animado! O terraço ao ar livre tem vista para a praça do tempo e todos que trabalham no hotel foram muito agradáveis e amigáveis. Todos e todos, nós apreciamos a nossa estadia e estaria de volta para o preço!

A localização era ótima, perto da Times Square, mas também longe o suficiente da praça em si, para que não seja tão barulhento e ocupado. A localização também fica a uma curta caminhada do metrô, mas também fica perto o suficiente para caminhar até muitos locais. Também fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos com a área de lounge no lobby principal. O confortável salão com videogames, shuffle board e pebolim foi uma boa opção de diversão enquanto esperávamos uma manhã com chuva forte. Realmente não temos nada crítico a oferecer, com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente.

We had a great experience during our recent stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and good size for our family of 4. Each member of the staff that we encountered was very friendly, noticeably more friendly than your typical hotel. The location was great, close to Times Square but also just far enough off the square itself so that its not quite as loud and busy. The location is also only a short walk to the subway but is also close enough to walk to many locations. We were also pleasantly surprised by the lounge area in the main lobby. The comfortable lounge with video games, shuffle board, and foosball provided a good fun option while we waited out a morning with heavy rain. Really have nothing critical to offer, we would for sure stay here again.

We recently stayed here (myself, my husband and our 7 month old son) and we were happy with our visit but there were a few minor things that could have been better. For instance, our towels were never right. 1 day we only got 1 large towel and there’s 3 of us and 1 day we never got a floor towel etc. Secondly, the rooms are quite small. Now for the good part, the bar was very fun and lively! The outdoor terrace overlooks time square and everyone working at the hotel was very nice and friendly. All and all, we did enjoy our stay and would be back for the price!

Este é um hotel muito bom! É um lugar bonito, moderno e moderno. As camas dormem muito bem. Quartos limpos diariamente. Textos de lembrete amigáveis e uma pessoa responde - sem robô !!! Nice relaxante lounge - muito convidativo. Acomodação em guarda de bagagem enquanto espera pelo seu quarto. Medidas de segurança em vigor! Você não vai subir a um andar sem escanear o cartão do seu quarto e não vai para nenhum outro andar! Amo isso ! Senti-me seguro. Excelentes vistas da Time Square de alguns quartos e do salão. Até agora, um dos melhores hotéis que já fiquei. O atendimento foi ótimo de todos os funcionários. Alvin, o agente da recepção foi muito gentil e hospitaleiro, ele se esforçou para fazer meu pai e eu nos sentirmos confortáveis, especialmente depois que ele descobriu que perdi minha bagagem durante o meu voo. O hotel era limpo e arrumado, design e arquitetura muito agradáveis, além da localização no ponto, perto de todas as atrações, especialmente Times Square. A governanta também foi muito acolhedora e ela me perguntou se eu precisava de alguma coisa e isso foi gentil da parte dela. Eu realmente amei este hotel e definitivamente será minha primeira escolha para ficar quando voltar a Nova York.

This is a really nice hotel! It’s a beautiful up to date , modern looking place. The beds sleep really nice. Rooms cleaned daily. Friendly reminder texts and a person answers - no robot !!! Nice relaxing lounge - very inviting. Accommodating in holding luggage while you wait for your room. Security measures in place! You won’t go up to a floor without scanning your room card and you won’t go to any other floors ! Love this ! Felt safe. Great views of Time Square from some rooms and the lounge. Food was good. New York special drinks on the bar menu. It was also very clean. Def one of the nicest places we have stayed. Location is everything!

So far, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was great from all the staff. Alvin, the front desk agent was very kind and hospitable, he went an extra mile to make my dad and I feel comfortable, especially after he found out that i have lost my luggage during my flight. The hotel was clean and neat, very nice design and architecture, plus the location was on point, close to all attractions especially times Square. The housekeeper lady was very welcoming as well and she asked me if I needed anything and that was kind of her. I really loved this hotel and definitely will be my first choice to stay once I get back to New york.

Tuvimos una lindaexperiencia en nuestra estancia del 14 al 18 de octubre por mi cumpleaños 🎂 50 , muy buena ubicación; servicio de bar , recepción y personal de seguridad excelente , y una felicitación especial para normanuestra housekeeper del piso 9, quien se aseguró q nuestra habitación estuviese limpia durante nuestra estancia. La única decepción q tuvimos fue la mala experiencia con las almohadas estaban asquerosas , demasiado sucias y manchadas de amarillo , eso verdaderamente es horrible y nada higiénico y mas c todo el problema de los virus 🦠 , pues las almohadas además no poseen protector, pienso no es difícil cambiarlas cada corto espacio de tiempo por almohadas nuevas e incorporarles protectores. Por lo demás recomiendo altamente este hotel . Gracias a todo el Personal esperamos volver , nos quedamos impresionados c la Ciudad de New York es increíble 🥰🥰.

