“Fantástico! Fuí con mi marido y mi hija pequeña, la habitación muy amplia, la cama grade y la cuna muy cómoda. En el baño había dispensador de bolsas higiénicas, muy útiles para meter los pañales sucios. La habitación limpia y con una temperatura muy agradable. El buffet del desayuno muy bueno y con varias opciones de comida saludable. Si el hotel me ha parecido de 10, el personal es de 11, todos muy amables, sobre todo uno de ellos, el fallo fué no preguntarle personalmente por su nombre, a mi salida del hotel ya no estaba y tuvimos que preguntar en recepción, nos dijeron que se llamaba Juan, una persona encantadora, totalmente empática y atenta que nos hizo sentir como en casa, siempre tenía algún detalle o palabra agradable con mi hija. En mi opinión, si vais a pasar unos días a Madrid, por la excelente ubicación, comododad de las habitaciones y simpatía del personal, el Hotel Zurbano es una excelente opción a tener en cuenta, nosotros por lo menos seguro que repetiremos. Muchas gracias ☺”
