“The hotel was in a perfect spot. Walking distance to everything! It was my first time in New York so I expected a small room but this one didn't even have a fridge or microwave. It was so small like a dorm room. It was very clean though. You have to let the shower run a while before the hot water kicks in. I think if you're not too high maintenance, it is a good hotel. I would stay there again.”

“I stayed at the Row NYC recently and it was relatively cheap, pleasant and the location is perfect! I enjoyed it, but I had reasonable expectations. It is not high end luxury 5-star service like the Four Seasons or Intercontinental so don’t expect that. The rooms are acceptably clean, the staff is nice enough until the day you check out and then their bipolar switch gets thrown. I got a comfortable bed with heating/air conditioning and hot water. I was in NYC to enjoy being outside and about; not enjoy being in the room and it did fulfill that basic need.”