A muito tempo costumo, sempre que possível, me hospedar na rede Accor. O Novotel NY atendeu a quase todas as expectativas, excetuados dois pontos negativos. O primeiro foi que percebi pelas manhãs que o quarto não estava adequadamente limpo, pois sou sensínvel à poeira e acordei nos dias da hospedagem com um pouco de crise alérgica que logo passava após sair do quarto. O segundo e mais grave foi que, ao perguntar sobre pacotes que receberia por correio no endereço do hotel, fui informado que não existiam pacotes em meu nome. Após rastrear as encomendas no site da UPS, verifiquei que os dois pacotes tinham sido recebidos e assinados pelos Senhores Francisco e Brian. Só após eu informar que a UPS me confirmou a entrega, em uma rápida procura no depósito, encontraram meu pacote. Achei a situação estranha e desgastante.

Quando cheguei tinha feito a reserva com data errada e o atendente me disse que teria que pagar mais de 200,00 dólares, praticamente o valor de outra diária de multa para Trocar a data da reserva para o dia correto, aí achei um absurdo e deixei para resolver isso no outro dia e perdi meu tempo e dinheiro ligando para o Brasil no Le Club para tentar resolver isso para eu e quando fui de manhã na recepção fui informado que o valor era 30 dólares e não 200 dólares, mas tive os estresse todo e nem dormi direto com raiva da mal informação. E tbm não gostei que os quartos são todos em carpete. Pois no mínimo teria quer ser como os ibis daqui sem carpete e com piso laminado. Mas a localização é perfeita.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The entire hotel staff we very friendly and great to chat with. They are very insightful and can help you with tips for your trips. It was great there was a computer and printer available to guests since we left our show tickets home and needed to reprint them. The views are epic from everywhere in the hotel! The food at Supernova was also delicious. Room was very clean and bathroom was stocked with awesome toiletries incase you didn't bring any. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

A modern looking comfortable hotel with a good location.The staff are friendly and maintenance is attentive. We had an issue with our tv and within 30 mins a pleasant engineer arrived and fixed it.It's located at the top of times square so you just have to walk down the road to get to all the main attractions on times square. With it being at the top it's not too far a walk to Central Park.It's worth noting that there's a $34 a night tax to pay on check out and they require a card on checking in to reserve around $80 per night on it which is returned to you on check out minus anything charged to the room.The cleaners are great and give fresh towels and spruce up your room daily.There's plenty of american channels playing sports, movies and programs for when you want to chill.The restaurant in there is quite pricey (even for New York) and although the food is a good quality I'd eaten at better quality places for slightly less around time square and Manhattan.All in all a good stay.

Fui en noviembre y fue la experiencia mas maravillosa, el personal todo muy simpático, la limpieza impecable, el desayuno bufete nada que decir, de otro planeta. Cuando vuelva a New York, iré nuevamente al hotel. Ademas la ubicacion increible, caminando a central park, caminando a Times Square, caminando a todos los museos importantes, y tienes el metro a una cuadra!

Lo mejor de este lugar es su ubicación, está a solo unos pasos del gran Times Square. Mi vista no era hacía un gran paisaje, pero aún así me cautivó esta alocada ciudad. La estadía no incluía desayuno, pero tenían disponible. Al salir tienes un walgreens y un Mcdonals, por lo que para conseguir lo básico, no había que caminar mucho.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, se encuentra a sólo unas cuadras de Times Square, además en la misma cuadra del hotel hay una farmacia Walgreens, un McDonalds y un Starbucks, lo que lo hace accesible a alimentos y bebidas. Las habitaciones tienen el tamaño suficiente y destaca que están muy limpias. Como plus hay en cada habitación un refrigerador para guardar alguna bebida o alimento. No hay cafetera en la habitación, sin embargo en las mañanas hay café de cortesía en el lobby. La vista desde el restaurante es bellisima.

