“Primeira vez lá… a comida era incrível. Aqui está o retrocesso ... tivemos uma caminhada difícil para casa. Eles nos ofereceram uma carona. Nosso motorista, Tommy, foi tão gentil. Não tínhamos dinheiro para dar uma gorjeta, mas vamos compensar (e nenhuma gorjeta era esperada). Obrigado Viceroy pelo serviço incrível !!!”

“Prathoo at front desk was especially accommodating when we encountered an issue w/our assigned room. He made sure I was happy with a new room the next day by showing me two alternate ones.
If I had to nitpick and find fault, I'd say for a beautiful hotel as this, the entrance lobby area is a bit underwhelming. I would have hoped for a grander space...and to continue on w/my critique, I'd also clean-up the cluttered view of electrical extension cords at the concierge desk.
The folks here were great overall! Five Stars!”