Amei tudo no hotel, desde a localização e as dependências, como sua limpeza. A cama é um dos itens que mais chamou a atenção. Além dos lençóis maravilhosos, a própria cama era um convite à parte, fazendo com que as energias fossem recobradas plenamente. Teve um dia que ficamos mais de 12 horas dormindo de tão bom que era a cama. Passeio na cidade nada, o melhor era ficar debaixo daqueles lençóis incríveis e naquela cama super confortável. O atendimento de primeira e o pessoal todo muito cordial sempre. A vista é incrível e o café da manhã é uma experiência à parte de tão bom. Se pudesse me hospedava sempre neste hotel. O preço realmente é um pouco salgado, mas quando reservei tive a sorte do maravilhoso café da manhã estar incluso, o que foi perfeito e me fez economizar na comida, valendo MUITO a pena mesmo. E ainda tem a opção de conseguir abater o valor com pontos do cartão de crédito (uma das poucas coisas que andam valendo a pena já que é impossível ultimamente trocar por passagens aéreas), o que ajudou a aliviar um pouco a conta no final. Nesta mesma viagem fiquei em outro hotel apenas para o Natal para seguir viagem e voltar depois. Só digo uma coisa, comparar ele com este é impossível, deixa o primeiro no chinelo e o preço deste primeiro foi até mais caro que o Novotel. Praticamente não pegamos táxi devido a excelente localização (gostamos de andar muito) e tem metrô do lado, o que facilita muito o transporte (o que praticamente todos os hotéis da localidade também possuem). Pessoalmente não gosto muito de ficar colado na Times Square, mas quem ama esta confusão e suas lojas amar ficar do lado. É bom evitar os horários de pico em que a entrada fica congestionada e demora um pouco para conseguir fazer o check in. Ah, e pedem um valor um pouco alto de garantia (no meu caso foram mil dólares de caução) e ainda tem uma porcaria de taxa chamada Fee Resort que os hotéis em NYC cobram que podem variar entre USD30,00 até USD50,00 e nunca estão inclusas junto as diárias ou reserva, fique atento a isso.

Bom hotel perto de várias linhas do metrô, próximo as estações da rua 53 que levam direto ao JFK. Quartos confortáveis, boa vedação e limpeza. Pecou pela qualidade dos amenities e pelo café da manhã que achei fraco de opções e sempre repetitivo.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this very classy hotel. The rooms although small were very nicely decorated, and we managed very well. The bathroom was clean and decently sized. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will surely recommend this hotel to all of my friends. Overall a wonderful experience!

Excelente atención y hermosa vista recibir año nuevo aquí solo no me gusto que tenía el desayuno incluido y el mesero le llevaba la cuenta a todo el mundo yo pregunté y me dijo no deme solo la propina.. me pareció de mal gusto igual le iba a dar propina. Pero la habitación fue perfecta la recepcionista un amor! Hasta el servicio a la habitación fue maravilloso! 100% recomendado

This was the perfect choice for our very first time in the Big Apple. The location is amazing - imagine being right next to the Ed Sullivan theatre, Times Square, and a short walk away from the Rockefeller Centre. Excellent shopping is just a hop, skip and jump away too. There are plenty of dining options around the block, plus the hotel has a nice restaurant with great views. The room we had is sizeable, with a comfortable bed and decent storage space, The bathroom is small but well maintained, and you get all the Novotel toiletries. The Greek housekeeping lady did a great job of taking care of our needs. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay, and shall definitely book here when in NYC next.

Wow! What an incredible experience. Me and my girlfriend stayed there for Valentine’s Day and we loved this place. We got there and they had given us two queen size bedroom instead of a king but once we went back down Ian had no problem getting us an amazing king sized bed room. Ian was so nice and was really welcoming. We had the pleasure of dealing with him on our way in and out. We will definitely be staying there again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We stayed at the Novotel Times Square in March.The room and bathroom was good sized and clean.The hotel had great amenities for its size and we had no trouble with waiting times for elevators, they serviced every floor very efficiently (which isn’t the case in all NYC hotels).The hotel’s location is great, and particularly good for anyone visiting the Big Apple for the first time.A recommendation I could make, would be to upgrade your room to a Times Square view, either low or high.It’s a great view day or night.

We stayed at the Novotel Times Square in March. The room and bathroom was good sized and clean. The hotel had great amenities for its size and we had no trouble with waiting times for elevators, they serviced every floor very efficiently (which isn’t the case in all NYC hotels). Due to the COVID-19 virus, and the governors request that nobody travel, this hotel refuses to refund the room. Multiple emails back-and-forth and they refused to do anything. This firm would rather people get COVID-19 and die then refund the money. All they’re concerned with is money and not the health and welfare of others

No me gustó, la relación precio versus calidad es muy mala, podrían dejar una cafetera en la habitación como en casi todos los buenos hoteles. En la habitación de al lado 2602 había unos muchachos q se pasaban gritando y no nos dejaron descansar y cuando en recepción contactamos con una mujer de origen asiático nos dijo que teníamos q haber llamado a recepción . No fue fácil encontrar personal q hable español aunque muy amables todos. MALA EXPERIENCIA

Las habitaciones son justas y el baño pequeño .El desayuno poco apetecible como si fuese para un regimiento se rellena todoa granel .. el personal deL SúperNova ,restauranteDE DESAYUNO no es nada agradable . Hay falta de espacio pues te tienen esperando por mesitas en la entrada donde se forman grandes colas y además hace un frío pelón !!! Pedimos un check out tardío y nos cobraban 99 $ ... en fin NO recomendable

A great hotel! Recently I stayed on another 4 stars hotel that looked like a 3 stars, but this time is being completely different! I'm felling like I'm on a 5 stars hotel! The room is big, the bed amazing, the shower is refreshing and the view is breathtaking. Another great feature is the gym. It's good to have this option. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options. The crew is lovely. And to finish, the location is amazing. A few meters to the subway and right on the side of Times square, meaning that you have a lot of options for having fun. I totally recommend it.

First time going to New York City, and this hotel was awesome. Very pricey, but honestly was worth it. Compared to other hotels in the area, this particular room was pretty big, very clean, comfiest bed ever, giant windows with a beautiful view facing Time Sqaure from what I think was the 20th floor. Times Square is literally a 1 minute walk. So many pubs and restaurants around to choose from. Walgreens and Starbucks next door for coffee in the morning and grabbing snacks to bring back to your room, or to pick up an umbrella like we had to do. We ate dinner on the roof patio. Had a New York style hot dog that I didn't like at all, but that beer was very satisfying. There was a tv in the main lobby with fifa 18 on a ps4 with 2 controllers. If I was to ever return to this city, I will have to book the same room here. Staff here is so nice and very helpful. It was one of my all time favourite stays.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The entire hotel staff we very friendly and great to chat with. They are very insightful and can help you with tips for your trips. It was great there was a computer and printer available to guests since we left our show tickets home and needed to reprint them. The views are epic from everywhere in the hotel! The food at Supernova was also delicious. Room was very clean and bathroom was stocked with awesome toiletries incase you didn't bring any. We will definitely be returning here in the future.

Si algo tiene espléndido este hotel es su situación a 5 calles de uno de los puntos más espectaculares de Manhattan: Times Square. Además, muy cerca de la puerta hay varias entradas al metro para las líneas que suben y bajan la isla. Las habitaciones tienen un buen tamaño, para 4 personas las hay con dos camas de matrimonio. Son funcionales y bien decoradas. Tal vez el armario es un poco justo y se echan en falta más cajones. La limpieza es muy buena y las amenities suficientes. El desayuno es del estilo europeo, bien surtido y con una variedad aceptable, incluyendo pan baguette. La calidad de la comida es muy buena. Es aconsejable bajar temprano, se evitará hacer cola y, con un poco de suerte, se puede conseguir una mesa con vistas a Times Square. La atención al cliente es muy buena y bastante eficiente. Por último, merece la pena pedir una habitación alta, las vistas son estupendas.

Estuvimos muy cómodos. El hotel tiene una situación inmejorable. Las vistas desde la terraza impresionantes. El personal muy agradable, desde los que estaban en el desayuno hasta el personal de limpieza. Nunca esperamos más de 10 minutos para tomar el desayuno y teniendo en cuenta que éramos dos adultos y dos niños 43 dólares no me parece caro para un desayuno de hotel de esa categoría . Sin duda si volviese a NY repetiría.

La estadía fue muy agradable. Muy limpio y tranquilo. La terraza es un plus porque en temporada que está abierta es muy agradable. El desayuno se veía bueno pero lo consideré muy caro así que no lo probé. Abajo hay un minimarket de Walgreens donde uno puede abastecerse de alimentos para desayunar y comer así como agua y artículos de farmacia. Queda muy central y cerca del metro. El personal en general muy atento y servicial. Muy recomendable.

En general la estancia bien. Hotel moderno y muy bien ubicado con vistas a Times Square. Las habitaciones muy bien, aunque el baño es un poco pequeño. La terraza y cafetería muy chulas.Cosas a mejorar: -el desayuno bueno pero monótono; falta variedad en los platos de un día para otro. Te cansas de comer todos los días los mismodurante 6 días. -desde la habitación (planta 11) se escucha, con las ventanas cerradas, la música de la terraza del hotel hasta altas horas de la madrugada (en el fin de semana).

Todo excelente. El hotel está remodelado hace muy poco y quedó muy bueno, todo moderno y con una excelente terraza de supernova con vista a Time Square. No hubo ningún cargo sorpresivo (que suele ocurrir en hoteles de USA) y lo mejor de todo es que nos hicieron un Upgrade de habitación por sólo 10 dólares adicionales por noche. La limpieza muy buena y la vista de la habitación fue espectacular.Muchas gracias por todo Sres Novotel TQ
